Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production method of an environment-friendly patterned sole, which is applied to the field of shoe material manufacturing.
Background
The sole is the part of the shoes which mainly makes frictional contact with the ground, the common characteristics of common sole materials are characterized by wear resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, skid resistance, difficult deformation and the like, and meanwhile, the sole is matched with the insole to ensure that people have enough support in the walking process and cannot slip or laterally twist. The sole has a plurality of types of materials, which are mainly divided into natural bottom materials and synthetic bottom materials. The natural base materials comprise natural base leather, bamboo, wood and the like, and the synthetic base materials comprise rubber, plastics, rubber-plastic composite materials and the like. The improvement of the sole material is mainly embodied in the research, development and replacement of the material, and the sole is light and comfortable, has natural color and enables a user to feel like nature. The existing natural soles are mostly prepared from sawdust and rice husks, but the natural soles have no new visual change for many years and are difficult to meet the increasingly diversified demands of the market.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a method for producing an environmentally friendly patterned shoe sole that can maintain the shape and original color of the petals without adding pigments or toners, and has a natural fragrance of the flowers and a light weight.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect of single visual effect of the existing natural sole, the invention provides a production method of an environment-friendly fancy sole.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a production method of an environment-friendly patterned sole mainly comprises the following steps of:
(1) taking fresh flowers, drying in the sun, removing stamens and sorting out petals;
(2) putting the petals obtained in the step (1) into a color fixing agent diethylene glycol to be soaked for at least 5 minutes, and then airing;
(3) uniformly mixing the petals obtained in the step (2) with the granular sole main material according to the volume ratio of 1: 30-40;
(4) and (4) heating the mixture obtained in the step (3) to 150-180 ℃ for melting, injecting the mixture into a sole mold, and then cooling and molding to obtain the environment-friendly patterned sole.
The production method of the environment-friendly patterned shoe sole adopts the optimized color fixing agent to treat the dried petals, mixes the treated petals with the granular shoe sole main material, adopts the optimized temperature to melt and injection mold, can keep the petal shape and the original color without adding pigment or toner, has natural fragrance of flowers and lighter weight (reduces about 10-20%). The color fixing agent is used for stabilizing most colors of the petals, small natural pigments in the petals can be blended into raw materials by melting the petals at high temperature, and the colors of the petals are adjusted by using the primary colors of the flowers, so that the traditional method of adding pigments or toner is replaced, and products with different colors are obtained.
The main material of the granular sole is any one of TPR, TR or PVC.
TPR materials (thermoplastic-rubber materials) are thermoplastic rubber materials, and are thermoplastic soft rubber materials which have rubber elasticity and can be directly processed and formed without being vulcanized. The TPR material is obtained by taking thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber (such as SBS and SEBS) as a base material, adding resin fillers (such as PP and PS), plasticizing oil and other functional auxiliaries, and blending and modifying. The polyester rubber has the rebound resilience of rubber, good wear resistance, skid resistance and shock absorption function, is superior to common rubber materials in softness and comfort, and has lower cost than common rubber.
The TR belongs to thermoplastic rubber and is an improved variety of a common TPR material, and the tensile elasticity, toughness and tear resistance of the TR material are better than those of the TPR material.
The granular sole main material is excellent in performance and easy to obtain.
The fresh flower is one or any combination of more than two of peach blossom, globe amaranth, red-chocolate plum, snow chrysanthemum, rose or lavender.
Can select required flower kind according to the demand of difference to utilize the different primary colors of petal, the specific temperature regulation and control of equipment, obtain different visual effect's environmental protection floriation sole.
The fixing agent is diethylene glycol.
The preferable color fixing agent has better effect of retaining the color and luster of petals.
And (4) adding a proper amount of high-temperature-resistant toner when the petals are mixed with the granular sole main material in the step (3).
The addition of the high-temperature-resistant toner can further enrich the visual effect of the environment-friendly patterned shoe sole. The high temperature resistance refers to the resistance of 150 ℃ and 180 ℃.
The high-temperature-resistant toner is one or any combination of more than two of purple titanium dioxide, toluidine red, phthalocyanine blue ultramarine, iron blue or lemon yellow.
The preferable high-temperature-resistant toner is common and easy to obtain, and has a good color matching effect.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the following advantages that:
1) the production method of the environment-friendly patterned shoe sole adopts the optimized color fixing agent to treat the dried petals, mixes the treated petals with the granular shoe sole main material, adopts the optimized temperature for melting and injection molding, can keep the shapes and the primary colors of the petals under the condition of not adding pigment or toner, has natural fragrance of flowers and lighter weight;
2) the preferable granular sole main material has excellent performance and is easy to obtain;
3) the required flower types can be selected according to different requirements, and environment-friendly patterned shoe soles with different visual effects can be obtained by utilizing different primary colors of petals and specific temperature regulation and control of equipment;
4) the addition of the high-temperature-resistant toner can further enrich the visual effect of the environment-friendly patterned sole;
5) the preferable high-temperature-resistant toner is common and easy to obtain, and has a good color matching effect.
