Background
In a mobile track type cone crushing station, a cone crusher needs to be fixed on a bridge frame of the crushing station through a base. The existing method comprises the following steps: pass through the bolt to close the cone crusher with the base on, centre gripping damper assembly has realized the shock attenuation of cone crusher vertical direction, but does not have the shock attenuation measure in the horizontal direction. The vibration force generated by the cone crusher includes a vertical force and a horizontal force. This brings hidden trouble to the follow-up operation of the cone crusher.
To the shortcoming of the fixed mode of cone crusher on the broken station of current removal crawler-type circular cone, it is the urgent needs of trade to research and develop a novel cone crusher's fixing device.
