本发明公开了一种污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,其化学洗涤段包括化学洗涤塔体、喷淋系统、水洗环填料,化学洗涤塔体内部设置有水洗环填料,水洗环填料上方设置有喷淋系统,喷淋系统通过喷淋水泵与循环水箱相连,所述的生物过滤段包括主机本体、生物炭填料和硫化氢填料,主机本体内填充有生物炭填料和硫化氢填料,生物炭填料和硫化氢填料上方设置有喷淋系统,喷淋系统上方设置有除雾器,所述的活性炭吸附段包括活性炭吸附塔体和活性炭,活性炭吸附塔体内设置有活性炭,活性炭吸附段一侧还设置有离心风机,所述的离心风机、喷淋水泵均与电控箱连接。本发明结构设计合理,除臭效果好,效率高,实用性强。

本发明涉及的是除臭技术领域,具体涉及一种污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备。
背景技术
目前的污水处理厂的除臭工艺设计不够完善,除臭效果不佳,需要设计多个水池等设施,占地面积大,不能最大范围地进行除臭处理,效率低下,为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,结构设计合理,除臭效果好,效率高,实用性强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,包括设备主体,所述的设备主体内依次设置有化学洗涤段、生物过滤段和活性炭吸附段,所述的化学洗涤段包括化学洗涤塔体、喷淋系统、水洗环填料,化学洗涤塔体内部设置有水洗环填料,水洗环填料上方设置有喷淋系统,喷淋系统通过喷淋水泵与循环水箱相连,所述的生物过滤段包括主机本体、生物炭填料和硫化氢填料,主机本体内填充有生物炭填料和硫化氢填料,生物炭填料和硫化氢填料上方设置有喷淋系统,喷淋系统上方设置有除雾器,所述的活性炭吸附段包括活性炭吸附塔体和活性炭,活性炭吸附塔体内设置有活性炭,活性炭吸附段一侧还设置有离心风机,所述的离心风机、喷淋水泵均与电控箱连接。
作为优选,所述的化学洗涤塔体包括加稀硫酸的碱吸收塔和加氢氧化钠的酸吸收塔。碱吸收塔内加药箱内添加纯次氯酸钠(约1kg,每四个小时加一次),再往加药箱内添加5kg20%浓度的稀硫酸,继续添加直至调到ph≈6(理论值6kg);所述的酸吸收塔的加药箱内添加氢氧化钠(约1kg),继续添加,直至ph值调到11。
作为优选,所述的加药箱内生物除臭剂和水的比例按照1:500-1000混合,生物除臭剂含乳酸菌、丝状真菌、酵母菌、光合菌、凝结芽孢杆菌等数十种菌群,对污水处理厂中的136种臭源和112种VOCs分子有针对性的配置,能将臭气完全无害降解成CO2和水,不仅能除臭还能降解有毒有害气体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将化学洗涤段、生物过滤段和活性炭吸附段的设备均集成在一个设备内,除臭效果好,效率高,实用性强。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1-2,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,包括设备主体A,所述的设备主体A内依次设置有化学洗涤段1、生物过滤段2和活性炭吸附段3,所述的化学洗涤段1包括化学洗涤塔体11、喷淋系统12、水洗环填料13,化学洗涤塔体11内部设置有水洗环填料13,水洗环填料13上方设置有喷淋系统12,喷淋系统12通过喷淋水泵4与循环水箱5相连,所述的生物过滤段2包括主机本体21、生物炭填料22和硫化氢填料23,主机本体21内填充有生物炭填料22和硫化氢填料23,生物炭填料22和硫化氢填料23上方设置有喷淋系统12,喷淋系统12上方设置有除雾器6,所述的活性炭吸附段3包括活性炭吸附塔体31和活性炭32,活性炭吸附塔体31内设置有活性炭32,活性炭吸附段3一侧还设置有离心风机7,所述的离心风机7、喷淋水泵4均与电控箱连接。
所述的化学洗涤塔体11包括加稀硫酸的碱吸收塔和加氢氧化钠的酸吸收塔。碱吸收塔内加药箱内添加纯次氯酸钠(约1kg,每四个小时加一次),再往加药箱内添加5kg20%浓度的稀硫酸,继续添加直至调到ph≈6(理论值6kg);所述的酸吸收塔的加药箱内添加氢氧化钠(约1kg),继续添加,直至ph值调到11。
所述的加药箱内生物除臭剂和水的比例按照1:500-1000混合,生物除臭剂含乳酸菌、丝状真菌、酵母菌、光合菌、凝结芽孢杆菌等数十种菌群,对污水处理厂中的136种臭源和112种VOCs分子有针对性的配置,能将臭气完全无害降解成CO2和水,不仅能除臭还能降解有毒有害气体。
本具体实施方式生物除臭的最主要部分是滤料,一种好的载体材料必须满足:容许生长的微生物的种类丰富;为微生物提供较大的栖息生长比表面积;营养成分合理(N、P、K 和微量元素);有好的吸水性,自身无异味;吸附性好,结构均匀,空隙率大;耐老化,运行、养护简单。
生物填料采用生物炭填料及硫化氢专用填料的优点,具有良好的通透性和结构稳定性,具有吸附污染物和微生物生长的最佳环境,有运行费用低,维护简单等优势。选用的生物填料应适宜于处理5℃~40℃的废气。生物炭填料,抗酸碱性强;滤料粒径20-50mm,可选;滤料的表面积大,比表面积大于300m2/g,堆积密度150kg/m3,固定碳含量85%,便于生物膜附着;空隙率高,可以降低风压损失;机械强度高,抗水力剪切能力强;该填料在于酸性致臭化合物接触后,不会发生变质或者剥落,寿命持久。空隙率高,可以降低风压损失;机械强度高,抗水力剪切能力强;该填料在于酸性致臭化合物接触后,不会发生变质或者剥落,寿命持久。
本具体实施方式的喷淋系统是由管线(路)喷淋架及喷头组成。管线(路)及喷淋架采用成型PP管焊制,喷头采用多层螺旋式不堵塞喷头,材料为PVC、SS304或P。该喷头具有流量大,喷淋均匀,喷淋面积大,不堵塞等特点。
化学洗涤塔内的填料能提供足够大的表面积,促进气相充分接触:要有较大的比表面积;有较高的传质速率;良好的温润性能及有利于气液均匀分布;较好的空隙率,气液通过能力和气流阻力小;高的机械强度,耐腐蚀,易清洗而不易破碎。
本具体实施方式的活性炭吸附主要利用黑色颗粒状、纤维状或蜂窝块状的具有多孔的炭。主要成份为炭,还含有少量氧、氢、硫、氮、氯。也具有石墨那样的精细结构,只是晶粒较小,层层不规则堆积。具有较大的表面积(500~1000㎡/克),碘吸附值大于800mg/g。

2.根据权利要求1所述的污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,其特征在于,所述的化学洗涤塔体(11)包括加稀硫酸的碱吸收塔和加氢氧化钠的酸吸收塔;碱吸收塔内的加药箱内每四小时添加一次纯次氯酸钠,再往加药箱内添加5kg 20%浓度的稀硫酸,继续添加直至调到ph为6;所述的酸吸收塔的加药箱内添加氢氧化钠,继续添加,直至ph值调到11。
3.根据权利要求2所述的污水处理厂生物过滤洗涤吸附复合除臭设备,其特征在于,所述的加药箱内生物除臭剂和水的比例按照1:500-1000混合,生物除臭剂含乳酸菌、丝状真菌、酵母菌、光合菌、凝结芽孢杆菌等数十种菌群,对污水处理厂中的136种臭源和112种VOCs分子有针对性的配置,能将臭气完全无害降解成CO2和水,不仅能除臭还能降解有毒有害气体。
