s1, filtering air through a filter, heating the air through a heater, feeding the air into an air distributor at the top of a drying tower 1, and uniformly feeding the air into a drying chamber in a spiral shape;
s2, when the hot air in the S1 reaches a proper temperature, the calcium gluconate solution is pumped into the atomizer 2 of the drying tower 1 from the feed liquid tank through a filter, the controller controls the motor 23 to rotate, so that the calcium gluconate solution is sprayed into tiny fog-like liquid drops, the calcium gluconate solution is in parallel flow contact with the hot air, the moisture is rapidly evaporated, and the blade 41 and the scraper 6 clean the discharge disc 3 during drying and purification;
s3, after the moisture of the calcium gluconate solution in the step S2 is evaporated, drying the calcium gluconate solution into a finished product, discharging the finished product from material collecting bottles at the bottom of the drying tower 1 and the bottom of the cyclone separator, and discharging waste gas from a fan;
and S4, after the calcium gluconate solution is dried in the S3, the controller controls the air pump to supply air to the nozzle 7 and the blowing nozzle 8, and simultaneously the motor 23 is driven to enable the blades 41 and the scraper 6 to scrape and clean the discharge disc 3, so that the inside of the atomizer 2 is cleaned.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the device works, by arranging the blades 41, when purifying a calcium gluconate solution, the calcium gluconate solution is pumped into the atomizer 2 of the drying tower 1 from the feed liquid tank through the filter, the controller controls the motor 23 to rotate, the motor 23 rotates to drive the main shaft 22 to rotate on the bracket 21, the main shaft 22 drives the turntable 4 to rotate, the blades 41 rotate synchronously with the turntable 4, the calcium gluconate solution reaches the discharge tray 3 through the feed pipe 5, the blades 41 rotate to press the calcium gluconate solution into the discharge chute 31, and then the calcium gluconate solution is discharged into the drying tower 1 through the discharge chute 31 to be sprayed into extremely small fog-like liquid drops, the top of the drying tower 1 is fixedly provided with the filter, the heater and the air distributor, the air is filtered through the filter, the air is heated through the heater, enters the air distributor at the top of the drying tower 1 and then uniformly enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape, the calcium gluconate solution and the hot air are in parallel flow contact, moisture is evaporated rapidly, the calcium gluconate solution is dried to be a finished product in a very short time, one side, close to the bottom, of the drying tower 1 is communicated with a cyclone separator through a pipeline, the bottoms of the drying tower 1 and the cyclone separator are connected with material collecting bottles, a fan is arranged at the top of the cyclone separator, the finished product is discharged from the material collecting bottles at the bottoms of the drying tower 1 and the cyclone separator, waste gas is discharged by the fan, through the arrangement of the blades 41, the calcium gluconate solution is stirred by the blades 41 to generate centrifugal force, so that the calcium gluconate solution has larger pressure when being pressed into the discharge chute 31, the calcium gluconate solution rapidly passes through the discharge chute 31, the blockage caused by residue in the discharge chute 31 is not easy, on the other hand, the blades 41 are in contact with the inner wall of the discharge tray 3, and the calcium gluconate solution is not easy to adhere to the inner wall of the discharge tray 3, and the blade 41 can scrape off the substances adhered on the discharging disc 3; through set up scraper 6 in the play charging tray 3 outside, when carrying out dry purification to the calcium gluconate solution, main shaft 22 rotates and drives scraper 6 and rotate, scraper 6 with the outer circumference contact of play charging tray 3, scraper 6 rotates and strikes off the material of the bonding in the play charging tray 3 outside, avoid appearing bonding in the play charging tray 3 outside, prevent consequently to lead to blown down tank 31 to block up, and scraper 6 and play charging tray 3 are line contact, reduce the area of contact of scraper 6 and play charging tray 3, thereby improve the effect of striking off of scraper 6 to the play charging tray 3 outside, and reduce the hindrance of scraper 6 to the ejection of compact of play charging tray 3, guarantee that the ejection of compact of play charging tray 3 is unobstructed, through the setting of staggering scraper 6 and blade 41 in the circumferencial direction, when making blade 41 extrude the calcium gluconate solution from blown down tank 31 again, scraper 6 can not block blown down tank 31, further guarantee that the ejection of compact is smooth and easy.

s3, after the moisture of the calcium gluconate solution in the S2 is evaporated, drying the calcium gluconate solution into a finished product, discharging the finished product from material collecting bottles at the bottoms of the drying tower (1) and the cyclone separator, and discharging waste gas from a fan;
