a second supporting block (42), and the upper part of the push rod (41) is provided with the second supporting block (42).

the third spring (69) is wound on the second guide rod (68), and two ends of the third spring (69) are respectively connected with the filter screen placing frame (60) and the second connecting block (67);
the limiting blocks (610) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the inner top of the first supporting block (3), and the limiting blocks (610) are matched with the second connecting block (67).
5. An inoculation and outpatient waste disinfection apparatus for disease prevention and control department as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a shaking mechanism (7), wherein the shaking mechanism (7) comprises:

the supporting plate (90) is symmetrically arranged at the middle side of the inner top of the first supporting block (3);
the steam box (91) is arranged between the tops of the supporting plates (90);
two steam conveying pipes (92) are arranged on two sides of the steam box (91), and the lower ends of the steam conveying pipes (92) are communicated with the filter screen placing frame (60) on the same side;
the lower parts of the striker plates (93) and the steam conveying pipes (92) are respectively and rotatably provided with the striker plates (93);

and a fifth spring (95) is arranged between the inner side of the connecting plate (94) and the steam delivery pipe (92).
