Background
In recent years, various hair bleaching agents have been developed. For example, a two-pack hair bleach comprising a 1 st pack containing an alkali agent such as sodium metasilicate and persulfate and a 2 nd pack containing hydrogen peroxide is known as a hair bleach. Further, as a hair bleach, a three-agent hair bleach composed of the above 1 st and 2 nd agents and the 3 rd agent containing an alkaline agent such as ammonia is also known. Either type requires mixing of the respective agents (agent 1 with agent 2, or agent 1 with agent 2 with agent 3) before use for preparation (i.e., mixed preparation).
Various developments have been made on such a hair bleach containing persulfate.
For example, patent document 1 discloses a hair cosmetic composition which can suppress foaming and heat generation during mixing preparation while maintaining hair dyeing ability or bleaching/bleaching ability. More specifically, the composition of patent document 1 is characterized in that: the composition contains the following components A and B mixed in a ratio of 1:7 to 2:1 (weight ratio) when used, and also contains 1.5 to 6.0 weight percent of sodium metasilicate.
Component A: a powdery composition containing 5 to 20% by weight of sodium metasilicate, 10 to 25% by weight of ammonium persulfate, and 30 to 70% by weight of potassium persulfate, the content of the persulfate being 60 to 85% by weight;
and B component: a liquid composition containing 5.0 to 9.0 wt% of hydrogen peroxide and having a viscosity of 3000 mPas or less.
Further, patent document 2 discloses a bleaching/bleaching agent composition which can obtain a uniform, non-uniform and strong bleaching/bleaching effect, has low hair damage or skin irritation, and does not deteriorate the working environment. More specifically, the composition of patent document 2 is characterized in that: the decolorizing/decolorizing agent composition contains an oxidant, potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate, wherein the concentration of the potassium persulfate is 10-20 wt%, and the concentration of the sodium persulfate is 0.5-3 wt%.
In addition, patent document 3 discloses a dye remover composition capable of effectively suppressing damage to hair while maintaining a suitable dye removing effect. More specifically, the composition of patent document 3 is characterized in that: the dye removing composition is obtained by mixing a 1 st agent for a dye removing agent containing persulfate and an alkalizer with a 2 nd agent for a dye removing agent containing an oxidant in a ratio of 1: 1-1: 3, wherein the pH value is 7-9, and the content of the persulfate is 2-35 wt%.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The persulfate-containing hair bleach as described above may generate excessive heat or foam when it is not mixed at a predetermined mixing ratio as described in the specification or the like.
It is considered that the heat generation in the mixing preparation of the hair bleach is caused by the heat of dissolution and reaction associated with the mixing, and the foaming is caused by the acceleration of the decomposition reaction of the persulfate and the hydrogen peroxide by sodium metasilicate or the like as the alkali agent, and as a result, a large amount of oxygen is rapidly generated.
The present invention has been made in an effort to improve the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a composition for bleaching hair, which can suppress excessive heat generation and foaming even when it is not mixed at a predetermined mixing ratio while maintaining bleaching power.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a kit for bleaching hair and a kit for bleaching and dyeing hair using the composition for bleaching hair of the present invention.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention.
Hair bleaching composition
The hair bleaching composition of the present invention contains a persulfate, an alkaline agent, and a polyol.
As a result of intensive studies by the present inventors, it has been found that when a conventional composition for bleaching hair containing a persulfate and an alkaline agent contains a polyol, heat generation and foaming at the time of mixing and preparation at a predetermined mixing ratio can be suppressed to the maximum extent while maintaining bleaching power.
In the present invention, "bleaching" means to decompose melanin in hair to brighten the color of hair. In addition, the "decolorization" may include so-called "decolorization" in which a dye attached to dyed hair is removed. In the present invention, the decoloring ability can be evaluated by, for example, an L value indicating lightness in the hunter color difference formula. Since an L value close to 0 indicates black and close to 100 indicates white, the larger the L value, the more excellent the decoloring ability.
In the present invention, the heat generation suppressing effect and the foaming suppressing effect at the time of preparation were mixed at an incorrect ratio, and comprehensive evaluation was performed. In the present invention, for example, although the instruction manual describes that the 1 st agent containing the persulfate and the alkaline agent and the 2 nd agent containing the hydrogen peroxide are mixed at 1:2, it is comprehensively evaluated whether the 1 st agent and the 2 nd agent are mixed at 1:1 by mistake to exert the heat generation suppressing effect and the foaming suppressing effect.
The form of the hair bleach composition of the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as "the composition of the present invention") is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately prepared, for example, in the form of powder, liquid, emulsion, paste or wax.
Hereinafter, each component that can be contained in the composition of the present invention will be described in detail.

The composition of the present invention contains a persulfate. The persulfate salt can exert a bleaching effect by oxidatively decomposing melanin of hair and/or a dye attached to hair, and has an effect of accelerating an oxidizing action of hydrogen peroxide described later.
The content of the persulfate in the composition of the present invention may be an amount that can exert the above-described effects. For example, in the case where the composition of the present invention is in the form of a powder, the content of the persulfate may be 30% by mass or more, 35% by mass or more, 40% by mass or more, 45% by mass or more, 50% by mass or more, or 55% by mass or more, or may be 80% by mass or less, 70% by mass or less, 65% by mass or less, 60% by mass or less, or less than 60% by mass. It is considered that the decoloring effect is particularly contributed when the content of the persulfate is 35% by mass or more. In addition, it is considered that the use is particularly facilitated when the content of the persulfate is 80% by mass or less. When the composition of the present invention is other than a powder, the content of the persulfate may be in the above range or may be in a range different from the above range with respect to the total amount of the composition of the present invention.

< method of use >
The kit for bleaching and dyeing hair of the present invention is used by mixing the 1 st to 3 rd agents. For example, the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd agents may be mixed and applied to the hair simultaneously.
When the kit for bleaching and dyeing hair of the present invention is used, the mixing ratio of the 1 st agent to the 2 nd agent (1 st agent: 2 nd agent) is preferably 1:1 to 1:3, and the mixing ratio of the 2 nd agent to the 3 rd agent (2 nd agent: 3 rd agent) is preferably 1:2 to 5: 1.
The total treatment time for bleaching and dyeing of the kit for bleaching and dyeing hair of the present invention is preferably 10 minutes to 1 hour, for example.
Additive for hair bleaching
The present invention also provides an additive for bleaching hair. The additive for bleaching hair of the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as "additive of the present invention") contains or consists of the above-mentioned polyhydric alcohol.
The additive of the present invention can be used by being added to a conventional two-or three-dose hair bleach.
For example, the additive of the present invention may be used by mixing with the agent 1 containing a persulfate and an alkali agent and the agent 2 containing hydrogen peroxide.
In order to more effectively exhibit the effects of the present invention, when the additive of the present invention is used by being mixed with the 1 st agent containing a persulfate and an alkali agent and the 2 nd agent containing hydrogen peroxide, the additive of the present invention may be mixed and used in an amount of 0.5 to 30 mass% based on the total amount of the 1 st agent and the additive of the present invention.
That is, when the additive of the present invention is used in admixture with the 1 st agent containing a persulfate and an alkaline agent and the 2 nd agent containing hydrogen peroxide, the content of the additive of the present invention is preferably in the same range as the content of the polyol in the composition of the present invention described above with respect to the total amount of the 1 st agent and the additive of the present invention.
Examples
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Unless otherwise specified, the compounding amounts are expressed in mass%.
Reference sample
As a control sample containing no polyol, the following agent 1 and the following agent 2 were mixed by a conventional method to prepare a mixture. It should be noted that the correct mixing ratio of the 1 st agent to the 2 nd agent, i.e., the mixing ratio indicated in the specification, is 1:2 (1 st agent: 2 nd agent).

EXAMPLES 1 to 10
In examples 1 to 10, the polyhydric alcohols shown in table 1 below were added to the 1 st agent of the control sample, and used as the 1 st agent in examples 1 to 10, and the following evaluations were performed.
Evaluation
< Heat generation suppressing Effect >
The prepared mixture was uniformly mixed with the 1 st and 2 nd agents at an incorrect mixing ratio of 1:1, and the temperature was measured from immediately after the preparation to 1 hour, thereby obtaining the highest temperature. The heat generation suppressing effect of each example was evaluated by the following criteria using the maximum temperature difference between the control sample and the example (maximum temperature of control sample — maximum temperature of example), and the respective results are shown in table 1.
(evaluation criteria)
Maximum temperature difference less than 3 ℃: "D";
the maximum temperature difference is 3 ℃ or more and less than 5 ℃: "C";
the maximum temperature difference is 5 ℃ or more and less than 10 ℃: "B";
maximum temperature difference of 10 ℃ or more: "A".
In the evaluation criteria of the heat generation suppressing effect, "D" is determined as an inappropriate result.
< foaming inhibitory Effect >
The mixture prepared by uniformly mixing the 1 st and 2 nd agents at the wrong ratio of 1:1 was left for 30 minutes, and then the degree of foaming was measured to obtain a value of the height of foam. The foam-suppressing effect of each example was evaluated using the difference in height between the foam of the control sample and the foam of the example (height of the foam of the control sample-height of the foam of the example) according to the following criteria, and the respective results are shown in table 1.
(evaluation criteria)
Case where the difference in height of bubbles is less than 0.4 cm: "C";
the difference in height of the bubbles is 0.4cm or more and less than 1.0 cm: "B";
the difference in height of the bubbles is 1.0cm or more: "A".
In the evaluation criteria of the foaming suppression effect, "C" is determined as an inappropriate result.
< Effect on decolorization force >
The prepared mixture was uniformly mixed with the agent 1 and the agent 2 at the correct mixing ratio of 1:2, 1g of the tress was smeared with bristles, left at 30 ℃ for 20 minutes, thoroughly washed with water and dried with a hair dryer to prepare an evaluation sample. The L value of the prepared evaluation sample was measured using a color difference meter (CM-3600d, manufactured by コニカミノルタ K.K.).
When Δ L (L value of the control sample — L value of example) is 1 or less, the decolorization force is not affected and evaluated as "a", and when Δ L value is more than 1, the decolorization force is affected and evaluated as "B".

Comparative examples 1 to 4
In comparative examples 1 to 4, a mixture prepared by uniformly mixing the 1 st agent and the 2 nd agent at an error ratio of 1:1 was evaluated in the same manner as in the examples except that the components shown in the following table 2 were used as the 1 st agent in comparative examples 1 to 4 as the substitute component for the polyol. The respective results are shown in table 2.
[ Table 2]
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003346553070000171
As shown in tables 1 and 2, examples 1 to 10 containing a polyol suppressed excessive heat generation and foaming even when they were not mixed at a predetermined mixing ratio while maintaining the decolorization effect.
On the other hand, in comparative examples 1 to 4 containing no polyol, the heat generation suppressing effect and the foaming suppressing effect were not exhibited in the case of mixing and preparing at an incorrect ratio.
For reference, the above examples and comparative examples were evaluated for heat generation and foaming when the 1 st agent and the 2 nd agent were mixed at an accurate ratio of 1: 2.
As a result, neither the examples nor the comparative examples described above generate heat and foam substantially.
