Background
In order to ensure the parking stability of automobiles and the safety of ship operation on the automobile deck of the ro-ro passenger ship, a large number of binding pieces are arranged on the floor of the automobile deck. The binding piece needs to be subjected to an air-tight experiment after being installed, so that the coating stage is later, the binding piece is generally arranged to be coated with the floor at the wharf stage, the matching of the paint is consistent with the surrounding, and the inorganic zinc-rich silicate primer, the epoxy connecting paint and the epoxy finish paint are used.
The long-handle elbow brush is used for coating the binding piece, the inner side edge of the binding hole is not easy to coat, and the construction efficiency is low. The quality of a binding piece coating tool restricts the whole coating progress by tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of binding pieces per ship.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a binding member coating device, which includes a handle 1 and a brush 2, wherein the handle 1 and the brush 2 are fixedly connected; the brush 2 comprises a fixed part 21 and bristles 22, and the bristles 22 are fixed on the fixed part 21; the fixing member is made of a moldable material. Referring to fig. 1-4, in a preferred embodiment, the fixing portion 21 includes a connecting end 211 and a hook end 212, the hook end 212 is in a shape of a barb, and the hook end 212 is biased to one side of the brush, and is similar to a sickle shape, that is, one side of the hook end 212 does not exceed the extension line of the handle, the connecting end 211 is parallel to the handle 1, and the handle 1 can be rotated to drive the connecting end 211 to rotate the same, so that the operation is better, and the painting efficiency is higher. A first brush surface 213 is formed on the upper portion of the hook end 212, a second brush surface 214 is formed on the lower portion of the hook end 212, an acute angle arc 215 is formed at the connection portion of the first brush surface 213 and the second brush surface 214 (the acute angle arc 215 is a curve having an acute angle and a certain curvature), and the ends of the first brush surface 213 and the second brush surface 214 extend in a direction approaching the handle 1. The binding has a back surface 10, an inclined side wall 20 and a bottom wall 30, a first brushing surface 213 for brushing the back surface 10, a second brushing surface 214 for brushing the inclined side wall 20, and an acute angle arc 215 for brushing the angle between the back surface 10 and the side wall 20.

In a preferred embodiment, before coating, the coating liquid is poured into the binding piece, and when the coating is applied, if the coating liquid needs to be dipped for multiple times, the coating liquid can be poured into the binding piece firstly, and the binding piece is uniformly coated by using the coating device, so that the coating liquid is prevented from being dipped by the method, and the time is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the ligature member coating device further comprises a liquid guide tube 3, the liquid guide tube 3 is positioned on the inner side of the fixing part 21, namely, between the first brushing surface 213, the second brushing surface 214 and the third brushing surface 216, the use of the coating device is not influenced, a valve 31 for controlling whether the liquid guide tube 3 is conducted or not is arranged on the handle 1, and the liquid guide tube 3 is fixed on the fixing part 21 and extends along the fixing part 21. The liquid guide pipe 3 introduces the coating liquid into the binding piece and then the coating device is used for uniformly coating.
In a further preferred embodiment, two liquid conduits 3 are provided, the two liquid conduits 3 extending from the direction of the handle 1 in a direction away from the handle 1. I.e. when the upper handle 1 is placed upwards, the catheter 3 extends from above downwards.
In a preferred embodiment, when the device is used for coating the binding piece, the method comprises the following steps;
