本申请涉及通信技术领域领域,公开了一种通信方法及装置,用以提供一种可以联合指示minimum K0和minimum K2的方案,指示终端设备的下行BWP有效的minimum K0和上行BWP有效的minimum K2。该方法为:网络设备向终端设备发送下行控制信息,所述下行控制信息中包含指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述终端设备的下行BWP配置的至少一个minimumK0中的一个minimumK0,或用于指示所述终端设备的上行BWP配置的至少一个minimumK2中的一个minimumK2;其中,所述下行BWP配置的minimumK0与所述上行BWP配置的minimumK2存在对应关系。
