本申请实施例公开了一种无线收发装置。该装置包括:射频接收机,射频发射机,第一并串与串并转换器,以及公共时钟锁相环;其中,所述射频接收机,所述射频发射机,所述第一并串与串并转换器,以及所述公共时钟锁相环集成在射频芯片中,所述射频接收机包括下变频器和模数转换器,所述射频发射机包括上变频器和数模转换器,所述第一并串与串并转换器用于为所述射频芯片提供与基带芯片的数字接口;所述公共时钟锁相环分别与所述模数转换器、所述数模转换器和所述第一并串与串并转换器耦合,用于为所述模数转换器、所述数模转换器和所述第一并串与串并转换器提供时钟信号。该无线收发装置可以减小芯片面积,和/或,降低芯片功耗。
