The data transmission method is applied to an access network element and comprises the following steps: receiving a service connection request of downlink data sent by a local service server; acquiring the address of a target terminal of the service connection request, wherein the terminal is in an idle state; sending the address of the terminal to a core network element so that the core network element initiates a paging process to the terminal to activate the terminal; and after the terminal is activated, sending the service connection request to the terminal. The technical scheme of the invention can realize that the local service server successfully sends the downlink data to the terminal when the terminal is in an idle state.

Background
The application scenes of the vertical industry all have service requirements of data local distribution, after user data pass through the wireless base station, the base station side completes local unloading of the user local data, the data flow of the local unloading is not forwarded through the core network any more, and the service data of the public network is sent to the core network according to a relevant standard flow. The following problems exist in this scheme: when a user is in an idle state of Radio Resource Control (RRC), a local service server needs to send a downlink service data packet, and at this time, the user cannot be woken up and cannot successfully send downlink data to the user.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a data transmission method, apparatus and system, which can realize that a local service server successfully sends downlink data to a terminal when the terminal is in an idle state.
To solve the above technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:

The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
in the above scheme, when the terminal is in an idle state and the local service server needs to send downlink data to the user, the access network element acquires a destination IP address in a service connection request sent by the local service server, and sends the IP address to the core network element, and the core network element initiates a Paging procedure to the terminal of the IP address under the access network element, so as to activate the terminal to complete an RRC connection state process, thereby enabling the local service server to complete service data interaction with the terminal. In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
In the vertical industry application scenario, there is a service requirement for local data distribution, as shown in fig. 1, after user data first passes through a wireless base station, the base station side completes local data unloading of the user, the locally unloaded data stream is not forwarded through a core network any more, and for public network service data, the locally unloaded data stream is sent to the core network according to a relevant standard flow. The amf (access and Mobility Management function) is an access and Mobility Management function entity, the smf (session Management function) is a session Management function entity, the upf (user plane function) is a user plane function entity, the UE is a terminal, and the gNB is a base station.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, apparatus, and system, which can implement that a local service server successfully sends downlink data to a terminal when the terminal is in an idle state.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, taking an access network element as an gNB as an example, the data transmission method includes the following steps:
(1) the UE is in an RRC Idle state, a local service server actively triggers downlink services, the local service server initiates a service connection request to the UE, and the service connection request is firstly sent to a base station;
(2) after acquiring a downlink data request of a local service server, a base station acquires a destination IP address of a service connection request and informs the core network element of the destination IP address of the request;
(3) the core network element actively initiates a Paging process to the corresponding identification information UE (such as the user corresponding to the intranet IP) under the base station;
(4) after the UE is activated, the base station forwards a service connection request of a local service server to the UE;
(5) the UE sends a service connection response to the local service server;
(6) and the local service server sends the data to the UE for local service data interaction.
In the above process, the base station triggers the core network element to initiate a Paging process for the specified user: when a terminal user is in an idle state and a local service server needs to send downlink data to the user, a base station is needed to acquire a destination IP address in a downlink data packet sent by the local service server and send the IP address to a core network element, the core network element initiates a Paging flow to the IP address user under the base station, and the terminal is activated to complete an RRC connection state process, so that the local service server can complete service data interaction with the terminal. By the technical scheme of the invention, the downlink data can be successfully sent to the terminal by the local service server when the terminal is in an idle state.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission apparatus, which is applied to an access network element, as shown in fig. 7, and includes:
a first receiving module 51, configured to receive a service connection request of downlink data sent by a local service server;
an obtaining module 52, configured to obtain an address of a destination terminal of the service connection request, where the terminal is in an idle state;
a first sending module 53, configured to send the address of the terminal to a core network element, so that the core network element initiates a paging procedure to the terminal to activate the terminal;

An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission apparatus, which is applied to a local service server, as shown in fig. 10, and includes:
a fourth sending module 81, configured to initiate a service connection request to a terminal in an idle state, and send the service connection request to an access network element corresponding to the terminal;
a fourth receiving module 82, configured to receive a service connection response returned by the terminal;
and a second data interaction module 83, configured to perform service data interaction with the terminal.
In this embodiment, when the terminal is in an idle state and the local service server needs to send downlink data to the user, the access network element acquires a destination IP address in a service connection request sent by the local service server, and sends the IP address to the core network element, and the core network element initiates a Paging procedure to the terminal of the IP address under the access network element, so as to activate the terminal to complete an RRC connection state process, thereby enabling the local service server to complete service data interaction with the terminal. By the technical scheme of the invention, the downlink data can be successfully sent to the terminal by the local service server when the terminal is in an idle state.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a data transmission apparatus, as shown in fig. 11, including a memory 91, a processor 92, and a computer program stored on the memory 91 and executable on the processor 92; the processor 92, when executing the program, implements the data transmission method as described above.
