1. A system of blockchain nodes, comprising:
a three-level block chain network consisting of the department subchain, the city main chain and the provincial main chain, and a data connection background;
the provincial main chain comprises a plurality of city nodes, each city node is connected with a corresponding city main chain through the data connection background, and each city main chain is connected with a plurality of department sub-chains in a communication mode;
the city main chain and the department sub-chain in communication connection with the city main chain form a city main sub-chain system corresponding to the city node, and the data connection background is used for notarizing the corresponding city main sub-chain system.
2. The system of blockchain nodes of claim 1, wherein the department sub-chain is comprised of a plurality of business departments, the department sub-chain comprising:
the chain resource management module is used for managing the organization, the nodes and the intelligent contracts related to the department subchains;
the business function module is used for processing the data of the department subchain;
and the cross-chain request module is used for initiating a cross-chain request when a cross-chain requirement is generated.
3. The system of blockchain nodes of claim 2, wherein the service function module specifically comprises:
an uplink unit for performing data uplink processing;
the calling unit is used for calling the intelligent contracts in the department sub-chains;
and the processing unit is used for processing the intelligent contract.
4. A blockchain node system according to claim 3, wherein the city backbone comprises:
the organization management module is used for adding the organization corresponding to the city main chain and managing organization information;
the sub-chain management module is used for managing each department sub-chain in communication connection with the city main chain;
the system comprises a chain management module, a city main chain management module and a city main chain management module, wherein the chain management module is used for managing the related organization, nodes and intelligent contracts of the city main chain;
the first communication module is used for coordinating cross-link communication among the department sub-chains in the city main chain communication connection, providing a channel for the cross-link communication, and coordinating and monitoring the cross-link communication.
5. The system of blockchain nodes of claim 4, wherein the provincial backbone comprises:
the city management module is used for managing the grounding of the added city and acquiring the integral operation condition of the city main-sub chain system corresponding to each city node;
and the second communication module is used for providing a channel for cross-chain communication and coordinating and supervising in cross-chain communication when the cross-chain request is a cross-city cross-chain request.

the data collection module is used for acquiring data on the city main chain and submitting the data to the provincial main chain;
the third communication module is used for providing a channel for cross-chain communication and coordinating and monitoring the cross-chain communication when the cross-chain request is a cross-city cross-chain request;
and the background management module is used for providing a block chain of the provincial main chain, namely a service management background.

when the chain crossing request is a city crossing chain request, the data connection background and the provincial main chain provide a channel for chain crossing communication, coordination and supervision during chain crossing communication are carried out, and chain data of the city main chain are submitted to the provincial main chain.
