Abstract
The grounding device comprises a grounding wire, a clamping sleeve piece, an upper closing-up piece and a lower closing-up piece, wherein the clamping sleeve piece is sleeved on the grounding wire and detachably mounted on the grounding wire through the upper closing-up piece and the lower closing-up piece, a containing cavity is formed in the lower closing-up piece, a locking piece is arranged on the wall of the containing cavity, the grounding wire can be contained in the containing cavity in a folding mode, and the locking piece is used for locking and limiting. The grounding device can be additionally installed on the basis of the original grounding wire, so that the part of the grounding wire, which is arranged on the clamping sleeve component, is integrally rigid and can be integrally bent, and the lower closing piece is utilized to accommodate the excessive grounding wire, so that when the grounding device is applied to a motor vehicle, the end part of the grounding wire is in contact with the ground, and the grounding effect of the grounding device is further ensured; meanwhile, the grounding device can also be adjusted adaptively according to the abrasion condition of the grounding wire, further meets the use requirement of motor vehicle grounding, and has the effect of prolonging the service life.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to grounding wires, and particularly relates to a grounding device.
Background
In the fields of mines, metallurgy and iron, coking production and dangerous product transportation, if motor vehicles enter dangerous or flammable and explosive areas, reliable grounding is required through grounding wires of the vehicles. When the dangerous chemical vehicle is heavy and empty, the contact surface between the grounding wire of the vehicle body and the ground is very different (about 5-10cm), and in this case, the grounding wire which is excessive in the driving process of the heavy vehicle always rubs with the road, so that the grounding wire waste is caused; in addition, the ground wire of a part of the ground wire is disposed inside the rubber member, and the bent portion of the ground wire is in contact with the ground, which tends to cause a poor ground connection. While the ground wire of most vehicles is temporarily fixed and not adjustable. Therefore, the ground wire of the vehicle can only be replaced to cause unnecessary waste, the phenomenon generally exists in the transportation field, and no good scheme is provided for solving the problem at present.

In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a grounding device for solving the above technical problems.
A grounding device comprises a grounding wire, one end of which is mounted on a motor vehicle; the grounding device further comprises a clamping sleeve part, an upper closing-up part and a lower closing-up part, the clamping sleeve part is sleeved on the grounding wire and detachably mounted on the grounding wire through the upper closing-up part and the lower closing-up part, an accommodating cavity is formed in the lower closing-up part, a locking part is arranged on the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity, the grounding wire can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity in a folding mode, and the locking part is used for locking and limiting.
In one embodiment, the clamping sleeve is provided with a through hole, and the grounding wire passes through the through hole; along the length direction of the grounding wire, the aperture of the through hole is firstly reduced and then increased.
In one embodiment, both side openings of the through hole are arranged in a horn-shaped structure.
In one embodiment, along the length direction of the grounding wire, the outer diameter of the clamping piece is increased and then decreased.
In one embodiment, the lower closing-in piece is further provided with an insertion port, the insertion port of the lower closing-in piece is sleeved on the clamping sleeve piece, and the lower closing-in piece is locked and limited by a pointed bolt.
In one embodiment, a step surface is formed on the lower closing-in piece between the insertion port and the accommodating cavity, and the lower closing-in piece can drive the step surface to abut against the lower end surface of the card sleeve piece.
In one embodiment, the number of the pointed bolts is two, and the two pointed bolts are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower closing piece.
In one embodiment, the locking element is provided as a first stud which can extend into the receiving cavity for pressing the grounding wire.
In one embodiment, the upper closing-up piece is sleeved on the clamping sleeve piece, and a second flat head bolt is used for carrying out compression limiting.
In one embodiment, the card sleeve member is provided as a rubber member.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the grounding device, due to the structural arrangement of the clamping sleeve piece, the upper closing-in piece and the lower closing-in piece, the grounding device can be additionally arranged on the basis of an original grounding wire, so that the part, arranged on the clamping sleeve piece, of the grounding wire is integrally rigid and can be integrally bent, and the lower closing-in piece is used for accommodating excessive grounding wires, so that when the grounding device is applied to a motor vehicle, the end part of the grounding wire can be always in contact with the ground, and the grounding effect of the grounding device is further ensured; meanwhile, the lower closing-in piece can accommodate the folded part of the grounding wire, so that the grounding device can be adaptively adjusted according to the abrasion condition of the grounding wire, the use requirement of motor vehicles for grounding is further met, and the service life is prolonged.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a grounding device, which includes a grounding wire 10, a ferrule 20, an upper closing-in piece 30 and a lower closing-in piece 40.
One end of the earth wire 10 is mounted on the motor vehicle so that the earthing device is applied to the motor vehicle to earth the motor vehicle. It should be noted that the connection between the grounding wire 10 and the motor vehicle may be implemented by using an existing grounding wire 10 installed on the motor vehicle, and will not be described herein.
In the present application, the card sleeve 20 is sleeved on the ground wire 10 and detachably mounted on the ground wire 10 through the upper closing member 30 and the lower closing member 40, so as to implement the assembly connection of the card sleeve 20 on the ground wire 10.
It can be understood that, the grounding device of the present application is provided with the above structure, so that the grounding device can be additionally installed on the basis of the original grounding wire, and further, the whole part of the grounding wire 10, which is arranged on the clamping sleeve member 20, is rigid and can be bent integrally, so as to ensure that the grounding device is installed on the motor vehicle, and the end surface of the grounding wire 10, which is far away from the motor vehicle, is always in contact with the ground, thereby ensuring the grounding effect of the grounding device.
The lower closing member 40 is provided with a receiving cavity 41, a locking member 401 is provided on a cavity wall 411 of the receiving cavity 41, and the grounding wire 10 can be folded in the receiving cavity 41 and is locked and limited by the locking member 401. That is, when the grounding device of the present application is mounted on a motor vehicle, the receiving cavity 41 of the lower socket 40 can be used to receive the excessive grounding wire 10, so that the grounding device can be adapted according to the wear condition of the grounding wire 10, further meet the use requirement of grounding of the motor vehicle, and have the effect of prolonging the service life.
The locking member 401 is a first stud, and the first stud can extend into the accommodating cavity 41 to press the grounding wire 10.
In one embodiment, the ferrule 20 is provided with a through hole 21, and the ground wire 10 is disposed through the through hole 21; along the length direction of the grounding wire 10, the diameter of the through hole 21 is first reduced and then increased, thereby realizing the sleeving of the clamping member 20 on the grounding wire 10.
It can be understood that, the aperture of the through hole 21 is set to be reduced and then increased, that is, the apertures of the two side openings on the through hole 21 are larger than the aperture of the middle portion of the through hole 21, so that when the ferrule 20 is bent, the fitting degree of the ground wire 10 to the aperture wall of the through hole 21 on the ferrule 20 can be improved, and the ground wire 10 is prevented from being damaged by the action of the ferrule 20.
Specifically, both side ports of the through hole 21 are provided in a horn-like structure.
In one embodiment, the outer diameter of the ferrule 20 increases and then decreases along the length of the ground wire 10 to embody the outer shape of the ferrule 20, thereby facilitating the assembly and connection between the ferrule 20 and the upper and lower jaws 30 and 40.
In an embodiment, the lower socket member 40 further has a socket 42, the socket 42 of the lower socket member 40 is sleeved on the sleeve member 20, and the pointed bolt 402 is used for locking and limiting, so as to specifically realize the assembly and connection of the lower socket member 40 on the sleeve member 20. It should be noted that the lower jaw 40 is locked to the ferrule 20 by the pointed bolt 402, so as to ensure the stability of the fitting connection of the lower jaw 40 on the ferrule 20.
Further, the number of the nibble bolts 402 is two, and two nibble bolts 402 are spaced at both sides of the lower socket 40, thereby improving the connection stability when the lower socket 40 is mounted to the ferrule 20 by the nibble bolts 402.
In an embodiment, the lower closing-in member 40 is formed with a step surface 43 at a position between the insertion port 42 and the receiving cavity 41, and the lower closing-in member 40 can drive the step surface 43 to abut against the lower end surface of the sleeve member 20, so that when the lower closing-in member 40 is assembled and connected on the sleeve member 20, the assembling position between the lower closing-in member 40 and the sleeve member 20 is determined, thereby facilitating the installation of the lower closing-in member 40 on the sleeve member 20.
In one embodiment, the upper closing-in part 30 is sleeved on the ferrule 20 and is pressed and limited by the second flat-headed bolt 301, thereby realizing the assembly connection of the upper closing-in part 30 on the ferrule 20.
The clamping sleeve member 20 is a rubber member, and the structure of the clamping sleeve member 20 is specifically realized, it should be noted that the clamping sleeve member 20 is a rubber member, and the whole clamping sleeve member 20 has certain elasticity, so that the upper closing-in member 30 and the lower closing-in member 40 can be conveniently mounted on the clamping sleeve member 20, and the adaptability between the clamping sleeve member 20 and the grounding wire 10 is improved.
In summary, according to the grounding device of the present invention, due to the structural arrangement of the sleeve member, the upper closing-in member and the lower closing-in member, the grounding device can be installed on the basis of the original grounding wire, so that the portion of the grounding wire, which is arranged on the sleeve member, is entirely rigid and can be entirely bent, and the lower closing-in member is used to accommodate the excessive grounding wire, so as to ensure that the end of the grounding wire is in contact with the ground when the grounding device is applied to a motor vehicle, thereby ensuring the grounding effect of the grounding device; meanwhile, the lower closing-in piece can accommodate the folded part of the grounding wire, so that the grounding device can be adaptively adjusted according to the abrasion condition of the grounding wire, the use requirement of motor vehicles for grounding is further met, and the service life is prolonged.
The features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be construed as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the features.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the present invention and are not to be used as a limitation of the present invention, and that suitable changes and modifications of the above embodiments are within the scope of the claimed invention as long as they are within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A grounding device comprises a grounding wire, one end of which is mounted on a motor vehicle; the grounding device is characterized by further comprising a clamping sleeve part, an upper closing-in part and a lower closing-in part, wherein the clamping sleeve part is sleeved on the grounding wire and detachably mounted on the grounding wire through the upper closing-in part and the lower closing-in part, an accommodating cavity is formed in the lower closing-in part, a locking part is arranged on the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity, the grounding wire part can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity in a folding mode and is locked and limited by the locking part.
2. The grounding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping member has a through hole, and the grounding wire is disposed through the through hole; along the length direction of the grounding wire, the aperture of the through hole is firstly reduced and then increased.
3. The grounding device of claim 2, wherein both side openings of the through hole are provided in a horn-shaped structure.
4. The grounding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the sleeve member increases and then decreases along the length of the grounding wire.
5. The grounding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower closing member is further provided with an insertion port, and the insertion port of the lower closing member is sleeved on the clamping member and is locked and limited by a pointed bolt.
6. The grounding device of claim 5, wherein a step surface is formed on the lower closing-in piece between the insertion port and the receiving cavity, and the lower closing-in piece can drive the step surface to abut against the lower end surface of the clamping sleeve piece.
7. The grounding device of claim 5, wherein the number of the pointed bolts is two, and two of the pointed bolts are spaced on both sides of the lower socket.
8. The grounding device of claim 1, wherein the locking member is configured as a first stud, the first stud being capable of extending into the receiving cavity to compress the grounding wire.
9. The grounding device of claim 1, wherein the upper shell member is sleeved onto the clamping member and is held in place by a second flat head bolt.
10. The grounding device of claim 1, wherein the sleeve member is provided as a rubber member.
