In order to solve the problem that the existing medical diagnosis system is open to doctors, and all doctors can directly check the case information of a target patient after logging in the system, and the privacy of the patient is violated, referring to fig. 1-5, the following preferable technical scheme is provided:
the medical diagnosis system capable of encrypting privacy of a patient comprises a central processing module 1 for controlling operation, a user login module 2 electrically connected with the central processing module 1, and a data storage module 3 for storing data, wherein the data storage module 3 is electrically connected with an information acquisition module 4, and the information acquisition module 4 is used for collecting basic information of the patient to assist in establishing a case file; the central processing module 1 is electrically connected with a doctor service module 5, an encryption protection module 6, a verification module 7 and an access authorization module 8 in sequence, wherein the doctor service module 5 is used for carrying out corresponding diagnosis service on a patient by a doctor; an encryption protection module 6 for encrypting and protecting the collected and stored patient case information; a verification module 7 for authenticating a doctor accessing to view patient case information; the access authorization module 8 is used for performing access authorization on doctors who agree to view the case information of the patients; the central processing module 1 is also electrically connected with an access recording module 9 which is used for recording and accessing the access track of the doctor for viewing the patient case information in real time; the central processing module 1 is electrically connected with the registering module 10, the payment module 11 and the display module 12, and the registering module 10 makes appointment registration when a patient checks the body; the payment module 11 is used for online payment of various fees of the patient during treatment; and the display module 12 displays various data information when a user operates the diagnostic system; the central processing module 1 is also electrically connected with a report printing module 13 and a one-key calling module 14, and the report printing module 13 is used for printing out a patient examination report; and the one-key calling module 14 is used for calling medical staff to carry out diagnosis and treatment services for patients; the payment module 11 is electrically connected to a pharmacy system 15, the pharmacy system 15 being used for performing a drug packaging service on a patient.
The verification module 7 includes an identity verification module 71 and a key verification module 72, the identity verification module 71 is used for performing identity verification on the basis of face recognition on the basis of a doctor who accesses to view patient case information, the key verification module 72 is used for verifying a random key held by a doctor who accesses to view patient case information, and the key is divided into a doctor private key and a doctor public key, which are respectively used for verification when a patient mainly treats doctor and other doctors access to view patient case information.
The information acquisition module 4 comprises a camera module 41 for shooting and acquiring information and a voice input module 42 for inputting information by voice, an electronic case module 43 and an information confirmation module 44 are also arranged in the information acquisition module 4, and the electronic case module 43 is used for generating an electronic case for recording patient disease data; and the information confirmation module 44 is used for the patient to carry out audit confirmation on the electronic case information, and the electronic case is uploaded to the diagnosis system for storage after confirmation.
Specifically, the patient user inputs own basic information and illness state information into the data storage module 3 based on the information acquisition module 4 in a mode of shooting acquisition and voice recording, and imports electronic case information into the data storage module 3, and the data storage module 3 records a patient information retention system in a mode of image and text recording; the encryption protection module 6 carries out encryption protection processing on the patient information after the patient information is preserved, and the encryption protection module 6 generates a doctor private key and a doctor public key which are set up, and the doctor private key and the doctor public key are randomly distributed to the main doctor and other doctors of the patient; the main doctor of the patient logs in the diagnosis system to obtain a random doctor private key, and the main doctor directly enters the doctor service module 5 to carry out diagnosis operation after carrying out identity verification according to the private key logging system in the valid period of one week, and checks the patient treatment information recorded in the data storage module 3; other doctors want to check the case information of the patient and log in the diagnosis system, obtain the single effective doctor public key at random, log in the system and carry on the identity verification according to this public key, the central processing module 1 submits the access application to the access authorization module 8 of the patient's user terminal after the identity verification is successful, the patient authorizes independently according to the reason that the doctor submits, this doctor gets into the system and retrieves the case information stored in the data storage module 3 after authorizing successfully, through the encryption protection of the encryption protection module 6, adopt doctor private key and public key of random timeliness and combine the face recognition to verify patient's attending doctor and other doctors, except attending the doctor and directly knowing patient's condition information, other doctors need to check their case information after the access authorization of the patient, the confidentiality of the great enhanced patient case information.
In order to solve the problem that the case information recorded by the existing medical system is only suitable for the current hospital for treatment, after the patient is subjected to transfer treatment, the authenticity of the case information recorded by the transferred hospital is questioned, the referential of the case is greatly discounted, and the treatment of the patient is affected, please refer to fig. 1 and 6-8, the following preferable technical scheme is provided:
the doctor service module 5 comprises a case file module 51 for retrieving case information of a patient and a diagnosis module 52 for diagnosing the illness state of the patient, and a doctor advice module 53, a medicine list module 54 and a pushing module 55 are sequentially arranged in the doctor service module 5, and the doctor advice module 53 is used for making doctor advice after diagnosing and treating the patient and informing the patient of the notice during the treatment period; a drug order module 54 for a doctor to prescribe a corresponding list of therapeutic drugs for the patient's condition; the pushing module 55 is used for pushing the drug list into the pharmacy system 15 after the doctor prescribes the therapeutic drugs of the patient; and the doctor service module 5 is also provided with an archive transfer module 56 which is used for transferring and butting the patient case information among the main treatment doctors of the patient when the patient machine carries out transfer treatment.
The case archive module 51 comprises a backup recording module 511 for backing up and recording patient case information and a modification application module 512 for modifying the patient case information, and a modification summary module 513, a big data comparison module 514 and an alarm module 515 are also arranged in the case archive module 51, and the modification summary module 513 is used for listing modification summaries and marking modification information when a doctor modifies the patient case data; the big data comparison module 514 is configured to compare big data of the case data stored in the backup according to the marked modification abstract, and check whether the modification abstract is consistent with the modification; and the alarm module 515 is used for alarming when the modification abstract is checked to be inconsistent with the modification, so as to remind a doctor to modify the patient case data according to the modification abstract.
Specifically, the backup recording module 511 applies for the backup record of the patient case information, the doctor needs to apply for modification before modifying the patient case data, the administrator enters the system to modify after agreeing, when modifying, the modification abstract module 513 lists modification abstracts and marks modification information, the big data comparison module 514 compares the big data of the backup stored case data according to the marked modification abstracts after modifying the data according to the abstracts, checks whether the modification abstracts are consistent with the modification, and the alarm module 515 alarms when the modification abstracts are inconsistent with the modification, reminds the doctor to modify the patient case data according to the modification abstracts, transfers the patient to a hospital, and receives a transfer application of the patient case file proposed by the main doctor of the hospital; after receiving the application and agreeing to the hospital, the hospital is responsible for the file transfer operation by the main doctor of the patient before the hospital; the method comprises the steps of receiving case information of a patient by a main doctor of a hospital, checking and confirming whether a file of the patient is truly complete by the patient, submitting a second application for rechecking when the file is incompletely reserved, carrying out the follow-up and retransmission of the patient case by a main doctor of a transfer hospital, carrying out strict control on patient case data by case transfer butt joint of the main doctor before and after the transfer of the transfer hospital on the premise of ensuring the extremely high confidentiality of the patient case, ensuring the truly complete transfer of the patient case information, and realizing the rapid treatment of the patient after the transfer hospital.
In order to avoid the problem that germs on a patient are transferred to an operation screen of equipment when voice information is input and cross infection is caused to the patient who is used subsequently, as shown in figures 9-11, the following preferable technical scheme is provided:

The verification module (7) comprises an identity verification module (71) and a secret key verification module (72), wherein the identity verification module (71) is used for carrying out identity verification on the basis of face recognition on a doctor who accesses to view patient case information, the secret key verification module (72) is used for verifying a random secret key held by the doctor who accesses to view patient case information, and the secret key is divided into a doctor private key and a doctor public key which are respectively used for verifying when the doctor for mainly treating the patient and other doctors access to view patient case information;

S3: after logging in the diagnosis system, the main doctor of the patient obtains a random doctor private key, and the main doctor takes the root of the doctor in the validity period of one week to directly enter a doctor service module (5) for diagnosis operation after carrying out identity verification on the private key logging-in system, and checks the patient treatment information recorded in a data storage module (3);
s4: when other doctors want to check the case information of the patient, logging in the diagnosis system, randomly obtaining a single effective doctor public key, logging in the system according to the public key to carry out identity verification, submitting an access application into an access authorization module (8) of a user terminal of the patient by a central processing module (1) after the identity verification is successful, independently authorizing the patient according to the reason submitted by the doctor, and accessing the case information stored in a data storage module (3) by the doctor after the authorization is successful;
the central processing module (1) is electrically connected with the registering module (10), the payment module (11) and the display module (12), and the registering module (10) makes appointment registration when a patient checks the body; the payment module (11) is used for online payment of various fees of the patient during treatment; the display module (12) displays various data information when a user operates the diagnostic system; the central processing module (1) is also electrically connected with a report printing module (13) and a one-key calling module (14), and the report printing module (13) is used for printing and outputting a patient examination report; the one-key calling module (14) is used for calling medical staff to carry out diagnosis and treatment services for patients; the payment module (11) is electrically connected with a pharmacy system (15), and the pharmacy system (15) is used for carrying out medicine packaging service on patients;
