Drawings
FIG. 1 is a system architecture diagram of an electronic chart file information system based on blockchains and IPFS.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides an electronic medical record information system based on a block chain and IPFS, as shown in figure 1, the system comprises:
and the registration module is used for storing the medical record metadata in the block chain network and establishing the electronic medical record in the IPFS network. Wherein the chart file metadata comprises a unique number or address information of the electronic chart file; the electronic medical record folder is a management space for storing and transmitting the electronic medical records for the patient. The electronic medical record is the record of the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of a patient in a medical institution, and comprises a medical record home page, a medical course record, an examination and inspection result, a medical advice, a prescription, an operation record, a nursing record, a medical image and a charging invoice.
The electronic medical record folder metadata comprises basic information of a patient related to the electronic medical record, including name, gender, identification number, basic health information or Hash value of other identification information or sensitive information. Wherein the basic health information comprises blood type, allergy history, past history, family history, disability condition and the like.
And the information storage module is used for encrypting the medical record information and storing the encrypted medical record information into an electronic medical record folder managed by the affiliated patient.
The electronic medical record folder adopts an IPFS network space, electronic medical record sharing is realized through the IPFS network, a Hash value is generated, and distribution and sharing are realized in the IPFS network.
The IPFS refers to a network transport protocol that aims at creating persistent and distributed storage and shared files. It is a content addressable peer-to-peer hypermedia distribution protocol. The nodes in the IPFS network will constitute a distributed file system.
And the automatic evidence storing unit is used for storing the electronic medical record index information into the block chain network. And ensuring the authenticity and the validity of the electronic medical record information and the index information.
The automatic storage of the electronic medical record information is to store the electronic medical record application patient public key into the IPFS distributed network automatically after encryption.
The IPFS is a peer-to-peer distributed file system that attempts to connect to the same file system for all computing devices. In some respects, IPFS is similar to the world Wide Web, but it can also be viewed as an independent BitTorrent swarm, exchanging objects in the same Git warehouse. IPFS provides a high throughput, content-addressable block storage model, and content-related hyperlinks. This forms a generalized Merkle Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG). IPFS combines a distributed hash table, encouraging block swapping, and a self-authenticating namespace. IPFS has no single point of failure and the nodes do not need to trust each other. Distributed content delivery may conserve bandwidth and prevent DDoS attacks that HTTP schemes may encounter. The file system may be accessed in a variety of ways, including FUSE and HTTP. Adding local files to the IPFS file system may make it available worldwide. The file representation is based on its hash and therefore facilitates caching. The distribution of the files employs a BitTorrent-based protocol. Other users viewing the content may also be helpful in providing the content to others on the network. IPFS has a name service called IPNS, which is a PKI-based global namespace for building trust chains that are compatible with other NS and can map DNS,. onion,. bit, etc. to IPNS.
The evidence storage of the electronic medical record folder index information in the block chain network refers to the preservation of data of an electronic medical record number record set by using a special storage mode of the block chain, the evidence needing preservation is recorded on the block chain network in a data form by using a pure technology and an algorithm without interest relationship, and the evidence storage of the electronic medical record is completed by block chain technologies such as HASH calculation, data encryption, data signature and the like.
And the authorization access module is used for granting the access right of the electronic medical record to the user, and allowing the user to log in and look up medical record information. The access authorization of the electronic medical record is that the patient grants the access authority of the electronic medical record to a related role, object and individual. The authorization form of the access authority of the electronic medical record comprises any one of default authorization, display authorization and intelligent contract authorization.
The electronic medical record is authorized to visit doctors in other hospitals to read in a default mode by the patient;
explicit authorization, which is suitable for an application scenario that a patient authorizes a medical record to be viewed by a friend or other doctors, and through the explicit authorization of the patient, an authorized person obtains viewing permission of the electronic medical record;
and (4) intelligent contract authorization, namely performing intelligent process agreement on authentication authorization processes such as authentication, authority transfer, electronic medical record data signature verification and the like.
And the retrieval module is used for inquiring and accessing the electronic medical record index information disclosed on the block chain network and listing the electronic medical record folder and the electronic medical record data associated with the patient. The electronic medical record index information comprises time interval information of patient treatment, information of medical institution, information of doctor, information of disease diagnosis and prescription medication information.
And the acquisition unit is used for applying the electronic medical record index under the condition that the electronic medical record index is acquired through the block chain network, acquiring an electronic medical record ciphertext in the IPFS network, and acquiring an electronic medical record plaintext after decryption by using a patient private key.
In addition, the system also comprises a prescription examination module used for examining the electronic prescription according to a preset examination rule and sending an examination result to the blockchain network, and a medicine transaction terminal used for receiving payment information and sending the payment information to the blockchain network. The electronic prescription, the examination result of the electronic prescription and the payment information can be stored through the blockchain network, data can be effectively prevented from being tampered, and the tracing can be realized through the information. In addition, the safety of doctor service can be improved through the examination of the electronic prescription, and human errors are effectively prevented.
The representative management method and application of the system are as follows:
step 1, when a patient is in a first visit, a doctor uses a registration module to store medical record metadata in a block chain network, and establishes an electronic medical record in an IPFS network;
step 2, after the doctor opens the electronic medical record, the information of the medical record is encrypted by an information storage module and then stored in an electronic medical record folder which belongs to the patient management in the IPFS network;
step 3, automatically storing the electronic medical record index into the block chain network through an automatic storage unit;
step 4, the accessor performs access authority verification, login and authentication through the authorization access module, and accesses the electronic medical record folder and the electronic medical record;
step 5, the accessor inquires and accesses the electronic medical record index information disclosed on the block chain network through the retrieval module, and lists the electronic medical record folder and the electronic medical record data associated with the patient;
and 6, acquiring the medical record folder and the electronic medical record associated with the medical record folder in the IPFS network through the acquisition unit according to the retrieval result.
In the method, it should be noted that the visitor includes a doctor, a patient, or an authorized visitor. The third-party personnel or institution needs to access the electronic medical record, and the patient can access and authorize the third-party personnel or institution in the form of electronic medical record authorization; the access authorization content comprises an access time interval and an electronic medical record.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
