In the embodiment, the system automatically completes the transbank remittance message processing aiming at the receiving and reporting processing of the transfer and opening network, the transfer and receiving network, the confirmation of the accounting and the transfer and return of the remittance direct communication without manual intervention of a service centralized platform. The operation of transferring and returning the remittance audit only needs manual confirmation of the audit post of the service centralized platform, and the link of manual processing of the additional post is reduced. Therefore, automatic processing of the received and reported services on the cross-row received and reported processing post link is conveniently realized, and characteristic audit information prompt is carried out, so that the manual processing pressure is reduced, the processing time and cost are saved, and the service processing efficiency of operators is greatly improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a processing apparatus for a passbank-by remittance message, which is used for implementing the above related method for processing a passbank-by remittance message. The implementation of the solution provided by the apparatus is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitations in the following embodiments of one or more processing apparatus for cross-bank remittance messages may refer to the limitations on the processing method for cross-bank remittance messages, and are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a cross-bank remittance message processing apparatus for use in a receiving facility of a receiving bank, comprising:
a message obtaining module 302, configured to obtain a to-be-processed trans-bank remittance message;
an information extraction module 304 for extracting first remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
an information matching module 306 for matching the first remittance attribute information with at least one predetermined second remittance attribute information;
and a receipt processing module 308, configured to, if the first remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target remittance attribute information in the at least one second remittance attribute information, perform receipt processing on the cross-bank remittance message according to a receipt processing operation associated with the target remittance attribute information.
In the processing device of the cross-bank remittance message, first remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message is extracted, a message receiving processing operation associated with the matched target remittance attribute information is obtained based on the matching of the first remittance attribute information and at least one preset second remittance attribute information, and finally, the cross-bank remittance message is received according to the message receiving processing operation. It can be understood that the device realizes the automatic receiving and processing of the transbank remittance message by adopting the means of extracting the attribute information, matching the attribute information, determining the receiving and processing operation according to the incidence relation and the like, reduces the user operation and is beneficial to improving the processing efficiency of the transbank remittance message.
In one embodiment, information retrieval module 304 is further configured to retrieve third money transfer attribute information in the cross-bank money transfer message if the first money transfer attribute information fails to match at least one second money transfer attribute information; the information matching module 306 is further configured to match the third remittance attribute information with at least one pre-set floor reason identification rule; if the third remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target landing reason identification rule in the at least one landing reason identification rule, determining a landing reason identifier corresponding to the transbank remittance message according to the third remittance attribute information and the target landing reason identification rule; the receiving and reporting processing operation 308 is further configured to receive and report the cross-bank remittance message according to the receiving and reporting processing operation corresponding to the landing reason identifier.
In one embodiment, the information retrieval module 304 is further configured to retrieve a fourth remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message if the third remittance attribute information fails to match the at least one floor standing reason identification rule; the information matching module 306 is further configured to match the fourth remittance attribute information with at least one pre-set audit prompt rule; and if the fourth remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target audit prompt rule in the at least one audit prompt rule, outputting the receiving and reporting prompt information associated with the target audit prompt rule.
In one embodiment, the receiving and reporting processing operation 308 is specifically configured to extract the payee username in the third remittance attribute information if the landing reason identifier is a reason identifier indicating that the payee account is wrong; inputting the account name of the payee into a customer attribute identification model to obtain customer attribute information; and receiving and processing the cross-bank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the customer attribute information.
In an embodiment, the receipt processing operation 308 is specifically configured to, if the landing reason identifier is a reason identifier indicating that the payee account does not match the payee account, obtain customer attribute information corresponding to the payee account; calculating the similarity between the account name of the payee and a prestored account name of the payee, wherein the prestored account name of the payee is a prestored account name of the payee corresponding to the account number of the payee; determining a similarity range according to the client attribute information; and if the similarity is within the similarity range, receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the similarity range.
All or part of the modules in the method and device for processing the cross-bank remittance message can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method of processing a cross-bank remittance message. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configuration shown in fig. 4 is a block diagram of only a portion of the configuration associated with the present application, and is not intended to limit the computing device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring a to-be-processed cross-bank remittance message;

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
if the first remittance attribute information fails to match with the at least one second remittance attribute information, extracting third remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message; matching the third remittance attribute information with at least one preset landing reason identification rule; if the third remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target landing reason identification rule in the at least one landing reason identification rule, determining a landing reason identifier corresponding to the transbank remittance message according to the third remittance attribute information and the target landing reason identification rule; and receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation corresponding to the landing reason identifier.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
if the third remittance attribute information fails to match the at least one floor reason identification rule, extracting fourth remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message; matching the fourth remittance attribute information with at least one preset audit prompt rule; and if the fourth remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target audit prompt rule in the at least one audit prompt rule, outputting the receiving and reporting prompt information associated with the target audit prompt rule.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
if the landing reason mark is a reason mark representing the account error of the receiver, extracting the account name of the receiver in the third remittance attribute information; inputting the account name of the payee into a customer attribute identification model to obtain customer attribute information; and receiving and processing the cross-bank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the customer attribute information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
if the landing reason mark is a reason mark representing that the account number of the payee is not accordant with the account name of the payee, acquiring client attribute information corresponding to the account number of the payee; calculating the similarity between the account name of the payee and a prestored account name of the payee, wherein the prestored account name of the payee is a prestored account name of the payee corresponding to the account number of the payee; determining a similarity range according to the client attribute information; and if the similarity is within the similarity range, receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the similarity range.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
obtaining refund additional description information corresponding to the landing reason identifier; and generating and outputting the reason for the remittance in the remittance message according to the remittance additional description information.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring a to-be-processed cross-bank remittance message;
extracting first remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
matching the first money transfer attribute information with at least one preset second money transfer attribute information;
and if the first remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target remittance attribute information in the at least one second remittance attribute information, receiving and reporting the cross-bank remittance message according to the receiving and reporting processing operation associated with the target remittance attribute information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
if the first remittance attribute information fails to match with the at least one second remittance attribute information, extracting third remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message; matching the third remittance attribute information with at least one preset landing reason identification rule; if the third remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target landing reason identification rule in the at least one landing reason identification rule, determining a landing reason identifier corresponding to the transbank remittance message according to the third remittance attribute information and the target landing reason identification rule; and receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation corresponding to the landing reason identifier.

The method and the device for processing the cross-bank remittance message can be applied to the application scene of cross-bank remittance in the financial field and can also be applied to any field except the financial field.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing a cross-bank remittance message is applied to a receiving device of a receiving bank and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a to-be-processed cross-bank remittance message;
extracting first remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
matching the first money transfer attribute information with at least one preset second money transfer attribute information;
and if the first remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target remittance attribute information in the at least one second remittance attribute information, receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the target remittance attribute information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first remittance attribute information is unsuccessfully matched with the at least one second remittance attribute information, extracting third remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
matching the third remittance attribute information with at least one preset landing reason identification rule;
if the third remittance attribute information is successfully matched with a target landing reason identification rule in the at least one landing reason identification rule, determining a landing reason identifier corresponding to the cross-bank remittance message according to the third remittance attribute information and the target landing reason identification rule;
and receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation corresponding to the landing reason mark.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the third remittance attribute information fails to match the at least one floor reason identification rule, extracting fourth remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
matching the fourth remittance attribute information with at least one preset audit prompt rule;
and if the fourth remittance attribute information is successfully matched with a target audit prompt rule in the at least one audit prompt rule, outputting the receiving and reporting prompt information associated with the target audit prompt rule.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation corresponding to the landing reason identifier comprises:
if the landing reason mark is a reason mark representing that the account of the receiver is wrong, extracting the account name of the receiver in the third remittance attribute information;
inputting the payee account name into a customer attribute identification model to obtain customer attribute information;
and receiving and processing the cross-bank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation associated with the customer attribute information.
5. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to the receiving and processing operation corresponding to the landing reason identifier comprises:
if the landing reason mark is a reason mark representing that the payee account is not consistent with the payee account name, acquiring customer attribute information corresponding to the payee account;
calculating the similarity between the payee account name and a pre-stored payee account name, wherein the pre-stored payee account name is a pre-stored payee account name corresponding to the payee account number;
determining a similarity range according to the client attribute information;
and if the similarity is within the similarity range, receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to receiving and processing operation associated with the similarity range.
6. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the collect-and-report handling operation comprises a refund operation; the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining refund additional description information corresponding to the landing reason identifier;
and generating and outputting the reason for the remittance in the remittance message according to the remittance additional description information.
7. A device for processing a trans-regional remittance message, the device being used in a receiving device of a receiving bank, comprising:
the message acquisition module is used for acquiring the to-be-processed cross-bank remittance message;
the information extraction module is used for extracting first remittance attribute information in the cross-bank remittance message;
an information matching module for matching the first remittance attribute information with at least one preset second remittance attribute information;
and the receipt processing module is used for receiving and processing the transbank remittance message according to receipt processing operation associated with the target remittance attribute information if the first remittance attribute information is successfully matched with the target remittance attribute information in the at least one second remittance attribute information.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
