Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an accounting processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where this embodiment may be applied to a case of accounting a product to be accounted (for example, a financial product), and the method may be executed by an accounting processing apparatus, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in an electronic device, such as an accounting system.
Referring to fig. 1, the accounting processing method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring an accounting entry of a product to be booked.
The product to be billed may be a product that needs to be billed. For example, the product to be billed may be a financial product, such as a bilateral loan, a banking loan, a bond, and the like; the product to be booked may also be food, clothing, electronic products, etc., which is not particularly limited in this application. The accounting entry is a directory for keeping accounts of the products to be kept accounts according to information such as product types and is used for establishing a mapping relation with the products to be kept accounts. For example, business personnel may configure accounting entries for a class of products to be billed at different granularities according to actual needs. When accounting processing such as bookkeeping needs to be carried out on products to be bookkept, the accounting entry of the products to be bookkept is obtained from the storage position of the accounting entry.
In an alternative embodiment, the accounting entry includes at least one of a product type, a standing day type, an amount type, an asset type, and an account type for the product to be billed.
The product type is a general category to which the product to be billed belongs, and for example, in the case where the product to be billed is a financial product, the product type may include bilateral loans, banker loans, bonds, and the like. Product subtypes are further classifications of each product type, i.e., subtypes of each major class. For example, in the case where the product to be billed is a financial product, the product sub-types corresponding to the bilateral loan may include long-term real estate loans, mid-term unit liquidity loans, short-term other general fixed property loans, and the like. The standing day type is a type of a standing date of a product to be billed, and for example, in the case where the product to be billed is a financial product, the standing day type may include a transaction interest, a settlement amortization day, a dividend day, an expiration date, and the like. The amount type refers to the amount type of the product to be billed, such as principal, interest due, discount and profit at end of year. The asset type is a categorical type of the asset to be billed, e.g., a financial asset measured in fair value and its variance accounting for other aggregate revenue, etc. The account type is a type of accounting account, and may include, for example, a business entry account (e.g., a customer account, a peer deposit account, a transitional account, etc.), a system ad hoc internal accounting account (e.g., a local organization default account), and the like.
The accounting entry is the basis of accounting, and the accounting entry includes at least one of the product type, the day type of the account, amount of money type, asset type and the account type of the product of waiting to keep accounts, can carry out account processing to the product from a plurality of dimensions, improves account processing information's comprehensiveness.
And S120, generating accounting running water according to the accounting entry.
The accounting flow is used for recording the flow corresponding to the accounting elements of the products to be booked in the accounting entry. Illustratively, the billing elements of the product to be billed may include an accounting account number, a billing amount, a due date, and the like. Specifically, the bookkeeping elements of the products to be bookkept are determined according to the accounting entry, the content corresponding to the bookkeeping elements is added to the corresponding positions of the bookkeeping elements of the products to be bookkept, and an accounting assembly line is generated.
S130, carrying out abnormity detection on the accounting flow, and carrying out accounting processing according to the detection result.
And (4) detecting whether the accounting running water has abnormal conditions or not by abnormality detection. Illustratively, in the generation process of the accounting flow, the integrity and validity of the accounting elements of the accounting flow are detected, for example, whether the number of digits of the accounting account is legal, whether the accounting account is frozen, whether the relevant information of the accounting account is correctly associated, and the like. After the accounting flow is generated, the correctness of the accounting flow is detected, such as whether a tie-account rule is satisfied. The accounting processing is to process the accounting flow according to the detection result, for example, when there is an abnormality in the accounting flow, the abnormal accounting flow is processed.
In the prior art, business scenes are required to be configured in advance, and accounting records need to be bound with the business scenes, so that corresponding accounting records need to be configured for different business scenes, accounting account calculation rules under each accounting record are determined and stored. One or more accounting entries are configured in each service scene, and each accounting entry is configured with a corresponding accounting calculation rule. Financial institutions such as banks provide various products, cover a large number of business scenarios, configure corresponding accounting rules for each product with huge workload and are prone to errors, and configure the business scenarios in such a way is heavy and inflexible. In addition, if the accounting rules change, a whole set of accounting entries needs to be reconfigured, which is inefficient and prone to errors.
The technical scheme of this embodiment through the accounting bibliography according to the product of waiting to keep in book, generates the accounting streamline, need not acquire the business type that the product belongs to, has realized the decoupling zero of business and account processing, when the business type changes, also can not receive the influence, has avoided the work load that sets up the accounting bibliography because of the business changes the increase to carry out the anomaly detection to the accounting streamline, carry out account processing according to the testing result, improve the accuracy of account processing. Therefore, through the technical scheme of this application, the work load that sets up the accounting entry to different financial affairs has been solved complicated and expensive, and in case the accounting criterion changes, the accounting entry that the relevant business corresponds need be adjusted one by one, the problem that account processing efficiency is low has reached the separation of account processing and business processing, has reduced the degree of coupling of account processing with business processing, has promoted account processing efficiency, has reduced the account processing degree of difficulty, has improved the effect of account processing's commonality simultaneously.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a flowchart method of an accounting processing method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, and the technical solution of the present embodiment is further detailed on the basis of the above technical solution.
Further, the method generates accounting running water according to accounting entry and is refined as follows: generating a bookkeeping element according to the accounting entry; and generating accounting running water according to the bookkeeping elements so as to perfect the generation mechanism of the accounting running water.
Referring to fig. 2, an accounting processing method includes:
s210, acquiring an accounting entry of the product to be booked.
And S220, generating a bookkeeping element according to the accounting entry.
The bookkeeping element is a bookkeeping element and is used as a reference basis for accounting streamline generation, so that complete recording of accounting streamline is ensured. Illustratively, the billing element may be generated from information such as product elements and category identifiers. The product elements may include, among other things, the product amount and revenue status, etc. used to generate the billing amount. The category identifier can be in a form of coding, and can be used for distinguishing attribute contents in the accounting entry and serving as a generation element of the accounting account.
In an optional embodiment, generating the billing element according to the accounting entry comprises: generating a bookkeeping amount and a due date according to the product elements in the accounting entry; generating an accounting account according to the category identification in the accounting entry; generating billing elements including a billing amount, a due date, and an accounting account number.
The product elements are key information related to the products to be billed and are used for recording the running water information of the products to be billed, such as the principal, the daily rate of return, the due date and the like of the products. The amount of the booked account is the sum of principal and profit of the currently expected booked product. Specifically, the income condition of the product to be billed, such as the average daily income rate, can be obtained, the income of the current date of the product to be billed can be calculated by obtaining the current date and the principal of the product to be billed, and the current income and the principal of the product to be billed can be added to obtain the billed amount. The expiration date may be the legal expiration date of the product to be billed, i.e. the product to be billed is legal before the expiration date. The category identifier can be in a form of coding, and can be used for distinguishing attribute contents in the accounting entry and serving as a generation element of the accounting account. In particular, the category identifier may be a number, a character, or a combination code. For example, the category identifier may include a banking institution category identifier, a non-banking institution category identifier, a personal category identifier, a special kind account identifier, and the like. The billing elements include at least a billing amount, a due date, and an account number to be billed.
The accounting amount and the due date are generated according to the product elements, and the accounting flow information of the product to be accounted can be accurately determined, so that the accounting flow content is more accurate. Through the category sign in the accounting entry, generate the accounting account number, can distinguish different accounting flowing water, prevent to obscure. Generating billing elements including the billing amount, due date, and accounting account number may enable the billing elements to fully and accurately record the flow information for the product to be billed.
And S230, generating accounting running water according to the accounting elements.
And adding the numerical value or the specific content such as the characters and the like corresponding to the bookkeeping elements into the corresponding bookkeeping elements to generate the accounting running water. The accounting elements are associated with the specific associated contents, so that the running information of the product can be completely recorded, namely, the accounting running water is generated.
S240, carrying out abnormity detection on the accounting flow, and carrying out accounting processing according to the detection result.
The technical scheme of this embodiment, through generating the account keeping element, confirm the element of accounting running water record, according to the account keeping element, generate the accounting running water, can treat the accounting running water of account keeping product and carry out complete record, improve the integrality of accounting running water.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a flowchart method of an accounting processing method provided in a third embodiment of the present application, and a technical solution of the present embodiment is further refined on the basis of the above technical solution.
Further, the method carries out abnormity detection on the accounting running water and is refined as follows: in the accounting flow generation process, if abnormity is captured, determining that the accounting flow has missing abnormity; after accounting streamline generation, carry out tie-down detection to accounting streamline, if not tie-down, then confirm that accounting streamline has tie-down exception ", will" carry out account processing according to the testing result ", refine to: "identify the current state of the accounting system; and performing accounting processing according to the current state and the detection result to realize timely processing of the abnormal condition of the accounting processing.
Referring to fig. 3, an accounting processing method includes:
s310, acquiring an accounting entry of the product to be billed.
And S320, generating accounting running water according to the accounting entry.
S330, in the accounting flow generation process, if abnormity is captured, the existence of missing abnormity in the accounting flow is determined.
The exception is that corresponding information of the generated accounting flow is captured to be wrong or cannot be captured in the generation process of the generated accounting flow. For example, the exception may be a system power failure or a network exception during the accounting flow generation process, resulting in the inability to capture corresponding information for generating the accounting flow; the exception may also be, during accounting pipelining, a capture of a customer account information exception, e.g., a customer account is frozen. Capturing the abnormity in the accounting flow generation process results in that the accounting flow cannot be generated due to the missing of the accounting flow content, and the missing abnormity exists in the accounting flow determined at the moment.
S340, after the accounting flow is generated, account balancing detection is carried out on the accounting flow, and if the account balancing is not carried out, account balancing abnormity exists in the accounting flow.
The account leveling detection is to check whether the accounting running water reaches the account leveling rule from the aspects of effective date, currency, loan direction and the like after the accounting running water is generated, and is used for determining whether the accounting running water has account leveling abnormity. Illustratively, the tie-in test from the loan direction is performed to check whether the accounting flow conforms to the rules of "loan must be given and loan must be equal" in the double accounting method, i.e., whether the loan and loan amount in the flow are equal. The non-flat account is detected as a non-passing flat account, namely the borrowing amount and the loan amount in the accounting flow are not equal, and the non-flat account can be any one of the case that the borrowing amount is larger than the loan amount or the case that the borrowing amount is smaller than the loan amount. And if the account is not leveled, determining that account leveling abnormity exists in the accounting pipelining.
And S350, identifying the current state of the accounting system.
The current state is the current working state of the accounting system, including the online state and the batch processing state. Specifically, the online state is a state in which a salesperson performs business processing, and real-time processing of accounting pipelining can be realized at the moment; the batch processing state is that the system processes a plurality of accounting running water simultaneously, that is, the accounting running water can be processed in a one-to-one manner, and at this time, the real-time processing of each accounting running water cannot be realized, and the processing time may be delayed. The online state and batch processing in the accounting system correspond to different accounting system identification information, and the current state of the accounting system can be identified by reading the accounting system identification information.
And S360, performing accounting processing according to the current state and the detection result.
When the accounting system is in different current states, the accounting processing capability is different, for example, in an online state, the accounting information can be processed in time, so that accounting processing needs to be performed on the accounting flow according to the current state and the detection result. Illustratively, when the current state is an online state and an abnormality exists, a salesman is reminded to perform timely processing so as to quickly enter a subsequent financial processing flow. Illustratively, when the missing abnormality of the accounting pipelining is detected, a salesman is reminded to search the missing reason in time so as to generate the accounting pipelining and improve the accounting pipelining generation efficiency. When the current state is batch processing state and has the anomaly, need handle a plurality of accounting flowing water one by one this moment, the system temporarily skips the accounting flowing water that has the anomaly at present, and the unified replenishment lacks the flowing water to handle other accounting flowing water, improve the efficiency of batch processing, also improve holistic accounting flowing water generation efficiency promptly. And when the current state is an online state or a batch processing state and no abnormity exists, performing accounting processing according to a preset flow.
In an optional embodiment, performing accounting processing according to the current state and the detection result includes: if the current state is an online state and an abnormality exists, generating an error prompt; and if the current state is the batch state and the exception exists, generating the account hanging flow.
If the current state is an online state, under the condition that the detection result is abnormal, the salesman can process the abnormal condition in real time to generate an error prompt, carry out an error prompt on the salesman and wait for the salesman to process the abnormal condition. Illustratively, error prompt can be performed through a pop-up window or voice, for example, text prompt is performed through a pop-up window display of "account flow exists tie account abnormal", so that an attendant is prompted to perform processing according to an abnormal condition, and the processing efficiency of the account flow abnormal is improved. The account hanging flow line is an accounting flow line for forcing account leveling processing when account leveling abnormity exists, and is used for skipping the accounting flow line with abnormity and continuing to perform batch processing when batch processing is performed. If the current state is a batch processing state, under the condition that the detection result is abnormal, the waiter can not process the abnormal condition in real time, then an account hanging flow line is automatically generated, the tie account is forced, the waiter waits for the waiter to process, the process of the current batch processing is not interrupted, and the processing efficiency of the accounting flow line is improved.
Through when online state just has the anomaly, generate the wrong warning, can indicate the salesman to carry out real-time processing to accounting running water anomaly, when the current state is batch state and has the anomaly, generate the journal running water, do not influence current batch processing, can improve accounting running water treatment effeciency, through selecting different account treatment methods according to the current state, can improve holistic accounting running water treatment effeciency.
The technical scheme of this embodiment through in generating accounting flowing water generation process, detects detecting accounting flowing water disappearance anomaly, prevents in the accounting flowing water generation process, because there is accounting flowing water incomplete that the disappearance anomaly caused, influences the production of follow-up node accounting flowing water. Through after the accounting streamline is generated, account balancing abnormity detection is carried out, the generated accounting streamline error is prevented, and the generation error of the follow-up accounting streamline is avoided. Through missing abnormity and ledger abnormity detection, the accuracy of accounting streamline generation is improved. When accounting processing is carried out according to the detection result, accounting processing is carried out according to the current state and the detection result, different processing is carried out according to different current states, and the accounting processing efficiency is improved.
