Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a billing server based scheduling method 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in the scheduling method based on the billing server according to the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the billing server, the running state of the billing device is combined, and the billing device is determined according to the preset billing device scheduling policy, so that the billing server can select the currently available billing device to issue an invoice, the success rate of issuing an invoice is improved, the billing experience of a user is optimized, and the product competitiveness is improved. The scheduling method 100 based on the billing server provided by the embodiment of the invention starts from step 101, and when the billing server is started in step 101, the state of each billing device is judged, and the running state of each billing device is obtained.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises:
when the billing server is started, cache data is taken out of a database, the tax rate of each billing device is inquired and stored in the cache, single quota data of each billing device is inquired, the platform type and the risk early warning type of each billing device are inquired, and whether records of tax numbers corresponding to the tax disc exist in the storage is judged ; if has the record of the tax number, it will directly take out and add the tax number information of the tax disk in the billing server into the buffer memory; if the record of the tax number does not exist in the cache, a list is created, and the tax information of the gold tax disk in the billing server is added into the list.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the invoicing server is abnormally started and cannot acquire the running state of the invoicing equipment, sending abnormal information to the invoicing server management terminal.
In the present invention, when the billing server is started, the running states (available states) of all billing devices need to be cached. Specifically, the initialization of the billing server can be realized as follows.

Preferably, wherein the method further comprises:
and detecting the running state of each billing device according to a preset time interval so as to obtain the running state of each billing device again, and updating the running state of each billing device in the cache.
In the invention, a billing equipment state detection timer is arranged in a billing server, and the available states of all billing equipment are detected at regular time. For example, the available states of all the billing devices are detected every 10 seconds, and the states of the billing devices are updated into the cache, and the timer can be modified in the billing server management side.
The detection of the available state may be performed, for example, as follows.

In step 102, an invoicing request of a user is received and analyzed to obtain an invoicing type corresponding to the invoicing request.
In the invention, the billing types corresponding to different billing requests correspond to different billing devices. Therefore, the billing request of the user is analyzed to obtain the billing type corresponding to the billing request.
In step 103, according to the running state of the billing device and the billing type corresponding to the billing request, determining a target billing device according to a preset billing device scheduling policy, so that the target billing device performs billing according to the billing request.
Preferably, the determining unit of the target billing device determines the target billing device according to a preset billing device scheduling policy according to the running state of the billing device and the billing type corresponding to the billing request, and includes:
determining at least one first billing device which is allowed to bill according to the billing type of the billing request;
determining available second invoicing equipment according to whether the first invoicing equipment has the condition of connection overtime, whether available invoices still exist, whether offline overrun exists, whether a tax copying period is reached, whether a lock-up period is reached, whether the first invoicing equipment is stopped, whether repeated invoices are issued or not and whether the invoicing equipment is full of invoices;
and selecting target billing equipment from the second billing equipment according to a random billing scheduling strategy, a polling billing scheduling strategy or a minimum connection number scheduling strategy so as to determine the target billing equipment.
In the invention, when a user requests invoicing, available invoicing equipment is selected in the cache for invoicing. The billing server supports various billing equipment scheduling strategies such as random scheduling, designated scheduling, polling scheduling and the like. When the billing server selects the billing equipment, the billing equipment available at the current time is preferentially selected for billing, so that the failure of invoice billing caused by the reasons that the billing equipment has no available invoice, offline uploading is out of limit and the like is avoided.
In the invention, the available equipment is selected for invoicing scheduling (the available state is judged according to the following conditions of whether connection overtime occurs, whether available invoices remain, whether offline overtime occurs, whether tax copying period has arrived, whether deadlock period has arrived, whether the equipment is stopped, whether repeated invoices are invoiced, whether invoiceable full of the invoicing equipment occurs).
If the equipment is unavailable due to the fact that connection of the equipment is overtime, the equipment is reconnected at intervals of designated time by using the timing task, and the equipment is set to be available after the reconnection is successful.
If the equipment is unavailable due to the fact that no invoice is available, the equipment is inquired by using the timing task at specified time intervals, and after the equipment is inquired to have invoice inventory, the equipment is set to be available.
If the equipment is unusable due to the fact that the offline of the equipment exceeds the limit, a timing task is used for uploading invoices and inquiring tax control information of the equipment at intervals of appointed time, and when the tax control information is inquired and the offline time limit and the offline amount of the equipment are not 0, the equipment is set to be usable.
If the equipment is unusable due to the fact that the tax copying period of the equipment is up, the equipment is subjected to tax copying operation at specified time intervals by using the timing task, and the equipment is set to be usable after the tax copying is successful.
If the equipment is unusable due to the fact that the lock-up period of the equipment is up, the timing task is used for conducting card clearing operation on the equipment at intervals of designated time, and after the card clearing is successful, the equipment is set to be usable.
If the equipment is unusable due to the fact that the repeated invoices are issued by the equipment, the operation and maintenance personnel are notified to carry out manual operation by using the mails, and the equipment is set to be usable after the manual operation is successful.
If the invoiceable device is full, the device is not available, the operation and maintenance personnel are notified to carry out manual operation (such as manual non-tax-checking) by using mails, and the device is set to be available after the manual operation is successful.
The billing strategy selection is divided into two parts, for example, a total of 48 billing devices, the first part is to select available billing devices from the 48 billing devices (for example, 5 available billing devices are selected) according to the availability status of the billing devices, and then select one billing device from the 5 available billing devices for billing according to a random strategy or a polling strategy or a minimum connection number strategy.
