In the embodiment of the present invention, the service client may bind one or more service cards issued by the corresponding service system. When one service card is bound, the second service card is the first service card. When a plurality of service cards are bound, the second service card and the first service card may be the same card or different cards.
When the second service card and the first service card are different cards, the first service card is suitable for recharging through the withholding recharging account, and the second service card is suitable for receiving the consumption amount generated by the consumption operation through the withholding recharging account. For example, the first service card and the second service card are both traffic cards, when the second service card user takes a subway to generate quinary consumption amount, the withholding recharging account receives the quinary consumption amount paid by the corresponding payment account, and the quinary consumption amount can be subsequently used for recharging the first service card.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first service card and the second service card are bound at the same service client, issued by the same service system corresponding to the same service client and associated with the same withholding recharging account of the same service client.
In a specific implementation, the second service card and the first service card may be traffic cards, the corresponding service system may be a traffic card service system, and the corresponding service client may be a traffic card service client.
In a specific implementation, the second service card and the first service card may further include a physical service card and/or a virtual service card.
In a specific implementation, the authenticating the withholding recharge account corresponding to the second service card may include:
and authenticating whether the second service card is bound with the withholding recharging account, if so, confirming that the authentication is passed or authenticating the withholding recharging account through the identity information of the service client, otherwise, authenticating whether the service client establishes the withholding recharging account, and if so, binding the established withholding recharging account to the withholding recharging account corresponding to the second service card.
Further, the authenticating the withholding recharge account corresponding to the second service card may further include:
when not established, establishing a withholding recharging account for the service client;

and confirming that the authentication of the withheld recharging account corresponding to the second service card is passed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the establishment of the withholding recharging account for the service client represents the establishment of the withholding recharging account for the user to which the service client belongs through the withholding recharging system. The deductive charging account can be integrated in a service client after being established so as to be convenient for a user to view.
In a specific implementation, the account name of the surcharge account of the service client may be generated and sent by the service client based on the input operation of the user, or may be configured by the surcharge system.
And after confirming that the second service card is bound with the withholding recharging account, the withholding recharging system can also authenticate the withholding recharging account through the identity information of the service client. For example, the corresponding mobile phone number can be authenticated by acquiring the mobile phone dynamic verification code, so that the second service card can be authenticated on the withholding recharge account bound to the service client.
In a specific implementation, the first surcharge request includes a payment account to perform surcharge payment for the second service card.
In some embodiments, after confirming that the authentication of the withholding recharging account corresponding to the second service card passes, the withholding recharging system may send a second withholding request to the payment system corresponding to the payment account for performing the withholding payment for the second service card, so as to obtain the withholding protocol.
In a specific implementation, the first deduction request further includes identity information of the second service card, for example, card number information of the second service card. The withholding recharging system can also send an authentication request about the second service card to a service system corresponding to the service client based on the identity information of the second service card, so that the authentication of the second service card is completed through the service system.
In a specific implementation, the authentication of the second service card by the service system may include authenticating whether the second service card is a valid service card issued by the service system. Specifically, the valid service card is a service card issued by the service system and within the use validity period.

After confirming that the second service card fails to be authenticated, the service system can also send an authentication result indicating that the second service card fails to be authenticated to the withholding recharging system.
In other embodiments, after confirming that the second service card and the authentication of the corresponding withholding recharging account pass, the withholding recharging system may send a second withholding request to the payment system corresponding to the payment account for executing the withholding payment for the second service card to obtain the withholding protocol.
In a specific implementation, the second withholding request comprises identity information of the second service card, withholding recharging account information of the service client and payment account information used for executing withholding payment for the second service card. And after receiving the second deduction request, the payment system generates a corresponding deduction-substituting protocol based on the information and returns the deduction-substituting protocol to the deduction-substituting recharging system.
Specifically, the deduction-replacing protocol is a three-party deduction-replacing protocol related to the second service card and comprising a service system, a payment system to which the payment account belongs and a deduction-replacing and recharging system to which the deduction-replacing and recharging account belongs.
The withholding recharging system saves the withholding protocol after receiving the withholding protocol so as to complete withholding subscription of the second service card, and returns a withholding subscription notice to the service client.
In the specific implementation, the user to which the service client belongs can complete registration and binding of the payment account in the payment system in advance, and confirm that the payment system has the function of withholding payment. For example, payment systems such as WeChat wallets and Payment treasures have all provided a deduction payment function, and users belonging to service clients can complete registration in the payment systems in advance and bind corresponding payment accounts.
