Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used for illustrating and explaining the embodiments of the present application and are not used for limiting the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a flow diagram of an inventory management method according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, an inventory management method is provided, which is applied to a terminal as an example, and includes the following steps:
step 101, displaying an item management interface.
And 102, acquiring an article editing instruction input by a user through an article management interface.
And 103, determining attribute information and storage position information of the newly added article according to the article editing instruction, wherein the attribute information comprises the article name of the newly added article, and the storage position information corresponds to the spatial physical position.
And 104, updating the article management interface to display the attribute information and the storage position information of the newly added article through the article management interface.
When inventory management is performed on consumable items such as reagents, the management condition of the items can be displayed in a visual form in order to improve the management efficiency. In particular, a management interface of the reagent, i.e. an item management interface, may be displayed on the terminal. After displaying the article management interface, the terminal may obtain an article editing instruction input by the user through the article management interface. Wherein, the article editing instruction can be an article editing instruction with a new entry.
After acquiring an article editing instruction input by a user through an article management interface, the terminal can determine attribute information and storage position information of the newly added article according to the article editing instruction. The attribute information may include an article name of the added article. The storage position of the newly added article corresponds to the physical position of the space.
Specifically, when the user inputs an article editing instruction of a newly added entry through the article management interface, the terminal may determine attribute information of the newly added article, that is, an article name and the like of the newly added article, according to the obtained article editing instruction of the newly added entry. The item management interface shown in fig. 2 may query the item name of the stored item, that is, the item name, and may also query the material code and the storage location of the stored item. Meanwhile, the goods management interface shown in fig. 2 also has functions of "export excel", "click upload", and "template download".
In the case that the stock of the newly added item needs to be managed, the user can manage the stock of the newly added item by clicking a "newly added item" button in the item management interface shown in fig. 2. After clicking the "add items" button, the user may proceed to an item detail interface as shown in FIG. 3. Through the item detail interface shown in fig. 3, the user can input the item name of the newly added item into the entry name of the basic information bar. In addition, the user may input information such as the brand, the quantity, the basic unit, the purchasing unit, the unit conversion factor, the belonging item, and the description of the material of the article in the basic information field. Furthermore, the user can input information such as material codes, batch numbers, goods number websites and prices on the basic information column. In addition to entering basic information, the item detail interface shown in fig. 3 may also enter the type of the item and the location of the item, which may refer to the storage location of the item and the addition location of the item.
When the user inputs the article editing instruction of the newly added item through the article management interface, the terminal can determine the storage position information of the newly added article according to the obtained article editing instruction of the newly added item. Specifically, the user can input the storage position information of the newly added article through the article detail interface. Wherein, the storage position of the newly added article can correspond to the physical position of the space. For example, the unit of room may be a room, and a plurality of cabinets may be placed in room No. 1, and a plurality of boxes may be placed in each cabinet in a row-column arrangement. If the new article is placed in the box, the position of the new article can be determined by the position of the box. For the sake of easy distinction, the rows in which the boxes are located may be represented by the english letters a to Z. The columns of the boxes can be represented by Arabic numerals 1-9. Taking the management of the stock of the reagents such as alcohol as an example, the terminal can determine that the name of the newly added item is alcohol according to the item editing instruction of the newly added item, and the storage position of the alcohol can be the position A1 of the No. 1 room and No. 1 cabinet. I.e. the position of the newly added alcohol reagent is located in row 1, column 1 of room No. 1 cabinet.
As can be seen from the item detail interface shown in fig. 3, the a6, a7, and A8 locations of room No. 1 cabinet at this time have items stored therein. In the case that the stock of the newly added article needs to be managed, the user can further select the position information of the newly added article. For example, after clicking a "new location" button in the item detail interface shown in FIG. 3, the user may proceed to the item detail interface shown in FIG. 4. The location of the newly added item may be selected through an item detail interface as shown in fig. 4. Further, we can choose to place the newly added items in room number 1 and cabinet number 1. After selecting the location of the newly added item, clicking the "OK" button may enter an item deposit preview interface as shown in FIG. 5. In the item deposit preview interface of fig. 5, the user can select to place the newly added items in the first row, the first column and the first row, the second column of the room No. 1 cabinet, i.e., a1 and a2 as shown in fig. 5.
After the user inputs an article editing instruction through the article management interface, the terminal can determine the attribute information and the storage position information of the newly added article according to the article editing instruction. After determining the attribute information and the storage position information of the newly added reagent, the terminal can update the article management interface to display the attribute information and the storage position information of the newly added reagent through the article management interface.
In one embodiment, updating the article management interface to display the attribute information and the storage location information of the newly added article through the article management interface includes: converting the storage position information into position information in a preset format according to a first preset rule; segmenting the position information in the preset format through a preset symbol to obtain the position information in the target format; and updating the article management interface to display the article name of the newly added article and the position information of the target format through the article management interface.
When updating the article management interface, the terminal may convert the storage location information into location information in a predetermined format according to a first preset rule. The position information in the predetermined format may be represented by a character string. The terminal may divide the location information in the predetermined format to obtain the location information in the target format. Specifically, in one embodiment, the dividing the position information in the predetermined format by the preset symbol to obtain the position information in the target format includes: segmenting position information in a preset format through a preset symbol; and converting the segmented position information according to a second preset rule to obtain the position information in the target format. The preset symbol may be in various forms, such as a symbol, specifically, a mark symbol, for example. The second predetermined rule may be, for example, a character encoding table, which will be described in detail below.
The terminal may divide the location information in a predetermined format. Specifically, in one embodiment, the position information is a position character string, which at least includes a first character and a second character, and the segmenting the position information in the predetermined format by the preset symbol includes: a preset symbol is inserted between the first character and the second character to divide the position character string into a first character string and a second character string. The location information of the target format may be a location character string, and may include at least a first character and a second character. The segmentation of the position information of the predetermined format by the preset symbol may be performed by inserting the preset symbol between the first character and the second character to segment the position character string into the first character string and the second character string. Wherein the preset symbol may be comma or the like.
After the position information in the predetermined format is divided, the terminal may convert the divided position information according to a second preset rule to obtain the position information in the target format. Specifically, in an embodiment, converting the segmented location information according to a second preset rule to obtain the location information in the target format includes: acquiring a character code comparison table, wherein the character code comparison table comprises a mapping relation between position codes of an entity warehouse in a space physical position and position character strings; determining a position code corresponding to the first character according to the character code comparison table; and converting the first character into a corresponding position code to obtain a position character string in a target format.
The terminal may first obtain the character code look-up table. The character code mapping table may include a mapping relationship between a position code of the entity warehouse in the spatial physical position and the position character string. The terminal may determine the position code corresponding to the first character according to the character code comparison table. After determining the position code corresponding to the first character, the terminal may convert the first character into the corresponding position code to obtain the position character string in the target format.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and splicing the position character strings in the target formats to obtain a total position character string and storing the total position character string. Under the condition of obtaining the position character strings in the target format, in order to reduce data repetitive processing and calculation, the terminal can splice the position character strings in the plurality of target formats to obtain the position total character strings and store the position total character strings, so that the transcoding times and the splicing times are reduced, and the query efficiency of a user is improved.
For example, if the storage location information is a1 and a2, the converted location information in the predetermined format may be represented by [ "1, 1", "1, 2" ], and it should be understood that, in this example, the first preset rule is a correspondence rule between numbers and letters, and other correspondence rules may be adopted, which are not limited herein. When the position information in the predetermined format is acquired, the position information in the predetermined format may be divided by commas, and the position information in the target format may be obtained as [ "1", "1" ] [ "1", "2" ]. In the case where the position information of the target format is acquired, the position code corresponding to the first character "1" may be determined to be "a" according to the character code table, that is, "1" of [ "1", "1" ] [ "1", "2" ] is converted into the corresponding position code "a". Thus, the position character string of the target format can be expressed as [ "a", "1" ] [ "a", "2" ]. Under the condition of obtaining the position character strings in the target format, the terminal can splice the position character strings in the target format to obtain the position total character strings [ A1, A2], and store the position total character strings [ A1, A2 ].
In one embodiment, the item management interface displays attribute information and storage location information of a plurality of items, wherein the plurality of items are subject to inventory management by a plurality of systems, the method further comprising: acquiring the article name and article storage position of each article in all the systems; creating an article storage table; storing the article name and the article storage position of each article in an article storage table in a correlated manner; when the name of an article or the storage position of the article is changed in any system, the changed system updates the article storage table; updating the article management interface according to the updated article storage table; all systems have the authority to view and edit the article storage table.
The article management interface may display attribute information and storage location information of a plurality of articles, and the plurality of articles may be subjected to inventory management by a plurality of systems. Taking the management of the stock of the reagents as an example, when a plurality of reagents are managed in stock by a plurality of systems, the terminal can acquire the reagent name and the reagent storage position of each reagent in all the systems. Then, the terminal can create a reagent storage table according to the reagent name of each reagent and the reagent storage location. All systems can have the authority of viewing and editing the reagent storage table. The terminal may store the reagent name of each reagent and the reagent storage location in association with each other in the reagent storage table. After the association storage, when the name of the reagent or the reagent storage position is changed in any one of the systems, the changed system may update the reagent storage table.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring a data table imported according to the format of an article storage table; and updating the article storage table according to the data table.
After the item name and the item storage location of each item in all the systems are obtained, the terminal may obtain a data table imported according to the format of the item storage table, where the data table may include the item name and the item storage location of each item. And under the condition of acquiring the data table, the terminal can update the article storage table according to the data table. And after the article storage table is updated, the terminal can update the article management interface according to the updated article storage table.
Specifically, the management of the stock of reagents is taken as an example. The terminal can update the name of the reagent and the position of the reagent in the goods management interface. All systems only need to store the names and the reagent storage positions of the reagents in the reagent storage tables, and all systems have the authority to view and edit the reagent storage tables. Therefore, when the user queries the reagent inventory, the reagent inventory can be queried through the current system, and the reagent inventory can also be queried through other systems. In addition, when the name of the reagent or the reagent storage position of any system is changed and the reagent storage table is updated, the stock of the reagent can be inquired through any system, so that the reagent data sharing of a plurality of systems is realized.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring an article viewing instruction input by a user through an article management interface; and entering an article detail interface according to the article viewing instruction, wherein the article detail interface comprises the attribute information and the storage position information of the article.
After the attribute information and the storage position information of the newly added article are displayed through the article management interface, the terminal can acquire an article viewing instruction input by a user through the article management interface. And entering an item detail interface according to the item viewing instruction, wherein the item detail interface comprises attribute information and storage position information of the item. The attribute information of the item may include a name of the item, a number of the item, and the like. The names of all stored items, the number of items and the storage positions of the items can be checked through the item detail interface.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring an article storage and viewing instruction input by a user; entering an article storage preview interface according to the article storage viewing instruction, wherein the article storage preview interface comprises a plurality of sub-areas, area marks and sub-warehouse information, and the sub-areas correspond to the storage position information one by one; and updating the area identification of the corresponding sub-area according to the storage condition of the sub-warehouse.
And after entering the item detail interface according to the item viewing instruction, the terminal can acquire the item storage viewing instruction input by the user. And entering an article storage preview interface according to the article storage viewing instruction. The article storage preview interface can comprise a plurality of sub-areas, area identifiers and sub-warehouse information, and the sub-areas correspond to the storage position information one to one. The sub-warehouse information may refer to storage location information of an item, for example, a location in the first row and the first column of the room 1 cabinet where the item may be stored. A sub-area may refer to an area where an item storage location is located.
After entering the item storage preview interface, different contents can be displayed according to the existence of the items in the sub-warehouse under the condition that a mouse stops. In one embodiment, the method further comprises: acquiring the current stop position of the pointer, and determining a sub-region corresponding to the stop position as a target sub-region; displaying corresponding prompt contents according to the storage condition of the target sub-warehouse corresponding to the target sub-area; when the object sub-warehouse stores the object, the prompting content comprises the name of the object stored in the sub-warehouse; and under the condition that the target sub-warehouse does not store the articles, the prompt content is blank text, or the prompt content comprises prompt text for prompting the articles which are not stored.
When the user controls the mouse to stay at a certain position, the mouse displays a pointer on the display screen, the terminal can acquire the current stay position of the pointer, and can determine that the sub-region corresponding to the current stay position is the target sub-region. The terminal can display corresponding prompt content according to the storage condition of the target sub-warehouse corresponding to the target sub-area. In the case where an item is stored in the target sub-warehouse, the prompt may include the name of the item stored in the sub-warehouse. As shown in fig. 6, when the alcohol reagent is stored in the sub-areas a1 and a2 of the target sub-warehouse, the corresponding content of the prompt is displayed as alcohol. In the case where no reagent is stored in the target sub-warehouse, the prompt content may be blank text or the prompt content may include prompt text prompting that no reagent is stored.
The terminal can update the area identification of the corresponding sub-area according to the storage condition of the sub-warehouse. In one embodiment, the area identifier of the corresponding sub-area is updated according to the storage condition of the sub-warehouse: under the condition that the sub-warehouse stores articles, determining that the area identifier of the corresponding sub-area is a first color area identifier; in the case where no item is stored in the sub-warehouse, it is determined that the area identification of the corresponding sub-area is the second color area identification.
In the case where the sub-warehouse stores the article therein, the terminal may determine that the region identification of the corresponding sub-region is the first color region. In the case where no article is stored in the sub-warehouse, the terminal may determine that the area identifier of the corresponding sub-area is the second color area identifier. Wherein the first color region may be an orange color region and the second color region may be a white color region. When the sub-warehouse stores articles, the area identifier of the sub-area corresponding to the sub-warehouse may be an orange area identifier. In addition, when the user selects the sub-warehouse which does not store the item as the storage location of the alternative new item, the area identifier of the sub-area corresponding to the sub-warehouse which does not store the item may be a gray area identifier.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: under the condition that articles are stored in the target sub-warehouse and a selective storage instruction aiming at the target sub-area input by a user is obtained, returning a corresponding prompt text according to the selective storage instruction, and carrying the name of the article to be stored in the selective storage instruction; and under the condition that the target sub-warehouse does not store the articles and a selective storage instruction for the target sub-area input by a user is acquired, determining the target sub-warehouse as an article storage position of the articles to be stored.
When the area identifier of the sub-area corresponding to the target sub-warehouse is determined to be an orange area identifier, that is, under the condition that articles are stored in the sub-warehouse, the terminal can acquire a selective storage instruction for the target sub-area, which is input by a user, and the terminal can return a corresponding prompt text according to the selective storage instruction. The prompt text may be the prompt text of the stored article in the sub-warehouse. At this time, if the newly added article needs to be stored in the sub-warehouse, the newly added article may be placed in another sub-area.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the sub-warehouse corresponds to an item type of the item, and the method further comprises: acquiring the type and the number of articles to be stored of the articles to be stored; under the condition that the first sub-warehouses corresponding to the article types of the articles to be stored are determined to store the articles, taking the sub-area adjacent to the first sub-area corresponding to the first sub-warehouse as an alternative sub-area; removing the alternative sub-areas in which the corresponding sub-warehouses store the articles; and selecting a second sub-area corresponding to the number of the articles to be stored from the selected sub-areas after the removal as the article storage position of the articles to be stored.
When the newly added articles need to be stored in the sub-warehouse with the stored articles, the terminal can acquire the actual types of the articles to be stored and the number of the articles to be stored. In a case where it is determined that the first sub-warehouse corresponding to the actual type of the article to be stored stores an article, the terminal may take a sub-area adjacent to the first sub-area corresponding to the first sub-warehouse as the candidate sub-area. Under the condition that the alternative sub-areas are determined, the terminal can remove the alternative sub-areas in the corresponding sub-warehouse, wherein the articles are stored in the alternative sub-warehouse, and selects the second sub-areas corresponding to the number of the articles to be stored from the removed alternative sub-areas as the article storage positions of the articles to be stored.
As shown in fig. 7, the newly added article is exemplified by a reagent. Specifically, taking an alcohol reagent as an example, when the alcohol reagent to be stored needs to be stored in room No. 1 cabinet with alcohol already stored, at this time, sub-areas a1 and a2 corresponding to room No. 1 cabinet already store the alcohol reagent, sub-areas B1, B2, A3, a4 and a5 adjacent to sub-area a1 may be used as alternative sub-areas for storing the alcohol reagent to be stored. If the alternative sub-areas A3, a4, and a5 store sulfuric acid reagents, the alternative sub-areas A3, a4, and a5 may be eliminated. That is, the alcohol agent to be stored cannot be placed in alternative sub-areas A3, a4, and a 5. At this time, the second sub-area corresponding to the number of stored alcohol reagents may be selected from the candidate sub-areas B1 and B2 after the rejection as a reagent storage position to store alcohol reagents. For example, alcohol reagents to be stored may be stored in B1 and B2.
Due to the fact that the storage time of the articles is limited and the use frequency of the articles is high, the expiration time of the articles and the inventory quantity of the articles can be monitored. In one embodiment, the attribute information of the item further includes a preset alarm amount, a preset expiration time, and an inventory amount of the item, and the method further includes: acquiring the initial storage time of each article; determining the storage time of the article according to the current time and the initial storage time; sending out an article expiration reminding when the storage time is detected to exceed the preset expiration time; and sending out a stock shortage prompt under the condition that the monitored stock quantity is less than or equal to the preset alarm quantity.
The attribute information of the item may further include a preset alarm amount, a preset expiration time, and an inventory amount of the item. The terminal can obtain the initial storage time of each article, and can determine the storage time of the articles according to the current time and the initial storage time. The storage time of the article may refer to the time at which the article is put in storage. And under the condition that the storage time is detected to exceed the preset expiration time, the terminal can send out an expiration reminder. And sending out a stock shortage prompt when the stock quantity of the articles is detected to be less than or equal to the preset alarm quantity. As shown in fig. 8, the preset expiration time, i.e., the expiration reminder duration, may be set to 3 days. The preset number of alarms, i.e. the default number of alarms, may be set to 3. That is to say, when the article starts from the day of warehousing, the article can be indicated as an expired article after 3 days, and the terminal can send out an alarm prompt when the number of the articles is less than 3. In addition, after the set time length of the overdue reminding and the default alarm number are set, the storage or the cancellation can be selected.
In order to enable inventory management personnel to know the inventory condition of the articles more intuitively, the inventory of the articles and the storage time of the articles can be distinguished in a color identification mode. In one embodiment, the attribute information of the item further includes an inventory quantity of the item, an inventory identification and a storage duration identification of the item; the method further comprises the following steps: displaying the inventory identification as a first color under the condition that the inventory quantity is less than or equal to the preset alarm quantity; under the condition that the inventory quantity is larger than the preset alarm quantity, displaying the inventory identification as a second color; under the condition that the storage time exceeds the preset expiration time, displaying the storage time length mark as a third color; and under the condition that the storage time does not exceed the preset expiration time, displaying the storage time length mark as a fourth color.
The attribute information of the item may further include an inventory quantity of the item, an inventory identification, and a storage duration identification of the item. In the case that the inventory quantity of the item is less than or equal to the preset alarm quantity, the terminal may display the inventory identification of the item in a first color. Wherein the preset number of alarms may be 3, and the first color may be red. When the inventory mark of the item is displayed in red, the inventory quantity of the item can be indicated to be low, and a buyer can be reminded to properly purchase the item according to the requirement. And under the condition that the inventory quantity of the item is larger than the preset alarm quantity, the terminal can display the inventory identification of the item as a second color. In particular, green may be displayed. In the case where the stock identification of the item is displayed in green, it can be indicated that the stock quantity of the item is sufficient.
As shown in fig. 9, it is possible to take an example of managing the stock of reagents. Specifically, it may be an alcohol reagent, a sulfuric acid reagent, an isopropyl alcohol reagent, N-Acetylcysteine, Poly-D-lysin polylysine, Activin A or the like. It can be seen from the item management interface shown in fig. 9 that the quantity of the alcohol reagent is 4 packets, that is, the stock quantity of the alcohol reagent is greater than 3 packets of the preset alarm quantity, and therefore, the terminal can display the stock identification of the alcohol reagent in green. The stock quantity of the sulfuric acid reagent, the isopropanol reagent, the N-acetyl cysteine reagent, the Poly-D-lysin polylysine reagent and the Activin A reagent is respectively 1, 0 and 0, namely the stock quantity is less than 3 preset alarm quantities. Therefore, the terminal can display the stock marks of the sulfuric acid reagent, the isopropanol reagent, the N-acetyl cysteine reagent, the Poly-D-lysin polylysine reagent and the Activin A reagent in red.
And when the terminal detects that the storage time of the article exceeds the preset expiration time, the storage time mark of the article can be displayed in a third color. Specifically, it may be displayed in orange. When the storage duration mark of the article is orange, it can be shown that the storage duration of the article is too long, and the article may be out of date and cannot be used normally. And when the terminal detects that the storage time of the article does not exceed the preset expiration time, the storage time mark of the article can be displayed in a fourth color. Specifically, white may be displayed. When the storage time mark of the article is displayed as white, it can indicate that the article can be normally used.
According to the technical scheme, the attribute information and the storage position information of the articles are displayed through the article management interface, so that the inventory management efficiency of the articles can be greatly improved under the condition that the types or the quantity of the articles are large, and a user can manage the article data more conveniently, quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, overdue reminding and stock shortage reminding can be performed on the articles, and the articles can be conveniently adjusted by purchasing staff. And the articles are managed in a unified way by adopting the article storage table, so that the article data sharing among a plurality of systems can be realized.
