the identification marks are set on the basis of different positions in the road, and each identification mark representing the position information is set;

the first server is used for sending real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp to the second server;
and the second server is used for receiving the vehicle passing record forwarded by the communication base station and the real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp sent by the first server, and judging the violation condition of the vehicle based on the vehicle passing record and the real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp.
7. The electric bicycle violation monitoring system of claim 6 wherein the identification is provided as a two-dimensional code.
8. The electric bicycle violation monitoring system of claim 6 wherein said communication base station comprises:
the traffic record receiving module is used for receiving the vehicle traffic record sent by the monitor;
and the traffic record forwarding module is used for forwarding the vehicle traffic record to the second server.
9. The electric bicycle violation monitoring system of claim 6 wherein said second server comprises:
the first information receiving module is used for receiving the vehicle passing record sent by the communication base station;
the second information receiving module is used for receiving the real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp sent by the urban traffic signal lamp server;
and the violation information generating module is used for judging the violation condition of the vehicle based on the vehicle passing record and the real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp, and generating a violation record if the violation occurs.
10. An electric bicycle violation monitoring method, which adopts the electric bicycle violation monitoring system of any one of claims 6-9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
detecting and reading the identification mark arranged in the road through a monitor, generating a vehicle passing record containing a vehicle number, passing time and identification mark information, and sending the vehicle passing record to a communication base station through the monitor;
after receiving the vehicle passing record sent by the monitor, the communication base station forwards the vehicle passing record to a second server;
the first server sends real-time lighting state information of the traffic signal lamp to the second server;
and the second server judges the violation condition of the electric bicycle based on the vehicle passing record and the real-time lighting information of the traffic signal lamp, and generates a violation record if the violation condition exists.
