The digital management mode of the production data needs to be completed by means of a scanning gun, manual operation is still needed, the efficiency is not high, and long-time waiting is needed when a plurality of people need to borrow the objects at the same time. When the quantity of the objects in the factory is larger and larger, the object management is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the overall production efficiency of the factory is reduced. In addition, the bar code or the two-dimensional code is pasted on the surface of an object in a way of pasting a strip for object coding, and the two-dimensional code or the bar code is easily abraded in the subsequent borrowing, returning and using processes, so that the scanning gun cannot identify the two-dimensional code or the bar code, and the function of object tracking management is lost. Meanwhile, because of the abrasion of the bar code or the two-dimensional code, a large amount of recoding is needed, a large amount of materials and manpower are consumed, and the production efficiency of a factory is further reduced.

And meanwhile, the access control system carries the NFC near field communication module, when the employee takes the object out of the warehouse, the access control system reads the identity information of the employee and matches the lending information, and sends the identity information to the server for recording. The object management system and the management method can realize the unmanned management of the object library, improve the efficiency of tracking the objects of the intelligent factory, and have low cost and easy realization.

Example 1
The embodiment is a system for managing factory objects based on NFC tags, and the system manages object information through object management equipment, access control equipment and a server.
The object information comprises NFC label information on the object and object state information, and the object state information is obtained according to judgment of the NFC label information on the object. When the article management equipment cannot detect the NFC label information, setting the corresponding article as a lending state; and when the object management equipment can detect the NFC label information, setting the corresponding object to be in a return state.
Referring to fig. 7, which is a schematic diagram of an operating state of the article management device in this embodiment, different articles are attached with NFC tags with unique ID identifiers. The object management device comprises a first NFC card reading module and a first network communication module, and when an object is at a certain distance from the first NFC card reading module, the first NFC card reading module can identify information of NFC labels on different objects. Referring to fig. 8, the NFC card reading module is connected and communicates with the main control board through the SPI interface. In this embodiment, the main control board is an STM32 or ARM core board, and the effective distance of the NFC card reading module can reach 10CM to 20 CM.
The object management equipment detects the NFC label on the object to acquire the object information in the lending or returning process of the object. When the object is lent, the first communication module transmits the object information to the access control equipment; when the object is returned, the first communication module receives the object information and the employee information transmitted by the access control system and transmits the object information to the server.
The entrance guard equipment comprises a second NFC card reading module and a second network communication module, and the second NFC card reading module is configured to detect an NFC label on the object. When the object is lent, the second network communication module receives object information transmitted by the object management equipment; when the object is returned, the second network communication module transmits the object information and the employee information to the object management device; when the access control equipment detects that the object passes through, the staff information is matched with the corresponding object information.
Referring to fig. 3, when an object is lent, the server in the embodiment receives the matched employee information and object information transmitted by the access control device, and forms and stores a loan record; referring to fig. 6, when the item is returned, the NFC tag information transmitted by the item management device is received, and the corresponding loan record is deleted.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the management system in embodiment 1 is used to manage the lending and returning information of the objects in the factory, which is mainly divided into object lending management and object returning management.
(1) Object lending management
Referring to fig. 1, when an employee enters the article library to take away an article, the article management device detects NFC tag information on the article, and when the NFC tag information cannot be detected, the state of the article is set to the lending state, and meanwhile, the article management device transmits the article information of the article to the access control device at the door of the article library for storage.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system work flow when an object is borrowed, and referring to fig. 3, when an employee carries the object and leaves an object library through an access control device, identity information of the employee is monitored through an employee card and the like. And meanwhile, the access control equipment also detects the NFC label information of the lent object, matches the NFC label information with the object information transmitted by the object management equipment, and confirms that the object is lent. At the moment, the employee information is matched with the object information of the object, and a loan record is generated and stored in the server. The object lending interaction diagram is shown in fig. 2.
(2) Object return management
Referring to the schematic diagram of the object return information management flow of fig. 4, when an employee uses a borrowed object and needs to enter the object library for returning, the employee first passes through the access control device.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a system work flow when an object is returned, referring to fig. 6, an access control device detects employee identity information, then obtains NFC tag information of the object through a second NFC card reading module, queries a matched lending record through the NFC tag information, matches the object information with the employee information through the lending record, and transmits the object information and the employee information to an object management device.
When the employee returns the object, the object is placed in the corresponding position, at the moment, the first NFC card reading module in the object management device reads the NFC information on the object, and the state of the object is changed into the returning state.
And the server receives the object information changed by the object management equipment, searches the lending record corresponding to the object and deletes the lending record. In the implementation process, the server can also change the loan record into the return record so as to use the statistics of the return condition for the object at a later date. The object return interaction diagram is shown in fig. 5.
