Abstract
本发明涉及一种伺服驱动装置,它具有一个驱动电机(5),该电机借助一个由至少一蜗杆(3)和一蜗轮(2)组成的传动齿轮箱驱动一根与一调节元件耦合的调节主轴,该装置此外还具有一个附加齿轮(6)用于调节元件的位移测量。一种显著更精确的位置测量可利用更少的元件通过以下方式实现,即附加齿轮(6)由蜗杆(3)驱动。
Description
本发明涉及一种伺服驱动装置,它具有一个驱动电机,该电机借助一个由至少一蜗杆和一蜗轮组成的传动齿轮驱动一根与一调节元件耦合的调节主轴,该装置此外还具有一个附加齿轮,用于调节元件的位移测量。
一种这样的伺服驱动装置已由DE-A-3615285公开。在这种装置中,在一个与蜗轮抗扭连接并容纳其调节主轴的主轴螺母的外圆周上,设有一个附加的螺纹,借助该螺纹,一个附加齿轮被驱动。借助该附加齿轮,与调节主轴即与调节元件耦合的阀的每一个工作位置被测定。
本发明的目的在于,对所述形式的伺服驱动装置进行如下改进,即调节元件的位置测量显著地更准确并用更少的元件就能够进行。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即通过提供一种伺服驱动装置,它具有一个驱动电机,该电机通过一个由至少一蜗杆和一蜗轮组成的传动齿轮箱驱动一根与一调节元件相耦合的调节主轴,该装置此外还具有一个附加齿轮,用于调节元件的位移测量,其中附加齿轮是由蜗杆驱动的。
附加齿轮通过蜗杆的这种驱动首先具有下面的优点,即不再必须设置分开的螺纹轮;其次附加齿轮以很高的转速被驱动,由此在位置测量方面的准确性同时被提高。
按照本发明的改进,附加齿轮为一个带有直齿的正齿轮,其中,齿的螺纹啮合角与蜗杆的轴模数匹配。因此,位置测量用一种结构简单的元件就能够进行。
按照本发明,附加齿轮与一个测量其转数的计数装置相连接。一个这样的计数装置可包含一个可由附加齿轮调节的电位计,通过它的调节,调节元件的每一个工作位置以模拟方式被重新给出。不过也存在这样的可能性,即借助一个电子元件以数字方式为基础进行计数。
下面参照附图所示实施例,对本发明作进一步详细说明,附图中:
图1为伺服驱动装置的局部截面图。
图2和3分别为一个由伺服驱动装置的蜗杆驱动的附加齿轮。
用1表示伺服驱动装置的外壳,一个蜗轮2可旋转地支承在该外壳内。蜗轮2以已知的方式与一个设在调节主轴上的主轴螺母耦合。该调节主轴和主轴螺母在图中未示出,通过由蜗轮2驱动的主轴螺母,调节主轴和由此一个与其相连的调节元件沿轴向被调节。
蜗轮2的驱动借助一个蜗杆3来实现,该蜗杆与一个在图中用虚的轮廓线表示的驱动电机5耦合。
蜗杆3此外还配有一个附加齿轮6,该齿轮连同它的轴7一起可旋转支承在壳体1的一个支承位置8处。轴7嵌接在一个计数装置9的壳体内。在计数装置9中,附加齿轮6的转数以模拟方式或数字方式被测量并由此产生相应的控制信号,通过这些信号,在达到某一确定的位置时可停止驱动。
如从图2和3可以看出,附加齿轮6可设计成简单的带有直齿的正齿轮。通过该正齿轮的齿10和齿间距11的相应设计,它可与具有不同中心螺旋角12的蜗杆3配合。由此,在中心螺旋角12的一确定范围内,可采用同一实施形式的附加齿轮6。
Claims (3)
1、一种伺服驱动装置,它具有一个驱动电机(5),该电机通过一个由至少一蜗杆(3)和一蜗轮(2)组成的传动齿轮箱驱动一根与一调节元件相耦合的调节主轴,该装置此外还具有一个附加齿轮(6),用于调节元件的位移测量,其特征在于,附加齿轮(6)是由蜗杆(3)驱动的。
2、按权利要求1所述的伺服驱动装置,其特征在于,附加齿轮是一个带直齿的正齿轮,在该齿轮中,齿(10)的螺纹啮合角与蜗杆(3)的轴模数相匹配。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的伺服驱动装置,其特征在于,附加齿轮(6)同一个测量其转数的计数装置(9)相耦合。
