Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it should be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an ice shaving machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cooling box 10, a moving mechanism 20, a driving device 30, a knife assembly 40, and a pressing member 50. The refrigeration box 10 comprises four side casing members 11, a bottom casing member 12 and a top casing member 13, wherein the four side casing members 11 surround the periphery of the bottom casing member 12 and the top casing member 13, so that an accommodating space is formed.
The refrigeration cassette 10 further includes a first opening H1, a first door assembly 110, and a load bearing seat 120. The first opening H1 is formed by penetrating one of the side casing pieces 11. The first door assembly 110 is disposed at the first opening H1 such that the first door assembly 110 is operable by a user to selectively close and open the first opening H1. When the first door assembly 110 opens the first opening H1, a user can put ice cubes into the receiving space of the refrigerator compartment 10 or take ice cubes out of the receiving space of the refrigerator compartment 10.
The carrying seat 120 is disposed on the bottom casing 12, and a part of the bottom casing 12 can be used as an outer surface of a part of the carrying seat 120. The load bearing seat 120 includes an ice chute CH and a second door assembly 121. The ice dropping passage CH penetrates through the bearing seat 120 and includes a second opening H2 and a third opening H3 opposite to the second opening H2. The moving mechanism 20 is connected to the second door assembly 121, and the driving device 30 can drive the moving mechanism 20 to make the moving mechanism 20 drive the second door assembly 121 to selectively move between the opening position and the closing position. When the second door assembly 121 is located at the open position, the second door assembly 121 may open the ice chute CH. And when the second door assembly 121 is located at the closing position, the second door assembly 121 may close the ice chute CH.
The blade assembly 40 may be disposed in the accommodating space of the refrigeration cassette 10 and near the ice falling passage CH. The pressing member 50 may be disposed in the accommodating space of the refrigeration cassette 10. The knife assembly 40 is located between the abutment 50 and the second door assembly 121, and the knife assembly 40, the abutment 50 and the second door assembly 121 may be arranged, for example, along the first axis D1. Thus, in use, the pressing member 50 can press the ice pieces G against the knife assembly 40 so that the knife assembly 40 can plane or shave the ice pieces G to produce ice debris.
The above-described details regarding the second door assembly 121 closing and opening the ice chute CH are exemplified as follows.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, the moving mechanism 20 may include a rotating shaft 21 and at least one supporting arm 22. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the shaft 21 can be disposed along a second axis D2 perpendicular to the first axis D1, and the moving mechanism 20 includes two arms 22. Each arm 22 includes a first end 221 and a second end 222 opposite the first end 221. The two arms 22 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the rotating shaft 21. The first end 221 of the arm 22 is coupled to the shaft 21 and the second end 222 of the arm 22 is pivotally coupled to the second door assembly 121. The drive device 30 may, for example, comprise a gear set 31 and a motor 32. The gear set 31 is connected to the rotating shaft 21, and the motor 32 drives one or more gears of the gear set 31 to rotate, thereby driving the rotating shaft 21 to rotate. When the motor 32 drives the rotation shaft 21 to rotate in the first direction through the gear set 31, the second door assembly 121 moves toward the open position to open the ice chute CH, as shown in fig. 6. When the motor 32 drives the rotating shaft 21 to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction through the gear set 31, the second door assembly 121 moves to the closed position to close the ice chute CH.
Specifically, the second door assembly 121 of the refrigeration cassette 10 provided by the present invention according to one embodiment includes a first plate 122, a second plate 123, a spring 124, and a shaft 125. The first plate 122 is pivotally connected to the second plate 123 through a shaft 125. The spring 124 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 125 and includes a first end 1241 and a second end 1242 opposite to the first end 1241. The first end 1241 of the spring 124 abuts against the first plate 122, and the second end 1242 of the spring 124 abuts against the second plate 123. The tension of the spring 124 may keep the first plate 122 and the second plate 123 unparallel in the case where the second door assembly 121 does not close the ice chute CH. When the second door assembly 121 is in the closed position, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, and 9, the first plate 122 closes the second opening H2, the second plate 123 closes the third opening H3, and the tension of the spring 124 urges the first plate 122 against the second opening H2, thereby sealing the second opening H2. At this time, if the first door assembly 110 also closes the first opening H1, the ice cubes placed in the receiving space of the refrigerator compartment 10 can be isolated from the outside air, thereby preventing the ice cubes from being contaminated. When the second door assembly 121 is moved to the open position, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, the first plate 122 opens the second opening H2, and the second plate 123 also opens the third opening H3, so that the ice chute CH is opened. At this time, if the pressing member 50 presses the ice cubes against the knife assembly 40 to cause the knife assembly 40 to plane or cut the ice cubes to generate ice debris, the ice debris may fall through the ice dropping passage CH and out of the refrigerator 10 to fall into the container near the third opening H3 of the ice dropping passage CH.
In addition, during the movement of the second door assembly 121 from the open position to the closed position or from the closed position to the open position, a portion of the second door assembly 121 may move along the plane in which the second opening H2 of the ice dropping passage CH is located. In detail, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the second door assembly 121 further includes a positioning structure 126. The positioning structure 126 may include, for example, a link 1261 and a slider 1262, although the invention is not so limited. The link 1261 is pivotally connected to the slider 1262. The carrying seat 120 further includes a sliding slot 127 near the second opening H2 of the ice falling passage CH. The slider 1262 is slidably disposed in the slide groove 127. Chute 127 includes a first end 1271 and a second end 1272 opposite first end 1271. When the second door assembly 121 is in the closed position, the slider 1262 is positioned at the first end 1271 of the chute 127. When the second door assembly 121 is in the open position, the slider 1262 is positioned at the second end 1272 of the chute 127.
Although the embodiments described above are described using a motor-driven driving device as an example, in other embodiments, the driving device may be a manual control element, so that a user can manually operate the manual control element to drive the moving mechanism, thereby driving the second door assembly to move between the open position and the closed position.
In summary, the above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
