In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
The embodiment provides a method for controlling anti-dropsy of an air conditioner, which can be applied to a controller of a multi-connected air conditioner, wherein the multi-connected air conditioner can comprise a plurality of outdoor units which are arranged in parallel, and the method mainly comprises the following steps of S102-S106, referring to a flow chart of the method for controlling anti-dropsy of the air conditioner shown in FIG. 1:
step S102: and detecting the low pressure, supercooling degree and defrosting temperature of each outdoor unit.
Detecting the low pressure of each outdoor unit, detecting the high pressure saturation temperature of the compressor and the outlet pipe temperature of the condenser of each outdoor unit, and calculating the difference between the high pressure saturation temperature and the outlet pipe temperature of the condenser (namely the temperature of the refrigerating liquid pipe of the outdoor unit) to obtain the supercooling degree of each outdoor unit; defrosting temperature of each outdoor unit is detected respectively by arranging a defrosting temperature sensing bulb based on a branch circuit at the bottom of a condenser of each outdoor unit.
Step S104: and judging whether refrigerant accumulation occurs in each outdoor unit based on the low pressure, the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature.
Normally, a plurality of outdoor units are connected in parallel and commonly controlled, in theory, the low pressure of each outdoor unit should be approximately the same, and if an outdoor unit with the pressure being obviously higher than other low pressure exists, the outdoor unit may have refrigerant accumulation; in addition, when the outdoor units generate effusion, the refrigerant can be accumulated at the bottom of the condenser, so that the defrosting temperature is close to the outdoor environment temperature, and the comprehensive linkage judgment is carried out according to the low pressure, the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature of each outdoor unit, so that whether the refrigerant accumulation is generated by each outdoor unit can be accurately detected.
Step S106: and performing liquid accumulation removal control on the target outdoor unit with the refrigerant accumulation.
When the refrigerant accumulation occurs in the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit generating the refrigerant accumulation is marked as a target outdoor unit, and the compressor of the target outdoor unit is controlled to remove the accumulated liquid in the target outdoor unit, so that the normal operation of the target outdoor unit is prevented from being influenced.
According to the air conditioner anti-effusion control method provided by the embodiment, whether the refrigerant accumulation exists in each outdoor unit is judged through linkage based on the low pressure, the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature of each outdoor unit, so that the accuracy of effusion detection is improved, meanwhile, automatic effusion removal control is performed on the outdoor unit generating the refrigerant accumulation, the defect of the circulating refrigerant of an air conditioning system is avoided, the running reliability of an air conditioning unit is guaranteed, and the use comfort of an air conditioner is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, the present embodiment provides an implementation manner of determining whether refrigerant accumulation occurs in each outdoor unit based on the low pressure, the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature, and may be specifically performed with reference to the following steps (1) to (3):
step (1): the average low pressure is calculated based on the low pressure of each outdoor unit.
And calculating an accumulated value of the low-pressure of each outdoor unit, and dividing the accumulated value by the number of the outdoor units to obtain the average low-pressure.
Step (2): and judging whether the low pressure of each outdoor unit is larger than the average low pressure, and screening out a first target outdoor unit with the low pressure larger than the average low pressure.
Comparing the calculated average low pressure with the low pressure of each outdoor unit one by one, judging whether the low pressure of each outdoor unit is larger than the average low pressure, and if the outdoor unit with the low pressure larger than the average low pressure exists, marking the outdoor unit as a first target outdoor unit.
Because the pressures of the outdoor units connected in parallel are close to each other when the air conditioner operates normally, the first target outdoor unit with the low pressure larger than the average low pressure is selected through screening, the outdoor units possibly with effusion can be initially selected from the plurality of outdoor units, the judging range is reduced, and a reliable basis is provided for judging the accumulation of the refrigerant.
Step (3): and judging whether the refrigerant accumulation occurs in the first target outdoor unit or not based on the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature.
Judging whether the supercooling degree of each first target outdoor unit is larger than or equal to a first preset temperature, and screening a second target outdoor unit with the supercooling degree larger than or equal to the first preset temperature from the first target outdoor units; and judging whether the refrigerant accumulation occurs in the second target outdoor unit based on the defrosting temperature.
The outdoor unit with supercooling degree greater than or equal to the first preset temperature in the first target outdoor unit is marked as a second target outdoor unit, and the supercooling degree of each outdoor unit is in a lower temperature range when the air conditioner is in normal operation, and if the supercooling degree of one outdoor unit is seriously greater, the outdoor unit may have refrigerant accumulation.
The second target outdoor unit with the supercooling degree larger than or equal to the first preset temperature is screened out from the first target outdoor units, so that the outdoor units possibly with refrigerant accumulation can be further screened out, the judging range is further reduced, and the refrigerant accumulation judging efficiency is improved.
In a possible embodiment, the value of the first preset temperature may be 8 to 12 ℃, and preferably the value is 8 ℃. When the air conditioner is in normal operation, the supercooling degree of the outdoor unit is usually 3-5 ℃, and the abnormal outdoor unit with excessive supercooling degree can be screened out by setting the first preset temperature to 8-12 ℃, so that the accuracy of refrigerant accumulation judgment is prompted.
In one possible implementation manner, the present embodiment provides a specific implementation manner of determining whether the second target outdoor unit generates the refrigerant accumulation based on the defrosting temperature: detecting the current outdoor environment temperature, and calculating the temperature difference between the defrosting temperature of each second target outdoor unit and the outdoor environment temperature; and determining the outdoor unit with the temperature difference less than or equal to a second preset temperature in the second target outdoor unit as the target outdoor unit with the refrigerant accumulation.
When the outdoor unit accumulates liquid, the refrigerant is accumulated at the bottom of the condenser, and the defrosting temperature sensing bag is generally arranged at a branch at the bottom of the condenser. When the condenser is in liquid accumulation, the refrigerant does not flow in the pipeline, after a period of time, the difference between the defrosting temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is small, and when the difference is serious, the difference is equivalent to the outdoor environment temperature, so that the refrigerant accumulation judgment can be performed by detecting the difference between the defrosting temperature and the outdoor environment temperature.
The outdoor unit which simultaneously meets the conditions that the low pressure is larger than the average low pressure, the supercooling degree is larger than the first preset temperature and the temperature difference between the defrosting temperature and the outdoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to the second preset temperature is determined as the target outdoor unit with refrigerant accumulation, so that multi-parameter linkage judgment on the refrigerant accumulation of the outdoor unit is realized, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
In a specific embodiment, the second preset temperature may have a value ranging from 1 to 3 ℃, and preferably has a value of 2 ℃. By setting the second preset temperature to 1-3 ℃, it can be judged whether the current defrosting temperature is close to the outdoor environment temperature, and further whether the effusion is generated in the condenser or not can be judged. The preset frequency is related to the current operating frequency of the compressor.
In one possible implementation manner, the present embodiment provides a specific implementation manner of performing liquid accumulation removal control on the target outdoor unit where the refrigerant accumulation occurs: the compressor frequency of the target outdoor unit is controlled to be increased by a preset frequency so that the refrigerant stored in the target outdoor unit flows out. The operation frequency of the compressor is improved by controlling the outdoor unit with the refrigerant liquid accumulation, so that the internal pressure difference of the target outdoor unit can be increased, the refrigerant accumulated in the target outdoor unit flows into the main circulation system, the liquid accumulation in the target outdoor unit is removed, the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured, and the use comfort is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the preset frequency is 5% to 15% of the current operating frequency of the compressor, and the preferred value is 10% of the current operating frequency. Through promoting compressor operating frequency in proportion, can effectively promote the unit internal pressure of off-premises station, can not cause great influence to the whole output of air conditioner simultaneously, promote the stability and the reliability of air conditioner operation.
According to the air conditioner anti-hydrops control method provided by the embodiment, whether the outdoor unit is hydrops is judged through linkage judgment of the low pressure, the supercooling degree and the defrosting temperature of the outdoor unit, so that the hydrops judgment accuracy is greatly improved; meanwhile, the accumulated liquid of the outdoor unit is accurately and effectively identified, and the accumulated liquid is pertinently regulated, so that the running reliability and the use comfort of the unit can be effectively ensured.
Corresponding to the method for controlling anti-dropsy of the air conditioner provided by the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention provides an example of anti-dropsy control of a multi-connected air conditioner by applying the method for controlling anti-dropsy of the air conditioner, which can be specifically executed with reference to the following steps 1 to 5:
step 1, after the multi-connected air conditioner operates stably, detecting the low pressure P of each outdoor unit si Wherein i is the external serial number, i=1, 2, 3 …
Under normal conditions, a plurality of outdoor units are connected in parallel and controlled together, the low pressure is about the same in theory, and if the low pressure of one outdoor unit is obviously higher than that of other outdoor units, liquid accumulation can exist in the outdoor unit. Calculating average low pressure P of each outdoor unit average And one by one with each outdoor unit low pressure P si Comparing and judging P si Whether or not it is greater than P average If yes, the supercooling degree judgment in the step 2 is carried out, and if not, the current operation is kept.
And 2, detecting the supercooling degree delta T of the outdoor unit, namely the high-pressure temperature Tg-cool-out temperature Tc (high-pressure saturation temperature) of the outdoor unit and the delta T=Tg-Tc (condenser outlet pipe temperature or outdoor unit refrigerating fluid pipe temperature) aiming at the outdoor unit with higher low-pressure detected in the step 1, judging whether the delta T is more than or equal to 8 ℃, if so, judging the defrosting temperature in the step 3, and if not, keeping the current operation.
Normally, the supercooling degree of the outdoor unit is controlled to be 3-5 ℃, and if the supercooling degree of one outdoor unit is seriously larger (more than 8 ℃), liquid accumulation can exist in the outdoor unit.
And 3, detecting the defrosting temperature Tdef of the outdoor unit detected in the step 2, comparing the defrosting temperature Tdef with the ambient temperature Tao, and if the temperature Tdef-Tao is less than or equal to 2 ℃, confirming that the outdoor unit stores the refrigerant, and performing adjustment operation, otherwise, keeping the current operation.
When the outdoor unit accumulates liquid, the refrigerant is accumulated at the bottom of the condenser, and the defrosting temperature sensing bag is generally arranged at a branch at the bottom of the condenser. When the condenser is in liquid accumulation, the refrigerant does not flow in the pipeline, and after a period of time, the difference between the tube temperature (namely the defrosting temperature) detected by the defrosting temperature sensing bag and the outdoor ring temperature is small, and when the difference is serious, the difference is equivalent to the outdoor ring temperature, so that liquid accumulation judgment can be carried out by detecting the difference between the defrosting temperature and the outdoor environment temperature.
And 4, aiming at the outdoor unit, the frequency of the compressor is proportionally increased (preferably 10 percent), so that the internal pressure of the unit can be effectively increased, and the whole output is not greatly influenced.
And 5, after the operation is stable, returning to the execution of the step 1, and re-entering the low-pressure detection.
