The invention aims to provide a filling control system and method for a liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder, which can verify the normative of the whole filling process and each link through the control system and ensure the safety and reliability of the filling process.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the filling control system of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder provided by the invention comprises:
the control main body part is arranged in a filling control box in a filling station and comprises a control module 1, a control expansion module 2 and a station control module 3; the peripheral auxiliary device includes: the automatic charging device comprises a power module 4, a handset 5, a wireless card reader 6, an air charging weighing instrument 7, an emergency stop button 8, an explosion-proof indicator lamp 9, a charging gun electromagnetic valve 10 and an external 220V power supply 11.
The hand-held set 5 and the wireless card reader 6 are respectively connected with the station control module 3 in a wireless communication manner; the hand-held machine 5 is used for collecting personal information and steel bottle information of a worker and binding the personal information and the steel bottle information, wherein the personal information comprises on-duty certificate information of the worker, the steel bottle information comprises detection information of the steel bottle and service life information of the steel bottle, and the steel bottle information is arranged on the steel bottle in the form of bar codes, two-dimensional codes or electronic tags; the wireless card reader 6 is used for reading steel cylinder information; the station control module 3 is used for verifying personal information of staff and steel cylinder information, sorting the steel cylinders through the read steel cylinder information, distributing filling positions for the steel cylinders, and the station control module 3 comprises an RJ45 network port- (4-1), and the station control module 3 is used for carrying out data exchange and communication with the platform server module and the control module 1.
The control module 1 is provided with a filling gun electromagnetic valve control port 101, and the filling gun electromagnetic valve control port 101 is electrically connected with a filling gun electromagnetic valve 10. The control module 1 is provided with power inputs L- (2-1) and M- (2-2), a signal input end of the wireless card reader 6- (2-3 … 2-6), a signal input end of the pneumatic weighing instrument 7- (2-7 … 2-10), 4 control ports 101 of the solenoid valves of the filling gun are respectively provided with the control ports 1-4- (2-12 … 2-15), a plurality of solenoid valves 10 of the filling gun can be arranged according to specific situations, and simultaneous control of the solenoid valves 10 of the filling gun is realized through the plurality of arranged solenoid valve control ports 101.
The function of the control module 1 can be completed by a PLC or a programmed control circuit board, and the control module is communicated with the station control module 3 through an RJ45 network port to receive the instruction of the station control module 3. The control module 1 is provided with 8 paths of input signal IO ports (4 paths of input are added by the expansion module) for receiving switching value control signals, and the input ports and the output ports are subjected to required correspondence through programming; after receiving the input end signal or the instruction of the station control module 3, the corresponding output end switching value closes the output control signal to open the corresponding filling gun electromagnetic valve 10.
The electromagnetic valve 10 of the filling gun and the power module 4 are respectively connected with an external 220V power supply 11 in parallel, and the power module 4 is electrically connected with the control module 1. The power module 4 comprises an external power input port live wire L- (5-1), an external power input port zero line N- (5-2), a power supply output 12V positive- (5-3) and a power supply output 12V negative- (5-4).
The control expansion module 2 is electrically connected with the control module 1, and an emergency stop button signal input port 201 is arranged on the control expansion module 2. The control expansion module 2 includes an scram button signal input port- (3-1 … 3-4). The control expansion module 2 is a module for expanding an input/output interface of the control module 1, four paths of signal inputs are added in the embodiment, the four paths of signal input ports collect switching value signals, and the four paths of signal input ports are externally connected with signal output ends of four emergency stop buttons 8 (buttons with lamps).
The explosion-proof indicator lamp 9 and the emergency stop button 8 are respectively connected with an external 220V power supply 11 in parallel, the explosion-proof indicator lamp 9 is a power supply indicator lamp of the system, and the lamp indicates that the charging area is in a working state when the lamp is on. The emergency stop button 8 is provided with an emergency stop button lamp, the emergency stop button lamp is electrically connected with the power module 4, and the emergency stop button 8 is electrically connected with the control expansion module 2 through an emergency stop button signal input port 201; when the emergency stop button lamp is on in the process of filling operation and gas leakage, fire and the condition that the filling gun electromagnetic valve is not closed in time after the steel cylinder is filled are generated, a worker can press the emergency stop button 8 to control the expansion module 2 to collect an emergency stop button pressing signal, so that the filling gun electromagnetic valve 10 is closed through the control module 1.
The inflation weighing instrument 7 is electrically connected with the station control module 3, and the inflation weighing instrument 7 is used for collecting the weight of the steel cylinder in the inflation process.
The platform server module is connected with the station control module 3 and is used for storing personal information of the staff and binding information of the personal information of the staff and steel cylinder information and storing information for recording the gas filling process of the steel cylinder.
According to the filling control system of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder, provided by the invention, through the handheld machine, the station control module and the control module, the condition that the qualified steel cylinder is always operated by a worker with legal personal information in the filling process is ensured, various expired cylinders and cylinders with service lives exceeding the service lives can be timely found through identifying the steel cylinder information, and the filling work is not carried out on the steel cylinders which do not meet the requirements, so that the supervision of the worker is enhanced, the operation flow of the steel cylinder filling process is standardized, and the potential safety hazard is reduced; through the control module that sets up, guaranteed the automatic control of filling process.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 2, the present invention further provides a method for controlling filling of a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder, the method comprising:
s1, a worker who is on duty for evidence holding logs in a handset through a personal work card (electronic tag card) at a charging station, and the handset uploads login information to a station control module through a wireless network (WiFi, 2.4G and 800M);
s2, the station control module compares the login information with the personal information in the platform server module and judges whether the staff is registered or not; if yes, issuing confirmation login information to the handset, confirming login of staff, allowing daily filling operation, and enabling a plurality of staff to hold the handset with personal login for operation; if not (the work card information and the platform server module registration information are not consistent or are not compliant with other management requirements), go to step S10;
s3, the steel bottle enters a station, personnel card information (electronic tag card) of a person to be sent and steel bottle information (electronic tag or one-dimensional two-dimensional code) after entering the station are read by a registered handheld machine, and the handheld machine binds and uploads the working card information, the personnel card information and the steel bottle information of the person to a station control module;
s4, the station control module compares the binding information with the work card information, the personnel card information and the steel cylinder information in the platform server module, judges whether the steel cylinder can be filled, and if so (the steel cylinder is regularly detected and qualified, the personnel card information is in line with the personnel for feeding), goes to step S5, if not (the personnel card information is not in line with the personnel for filling, the steel cylinder is not regularly detected and exceeds the age), goes to step S10;
s5, the steel cylinders enter a filling area, a plurality of wireless card readers are deployed in the filling area, workers read steel cylinder information of the filling area through the wireless card readers and upload the steel cylinder information to a station control module, the station control module sorts the steel cylinders according to the steel cylinder information uploaded by the wireless card readers, filling positions (serial numbers of filling guns) are allocated to each steel cylinder, the filling position information is sent to a control module (through a wired network), and the control module opens a filling gun electromagnetic valve corresponding to the filling position;
the hand-held machine is used for reading steel bottle information when the steel bottle enters the charging area, and the wireless card reader is used for reading the steel bottle information entering the charging area after the steel bottle enters the charging area.
S6, the worker moves the steel bottle to an air inflation weighing instrument corresponding to the filling position, and the worker inserts the steel bottle into a filling gun for filling operation;
s7, a corresponding emergency stop button lamp is turned on in the filling operation process, and the pneumatic weighing instrument uploads the weight information of the steel bottle to the station control module (through a network or 485 digital signals) at regular time;
s8, judging whether the steel cylinder is full or not by the station control module according to the obtained weight information; if yes, the station control module issues a stop instruction to the control module, and the control module closes the corresponding solenoid valve of the filling gun to finish filling; if not, returning to the step S7; meanwhile, the staff judges whether the emergency stop button is pressed in the filling process;
s9, uploading filling information of the steel cylinders to a platform server module by the station control module;
s10, ending.
In step S4, the judgment basis for allowing filling of the steel cylinder is as follows: the steel bottle is detected regularly and qualified, and personnel card information belongs to the personnel meeting the delivery and loading requirements; the judgment basis of the non-filling permission of the steel bottle is as follows: personnel card information belongs to the fact that no person is filled, the steel bottle is not detected regularly, and the service life is exceeded.
In step S8, special conditions are encountered during the filling process, such as gas leakage, fire, and the fact that the filling gun solenoid valve is not timely closed after the steel cylinder is filled, the worker can directly send the signal of the emergency stop button 8 (the switching value is through the cable) to the control module 1 by pressing the corresponding emergency stop button 8 that needs to stop the operation, and the control module 1 closes the corresponding filling gun solenoid valve 10 to stop filling.
The filling control system and method for the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder provided by the invention realize supervision of staff, the steel cylinder and a safety process.
Supervision for filling staff: each filling station worker needs to be trained in a professional mode and supported on duty, each filling station registers detailed site information of recording and worker support information in a supervision department, verifies the worker information in filling work and binds the worker information with information of a filled steel cylinder to upload the platform server module.
Monitoring for steel cylinders: each steel bottle is provided with a bar code, a two-dimensional code or an electronic tag, the bar code, the two-dimensional code or the electronic tag is required to be detected regularly according to the regulations of local supervision departments, detection information is written into the electronic tag or can be inquired through an external platform, when the steel bottle enters a filling station, a worker reads the electronic information deployed by the steel bottle through a handheld machine, various expired bottles and overservice life gas bottles are found in time, filling work is not carried out on the expired bottles and overservice life gas bottles, the expired bottles and overservice life gas bottles are returned to the local detection station for treatment, accident potential is reduced, and gas bottle safety is guaranteed.
And (3) monitoring a safety flow: and according to the requirements and standards of the local supervision department, the safe filling process is strictly executed, and illegal operation is stopped.
According to the filling control method of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder, personal information and steel cylinder information of a worker in the filling process of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder are verified, and the identity information of the worker passing verification is bound with the steel cylinder information, so that the worker with legal personal information always operates the qualified steel cylinder in the filling process, supervision of the worker is enhanced, and the operation flow of the steel cylinder filling process is standardized;
by recording the links of information verification, sequence position distribution, filling weight, emergency treatment and the like in the filling process of the steel cylinder, traceability of each stage in the filling process is realized, non-standard operation is stopped, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

Claims (7)
1. A filling control system for a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder, comprising: the system comprises a handset, a wireless card reader, a station control module, a control module, an external 220V power supply, a power supply module, an explosion-proof indicator lamp, an emergency stop button and a control expansion module;
the hand-held set and the wireless card reader are respectively in wireless communication connection with the station control module; the hand-held machine is used for collecting personal information and steel bottle information of staff and binding the personal information and the steel bottle information; the wireless card reader is used for reading steel cylinder information; the station control module is used for verifying personal information of staff and steel cylinder information, sequencing the steel cylinders according to the read steel cylinder information and distributing filling positions for the steel cylinders;
the control module is provided with a filling gun electromagnetic valve control port, and the filling gun electromagnetic valve control port is electrically connected with a filling gun electromagnetic valve;
the charging gun electromagnetic valve and the power supply module are respectively connected with the external 220V power supply in parallel, and the power supply module is electrically connected with the control module;
the explosion-proof indicator lamp and the emergency stop button are respectively connected with the external 220V power supply in parallel;
the control expansion module is electrically connected with the control module, and an emergency stop button signal input port is arranged on the control expansion module;
the emergency stop button is provided with an emergency stop button lamp and is electrically connected with the control expansion module through the emergency stop button signal input port;
further comprises:
the platform server module is connected with the station control module and is used for storing personal information of the staff and binding information of the personal information of the staff and steel cylinder information and storing information for recording the inflation process of the steel cylinder.
2. The liquefied petroleum gas cylinder filling control system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said personal information includes on duty identification information of a worker, and said cylinder information includes detection information of the cylinder and age information of the cylinder.
3. The filling control system of liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder as set forth in claim 2, wherein the steel cylinder information is provided on the steel cylinder in the form of bar code, two-dimensional code or electronic tag.
4. The liquefied petroleum gas cylinder filling control system as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
the inflation weighing instrument is electrically connected with the station control module and is used for collecting the weight of the steel cylinder in the inflation process.
5. The filling control method of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder is characterized by being applied to the filling control system of the liquefied petroleum gas steel cylinder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and realizing the information recording and control of the steel cylinder filling flow and each link.
6. The method of controlling filling of a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder as claimed in claim 5, comprising:
s1, a worker who is on duty for holding a certificate logs in a handset through a personal work card at a charging station, and the handset uploads login information to a station control module through a wireless network;
s2, the station control module compares the login information with the personal information in the platform server module and judges whether the staff is registered or not; if yes, issuing confirmation login information to the handset, confirming login of staff, allowing daily filling operation, and enabling a plurality of staff to hold the handset with personal login for operation; if not, go to step S10;
s3, the steel bottle enters a station, personnel card information of the personnel to be fed and steel bottle information after entering the station are read by a registered handset, and the handset binds the working card information, the personnel card information and the steel bottle information of the personnel and uploads the binding information, the personnel card information and the steel bottle information to a station control module;
s4, the station control module compares the binding information with the work card information, the personnel card information and the steel cylinder information in the platform server module, judges whether the steel cylinder can be filled or not, and if so, goes to the step S5, and if not, goes to the step S10;
s5, the steel cylinders enter a filling area, a plurality of wireless card readers are deployed in the filling area, a worker reads steel cylinder information of the filling area through the wireless card readers and uploads the steel cylinder information to a station control module, the station control module sorts the steel cylinders according to the steel cylinder information uploaded by the wireless card readers, filling positions are allocated to each steel cylinder, the filling position information is sent to a control module, and the control module opens a filling gun electromagnetic valve corresponding to the filling position;
s6, the worker moves the steel bottle to an air inflation weighing instrument corresponding to the filling position, and the worker inserts the steel bottle into a filling gun for filling operation;
s7, a corresponding emergency stop button lamp is turned on in the filling operation process, and the air inflation weighing instrument uploads the weight information of the steel bottle to the station control module at regular time;
s8, judging whether the steel cylinder is full or not by the station control module according to the obtained weight information; if yes, the station control module issues a stop instruction to the control module, and the control module closes the corresponding solenoid valve of the filling gun to finish filling; if not, returning to the step S7; meanwhile, the staff judges whether the emergency stop button is pressed in the filling process;
s9, uploading filling information of the steel cylinders to a platform server module by the station control module;
s10, ending.
7. The method of controlling filling of a cylinder for liquefied petroleum gas as claimed in claim 6, wherein,
in step S4, the judgment basis for allowing filling of the steel cylinder is as follows: the steel bottle is detected regularly and qualified, and personnel card information belongs to the personnel meeting the delivery and loading requirements; the judgment basis of the non-filling permission of the steel bottle is as follows: personnel card information belongs to the fact that no filling personnel and steel cylinders are not detected regularly and the service life is exceeded;
in step S8, the judgment criteria for pressing the emergency stop button by the staff include: gas leakage occurs in the inflation process, a fire disaster occurs, and the gun solenoid valve is not closed in time after the steel cylinder is filled.
