The active compression unit 9 comprises an active sliding shaft 91, an active compression spring 92 and a sealing ring 93, wherein one end of the active sliding shaft 91 is provided with a push-pull block connected with the control unit, the other end of the active sliding shaft is provided with the sealing ring 93, and the active sliding shaft 91 between the push-pull block and the sealing ring 93 is sleeved with the active compression spring 92.
The driven compression unit 11 comprises a fixed block 14, a driven compression spring 15 and stainless steel balls 16, wherein the fixed block 14 is arranged in a driven compression unit mounting hole 18, one end of the driven compression spring 15 is fixedly arranged on the fixed block 14, the other end of the driven compression spring is propped against the stainless steel balls 16, and the stainless steel balls 16 are driven by the driving sliding shaft 91 to open and close an oil inlet of the shell.
The control unit comprises a one-way electromagnetic valve 5 and an air cylinder 6, the push-pull block is driven by the air cylinder 6, the one-way electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged on a pipeline connected with the air cylinder 6, and the one-way electromagnetic valve 5 is connected with the control panel. The accurate automatic oiling is realized through the control of the one-way electromagnetic valve, so that the aim of timing oiling can be fulfilled, the cost is saved, and the failure rate is low.
And an oil filling nozzle is arranged at the joint of the oil inlet pipeline 1 and the oil cylinder 2, and a ball is arranged in the oil filling nozzle, so that the overflow is prevented and the self-locking effect is realized.
The oil level indicating rod 3 extending to the outside is arranged on the piston, a photoelectric switch for collecting photoelectric signals is arranged at the oil level indicating rod 3 and is connected with the control panel, the photoelectric switch transmits the real-time oil level to the background signal data processing center, and when the oil level reaches a specified critical value, an alarm signal is output so as to remind personnel to carry out accurate machine station oiling, and information accurate transmission is realized. The oil level can be conveniently observed by staff, and oil-free in the oil cylinder can be prevented.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the cylinder is not actuated: when the control panel does not start a program, the air cylinder does not act, lubricating grease enters the oil quantity adjusting unit through the oil inlet pipeline at the moment, the active compression unit 9 does not act, the lubricating grease is blocked between the sealing ring and the stainless steel balls, a closed oil circuit pipeline is formed, and the grease in the lubricating grease is quantitative lubricating grease P; in this state, the oil level indicating lever does not act;
when the cylinder acts: the cylinder pushes the push-pull block to move, so that the sealing ring pushes the stainless steel ball to move to one side of the fixed block, at the moment, lubricating grease P enters the part 8 to be refueled through the oil outlet of the shell, in the state, the air inlet pipeline is always provided with air, and is connected with the compressed air cavity in the oil cylinder to play a role in pressing the lubricating grease into the oil quantity adjusting unit, the compressed air pipeline is in a normally open state, the state of lubricating grease is always ensured in the oil quantity adjusting unit, and the oil level indicating rod moves to indicate the liquid level position; the superfluous grease flows out through the overflow port, thereby achieving the purpose of quantitative oil injection.
