Claims (10)

1. The short side connecting structure of the assembled aluminum honeycomb ceiling board comprises honeycomb boards (3) and plug connectors (2) which are connected, wherein the plug connectors (2) are connected to the short sides of the honeycomb boards (3), and the short side connecting structure is characterized in that the short sides of the adjacent honeycomb boards (3) correspond to each other, and splicing pieces (1) which are simultaneously connected with the adjacent plug connectors (2) are arranged between the adjacent honeycomb boards (3); the plug connectors (2) are arranged on the short edges of the honeycomb plate (3) in a wrapping mode, transverse plug-in strips (2-5) and vertical plug-in strips (2-4) which are plugged in the honeycomb plate (3) are formed on the plug connectors (2), and barbs (2-6) are formed at the end parts of the transverse plug-in strips (2-5) and the vertical plug-in strips (2-4); the bottom of the splicing piece (1) supports the adjacent plug connectors (2) at the same time, and the top of the splicing piece (1) is abutted against the upper surfaces of the adjacent honeycomb plates (3); the honeycomb plate (3) is provided with a horizontal slot (3-1) corresponding to the horizontal insertion strip (2-5) and a vertical slot (3-2) corresponding to the vertical insertion strip (2-4).

The short side connection structure of the assembled aluminum honeycomb ceiling board according to claim 1, wherein the middle of the splice (1) is formed with a partition (1-2), the partition (1-2) is located between adjacent connectors (2), the adjacent connectors (2) are arranged in parallel under the action of the partition (1-2), and the bottom of the partition (1-2) is formed with a support seat (1-3) for supporting the connectors (2).

An assembled aluminum honeycomb ceiling tile short side connection structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the vertical board (2-2) is connected with a limiting board (2-3) on one side, the limiting board (2-3) and the transverse board (2-1) are positioned on two opposite sides of the vertical board (2-2), and the limiting board (2-3) and the transverse board (2-1) are arranged in parallel.

step A: prefabricating a honeycomb plate (3), a plug connector (2) and a splicing piece (1) in a factory, arranging a transverse slot (3-1) and a vertical slot (3-2) which are matched with the plug connector (2) on the short side of the honeycomb plate (3), wherein the transverse slot (3-1) is formed in the side edge of the honeycomb plate (3), the transverse slot (3-1) is arranged along the length direction of the honeycomb plate (3), the vertical slot (3-2) is formed in the top of the honeycomb plate (3), and the vertical slot (3-2) is arranged along the height direction of the honeycomb plate (3);
