Abstract

本发明公开了一种玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡的生产工艺。本发明使用绳锯沿矿山崖壁上原有的轮锯纵切面和轮锯横切面按所需的倍数进行切割,得到绳锯纵切面和绳锯横切面,在绳锯横切面的上部外侧均匀设置多个固定装置,并在相邻的两个固定装置之间插设挡板,挡板插入相邻的两个工字型槽钢相对的开口槽内时,压板在弹簧的作用下与挡板弹性接触,解决了挡板在开口槽内晃动的问题,根据需求在种植区内种植植物,达到矿山崖壁复绿治理的效果,对种植区内的植物浇水时,只需对最上方的种植区浇水,水流滋润最上方的种植区后,从挡板底部的透水孔流出,然后沿绳锯纵切面流入下方的种植区内。

本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,具体的说是一种玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡的生产工艺。
背景技术
玄武岩纤维是以玄武岩为原料,经高温熔融后通过拉丝制成的连续纤维。玄武岩纤维是一种新型无机环保绿色高性能纤维材料,具有强度高,电绝缘、耐腐蚀、耐高温等多种优异性能。玄武岩纤维通过后续加工可制成玄武岩纤维纱,玄武岩纤维布、玄武岩纤维毡和玄武岩纤维复合材料。其中,玄武岩纤维针刺毡是利用玄武岩长纤维为原料,经过短切、开松、梳理、针刺等工序形成的一种无纺针刺毡,具有高温阻燃、隔热、防辐射、抗氧化等优点,可以较好地满足国防建设、交通运输、建筑、石油化工、环保、电子、航空、航天等领域结构材料的需求,对国防建设、重大工程和产业结构升级具有重要的推动作用。
现有的玄武岩纤维生产工艺生产效率低,由于武岩长晶纤维属于无机纤维,纤维脆性大,单层纤网在针刺成型过程中容易造成纤维断裂,并且单层纤网针刺成型的纤维针刺毡抗拉强度低,电绝缘、耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能得不到保障。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供了一种玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡的生产工艺。
一种玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:纤维短切,将玄武岩长晶纤维进行短切,形成不同长度的玄武岩短切纤维束;
步骤二:纤维开包,对不同长度的玄武岩短切纤维束进行定量称量;
步骤三:粗开松,对定量称量后的玄武岩短切纤维束进行预开松,使玄武岩短切纤维束进行初步分散;
步骤四:混棉,将不同长度的玄武岩短切纤维束进行充分混合;
步骤五:精开松,对混合后的玄武岩短切纤维束进行精开松,使其充分分散;
步骤六:形成纤维层,将精开松后的玄武岩短切纤维束送入喂棉机下棉箱,形成纤维组织,纤维组织再次开松后,在下棉箱的气压和振动作用下形成纤维层;
步骤七:梳理,将纤维层梳理成单纤维状态,同时清除杂质和短绒;
步骤八:纤网,梳理后平行排列的单纤维经多次变向重叠,形成纵横交错的纤网;
步骤九:铺网,将纤网进行交错铺叠,形成纤维网毡;
步骤十:针刺成型,通过刺针对纤维网毡进行反复穿刺、拉伸、牵引,使纤维网之间相互交织,形成玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡;
步骤十一:切割、收卷,根据所需的长度和宽度进行切割,并收卷、包装。
进一步的,所述步骤一中,玄武岩短切纤维束的长度为38mm-70mm。
进一步的,所述步骤六中,下棉箱的厚度可在50mm-125mm之间调节设置。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明将梳理后平行排列的单纤维经多次变向重叠,形成纵横交错的纤网;然后将纤网进行交错铺叠,形成纤维网毡;再通过刺针对纤维网毡进行反复穿刺、拉伸、牵引,使纤维网之间相互交织,形成玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡。本发明的生产工艺生产效率高,使用本发明的生产工艺制得的玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡成网均匀、产品强度高、抗拉强度高,电绝缘、耐腐蚀、耐高温等性能优越。

步骤一:纤维短切,将玄武岩长晶纤维进行短切,形成38mm-70mm长度的玄武岩短切纤维束;
步骤二:纤维开包,对不同长度的玄武岩短切纤维束进行定量称量;
步骤三:粗开松,对定量称量后的玄武岩短切纤维束进行预开松,使玄武岩短切纤维束进行初步分散;
步骤四:混棉,将不同长度的玄武岩短切纤维束进行充分混合;
步骤五:精开松,对混合后的玄武岩短切纤维束进行精开松,使其充分分散;
步骤六:形成纤维层,将精开松后的玄武岩短切纤维束送入厚度在50mm-125mm 之间的喂棉机下棉箱,形成纤维组织,纤维组织再次开松后,在下棉箱的气压和振动作用下形成纤维层;
步骤七:梳理,将纤维层梳理成单纤维状态,同时清除杂质和短绒;
步骤八:纤网,梳理后平行排列的单纤维经多次变向重叠,形成纵横交错的纤网;
步骤九:铺网,将纤网进行交错铺叠,形成纤维网毡;
步骤十:针刺成型,通过刺针对纤维网毡进行反复穿刺、拉伸、牵引,使纤维网之间相互交织,形成玄武岩长晶纤维针刺毡;
步骤十一:切割、收卷,根据所需的长度和宽度进行切割,并收卷、包装。
