The invention relates to the field of knitted clothing products, in particular to a high-elastic sun-proof cool ice sleeve.
Background
People usually select short-sleeved clothes and wear ice sleeves to protect arms and prevent sunshine in summer outdoor fitness or traveling, and the ice sleeves are usually expected to have high elasticity and plasticity, are comfortable to wear, are not easy to slip, have a good anti-ultraviolet sun-proof function, are light and thin and have a certain cool feeling in terms of use requirements. The existing ice sleeve products mainly focus on the functions of skid resistance, sun protection, light weight, thinness and the like, and have insufficient comfort and cool feeling.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-elastic sun-proof cool-feeling ice sleeve which integrates the functions of lightness, thinness, comfort, high-elasticity shaping, ultraviolet resistance, cool touch and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the high-elastic sun-proof cool-feeling ice sleeve is formed by integrally weaving fine denier nylon filaments and fine denier spandex through yarn doubling at a specific draft ratio and twist, and comprises an upper arm cuff, an upper arm portion, an elbow portion, a lower arm portion and a lower arm cuff, wherein the upper arm cuff and the lower arm cuff form a double-layer structure through pad tissues; the upper arm part and the lower arm part are formed by combining and knitting a weft plain stitch and a 2+2 single-side false rib weft knitting stitch; the elbow is formed by weaving weft plain knitting.
Furthermore, the cuffs of the upper arm and the lower arm are of a double-layer structure formed by lining tissues, so that the cuff is convenient to wear and fix, and the edges of the upper port and the lower port are smooth.
Furthermore, the upper arm part is provided with the fishtail-shaped shrinkage rib and is formed by longitudinally weaving a 2+2 single-side false rib weft knitting structure, the transverse extensibility of the longitudinal 2+2 single-side false rib weft knitting structure is smaller than that of a weft plain knitting structure, the shrinkage molding of the outline of the upper arm part of the ice sleeve can be realized, the ice sleeve is prevented from slipping, the fishtail-shaped weaving in the elbow direction aims at the gradual reduction transition of the shrinkage degree to the elbow part, and the comfort degree of the product during the wearing activity is improved.
Furthermore, the lower arm part is provided with weak shrinkage ribs and strong shrinkage ribs, wherein the weak shrinkage ribs are in a step shape and are formed by weaving a longitudinal 2+2 single-side false rib weft-knitted tissue interval weft plain stitch tissue; the strong shrinkage rib is shield-shaped and is formed by weaving a longitudinal 2+2 single-side false rib weft knitting tissue, and the longitudinal 2+2 single-side false rib weft knitting tissue has smaller transverse extensibility than a weft plain knitting tissue, so that the shrinkage molding of the outline of the lower arm part of the ice sleeve can be realized, and the ice sleeve is prevented from slipping; the weak contraction ribs and the strong contraction ribs are sequentially arranged from the elbow, so that the purpose is to perform echelon transition of contraction degree and improve the wearing comfort level.
Furthermore, the functional nylon is fine denier nylon filament with ultraviolet-proof and cool feeling functions, and the linear density of the yarn is preferably 50-60D/48F.
Further, the spandex is made of fine denier spandex raw materials, and the linear density of the yarn is preferably 20D.
Furthermore, the draw ratio of spandex of the cross-plied yarn is 3.2-3.5, the twist of the cross-plied yarn is 600-650 twists, and the twist direction of the cross-plied yarn is opposite to that of the nylon filament.
Compared with the prior art, the high-elastic sun-proof cool ice sleeve provided by the invention has the following characteristics:
(1) light and comfortable: the method is characterized in that 50-60D/48F fine denier nylon multifilament is interwoven with 20D bare spandex yarns, the fine denier nylon and the bare spandex yarns have low linear density, a light and thin fabric is woven on a high-gauge single-side circular knitting machine, a weft plain stitch tissue and a 2+2 false rib single-side weft knitting tissue belong to single-side fabrics, and the fabric is lighter and thinner; the fine denier chinlon multifilament endows the fabric with soft hand feeling and comfortable touch feeling.
(2) High-elasticity shaping: high elasticity is endowed to the ice sleeve product through selection of fine denier chinlon multifilament and spandex, doubling yarn with spandex draft ratio of 3.2-3.5 and the like; through the sectional structure combined design of the upper arm, the elbow and the lower arm, the ice sleeve product has good shaping performance and wearing comfort.
(3) Has the ultraviolet resistance and the cool feeling in contact, and has lasting functions: the selection of the fine denier nylon filament with the ultraviolet-proof and cool feeling functions and the high-density single-side weaving enable the ice sleeve product to have a good ultraviolet-proof function and a good sun-proof effect; the ice sleeve product is light and thin due to the combination of the cool feeling functional fine denier chinlon and the fine denier spandex raw materials and the selection of a single-side weft knitting weave structure and the high-gauge single-side circular weft knitting machine, so that the ice sleeve product has a good instant contact cool feeling function. Due to the selection of the raw materials with the functions of ultraviolet resistance and cool feeling and the weaving technology of the high-gauge light and thin fabric, the functions of ultraviolet resistance and cool feeling in contact of the ice sleeve product are kept for a long time.
(4) Surface flattening: because the fine denier nylon and the elastic spandex are woven in a cross-doubling mode, the proper cross-doubling yarn twist is controlled, and the twist direction of the cross-doubling yarn is opposite to the twist direction of the nylon filament, the fabric surface coil of the ice sleeve product is vertical, and the phenomenon of longitudinal twisting is avoided.
The high-elastic sun-proof cool ice sleeve is formed by integrally weaving fine denier nylon filaments and fine denier spandex raw materials through doubling yarns at a specific draft ratio and twist, and has the functions of keeping ultraviolet resistance and keeping cool feeling in contact for a long time; the flexible application of the weft plain stitch and the longitudinal 2+2 false rib single-side weft knitting on the upper arm part, the elbow part and the lower arm part plays a good elastic shaping role.
