本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,具体为一种低温启动尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
汽车燃油在油箱会生成胶状物质,胶状物质就会粘附在燃油滤清器上,堵塞过滤介质,使供油量减少,使输油量不足,燃油雾化不良,致使可燃混合气变稀,发动机动力性和经济性下降。
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。
随着经济的发展,汽车逐渐成为了每个家庭的必要代步工具。汽车方便了人们的同时导致的汽车尾气对大气的污染渐渐成为一个重要的环境问题。目前多数汽车的尾气都是没有经过任何处理直接排放到空气中,由于汽车尾气中含有大量的有害物质,汽车尾气的成分含有CO2,CO,NOx,油气,灰粉等物质,这些物质对环境的直接排放会给环境带来严重的污染。汽车尾气对局部地区的酸雨,北方冬季的严重雾霾有着不可推卸的责任,对老百姓的键康造成了极大的危害,因此汽车尾气的治理迫在眉睫。
而汽车在低温启动时会因汽油燃烧不充分,排出大量尾气,对大气的污染更为严重,故我们提出一种低温启动尾气清洁剂。

鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明公开了一种低温启动尾气清洁剂,采用的技术方案是,主要包括以下原料:甲醇、碳五、甲基叔丁基醚、二茂铁以及分散剂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述甲醇的质量百分比为90%,所述甲醇的质量百分比为5%,所述甲基叔丁基醚的质量百分比为3%,所述二茂铁的质量百分比为1.995%,所述分散剂的质量百分比为0.005%。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温启动尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温启动尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述低温启动尾气清洁剂在经过上述原料混合后,需要经超声波震荡1-3小时后方可使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温启动尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:所述低温启动尾气清洁剂与普通汽油按3:7的比例混溶,清洁效果最佳。
