The modified aluminum-plastic composite recycled material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of aluminum-plastic composite reclaimed materials, 10-30 parts of HDPE, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of lubricant and 0.5 part of silane coupling agent. The aluminum-plastic composite reclaimed materials are firstly aired and dried, the dried reclaimed materials are plasticized into compact sheets in an open mill at normal temperature (convenient for the next step of crushing), then the sheets are crushed by a crusher, various raw materials are weighed according to the formula and are melted and blended in an extruder (the temperature of each section is 150-180 ℃) to prepare a mixture for granulation, and finally the modified granules are injection molded in an injection molding machine at the temperature of 180 ℃. Technical Field

Background
At present, as the demand for beverages and dairy products increases, the amount of composite packages composed of 75% paperboard, 20% Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and 5% aluminum also increases dramatically. The recycling of these packages has become an urgent problem. At present, the recycling technology of the packaging box mainly comprises 3 types: hydraulic regenerated pulp technology, plastic-wood technology and color-music board technology.
1) Hydraulic regenerated pulp technology. Separating paper pulp from the packaging box to produce corrugated boards, paper towels, paper boxes and the like; the plastic and aluminum components in the packaging box are extruded into granules, which become good raw materials for producing plastic and aluminum products.

The packaging box contains high-quality paper fibers and plastics, and the paper fibers and the plastics are crushed and extruded to produce low-cost, attractive and durable plastic-wood products, such as roof tiles, protective plates for automobiles, office furniture plates and the like. Meanwhile, the material is also a good raw material for indoor furniture, outdoor gardening facilities and industrial trays.
