Description

Environment-friendly degradable plastic and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to an environment-friendly degradable plastic and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since the last 50 s, with the rapid development of petrochemical industry, plastic products are widely applied to various industries such as medical treatment, agriculture, packaging, automobiles, buildings and the like due to the advantages of low price, light weight, easy carrying, large performance regulation range and the like. However, the plastic products bring great convenience to the life of people and bring irreparable harm to the environment.
Degradable plastics can be divided into three main categories according to raw material sources: natural degradable plastics containing starch, cellulose, gelatin and other substances; the biodegradable plastic comprises biodegradable plastic containing polyhydroxy fatty acid esters (PHA), polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS) and other materials, and petroleum-based biodegradable plastic containing Polycaprolactone (PCL), carbon dioxide-based copolymer (PPC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBAT) and other main components. The mainstream degradable plastic materials at present are starch-based degradable materials, polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene terephthalate adipate (PBAT). The main degradation modes include biodegradation, photodegradation, photo-biodegradation and thermal degradation.
Since the 70's of the last century till now, degradable plastics have been developed in a leap way and many varieties have been produced industrially and are widely used, but some problems still remain to be solved. Firstly, the properties of degradable plastics are generally not as good as those of common plastics, such as starch plastics, which have poor mechanical properties, water resistance, mechanical properties and printing properties; polylactic acid (PLA) has poor toughness, lacks elasticity and flexibility, and has general gas barrier property; polyglycolic acid (PGA) has low toughness, general gloss and poor stability; polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) are highly crystalline, brittle, less thermally stable, and the like. And secondly, the manufacturing cost of the degradable plastic is higher than that of the common plastic. Therefore, the degradable plastics need further research and development.
