Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a carbon ramming material for a blast furnace, in particular to an environment-friendly high-heat-conductivity carbon ramming material for the blast furnace and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The carbon ramming mass for the blast furnace is mainly used for filling gaps between a hearth carbon brick and a cooling wall and between a furnace bottom carbon brick and a sealing plate, and can prevent molten iron, slag and coal gas from leaking; more importantly, the carbon ramming material for the blast furnace has the function of transferring the heat of the carbon bricks. If the heat conductivity coefficient of the carbon ramming material for the blast furnace is too low, the heat transfer of the carbon bricks can be influenced, the temperature of the carbon bricks is increased, and the erosion speed of the carbon bricks is accelerated. Therefore, the carbon ramming mass for the blast furnace is required to have good heat conductivity coefficient besides ensuring certain strength and compactness.
The traditional carbon ramming material for blast furnaces is prepared by mixing electric calcined coal and petroleum coke serving as main raw materials and asphalt, tar or phenolic resin serving as a binding agent. The thermal conductivity of the carbon ramming material is usually low because the self thermal conductivity of the electrically calcined coal and the petroleum coke is low; in addition, asphalt, tar and phenolic resin all have pungent odor, and the asphalt and tar can volatilize poisonous yellow smoke gas when being baked, so that the traditional carbon ramming mass for blast furnaces faces severe environmental protection problems.
The patent technologies of ' a ramming material for a gap between the bottom of a blast furnace hearth ' (CN 101823891B) ' a high-heat-conductivity carbon ramming material and a preparation method thereof ' (CN 103387401A) ' and the like, improve the heat conductivity of the carbon ramming material for the blast furnace by adding a large amount of crystalline flake graphite with high heat conductivity coefficient, but the layered structure of the crystalline flake graphite endows the crystalline flake graphite with greater elasticity and aftereffect, and the adding of the crystalline flake graphite in a large amount can influence the ramming density of the carbon ramming material; in addition, the binding agent adopts phenolic resin, so that the environmental protection problem cannot be solved. As another example, the high thermal conductivity carbon ramming material for large blast furnaces (CN 102041334B) adopts the addition of high thermal conductivity crystalline flake graphite and copper powder to improve the thermal conductivity, and adopts tar, resin and tung oil as a composite binder, which not only has a complex process but also has a high preparation cost; but also still face environmental problems.
