after the secondary sedimentation tank 2 is settled for a period of time, a reverse pumping pump 10 in the secondary sedimentation tank 2 is started to work, sewage in the secondary sedimentation tank 2 is reversely pumped into the primary sedimentation tank 1, meanwhile, the gas explosion device 5 is required to be driven to blow and turn up solid waste at the bottom of the secondary sedimentation tank 2, the solid waste is pumped into the primary sedimentation tank 1 by the reverse pumping pump 10 together to be settled again, the sewage flows into the tertiary sedimentation tank 3 after passing through the inclined tube sedimentation device, and clean water obtained after filtration is pumped into the clean water tank 9 under the filtration action of the self-cleaning filter 7 and the cloth bag filter 8, so that the recycling effect of the sewage is realized.

The embodiment of the application discloses an application module of an integrated sewage treatment system. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the application module of the integrated sewage treatment system in the first embodiment includes a control cabinet 23, a sewage treatment cabinet 24 and a sludge receiving bin 25, the control cabinet 23 is used for placing an air pump, a self-cleaning filter 7, a bag filter and a medicament barrel 14, an electric control module for controlling the normal operation of the sewage treatment system is also placed in the control cabinet 23, the primary sedimentation tank 1, the secondary sedimentation tank 2, the tertiary sedimentation tank 3 and the clean water tank 9 are all located in the sewage treatment cabinet 24, and the sludge receiving bin 25 is used for collecting sludge produced by the primary sedimentation tank 1.
The control cabinet 23 and the sewage treatment cabinet 24 and the sewage treatment bin and the mud receiving bin 25 are respectively provided with a splicing device convenient to assemble, the pipelines are connected by adopting a flange plate, the connection between the pipelines is electrically connected, the two ends of the sewage treatment cabinet 24 are respectively fixedly connected with the mounting block 26, the two ends of the control cabinet 23 and the mud receiving bin 25, which are close to the sewage treatment cabinet 24, are respectively fixedly connected with the fixing blocks 27, the two mounting blocks 26 and the fixing blocks 27 are respectively provided with two, the two mounting blocks 26 are positioned on two sides of the width direction of the sewage treatment cabinet 24, and the positions of the fixing blocks 27 and the mounting blocks 26 are corresponding.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the splicing device includes a fixing sleeve 28 and a locking assembly, the mounting block 26 is provided with a fixing groove for placing the fixing block 27, the fixing sleeve 28 is arranged outside the fixing block 27 and the mounting block 26, two side walls of the fixing sleeve 28 are provided with through holes 34, the fixing block 27 and the mounting block 26 are provided with through holes 35, when the fixing sleeve 28 covers the fixing block 27 and the mounting block 26, the through holes 34 are communicated with the through holes 35, the locking assembly is used for locking the fixing block 27 and the mounting block 26, the locking assembly includes a driving ring 29 and a threaded rod 33, the threaded rod 33 is slidably connected in the through holes 34, the driving ring 29 is rotationally connected with the side walls of the fixing sleeve 28, the driving ring 29 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod 33, the driving ring 29 is rotationally connected with the side walls of the fixing sleeve 28 through a shaft sleeve 30, and the fixing sleeve 28 is provided with a limiting member for limiting the rotation of the threaded rod 33 in the through holes 34.
The limiting piece is arranged to be a limiting block 31, the limiting block 31 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the through hole 34, the circumferential wall of the threaded rod 33 is provided with a limiting groove 32 along the axial direction of the threaded rod 33, two ends of the limiting groove 32 are arranged in a closed mode, and the limiting block 31 is connected in the limiting groove 32 in a sliding mode, so that the limiting effect on rotation of the threaded rod 33 is achieved; when the driving ring 29 rotates, the threaded rod 33 is driven to move at this moment, under the cooperation of the limiting block 31 and the limiting groove 32, the threaded rod 33 is driven to move along the length direction of the sliding hole, the threaded rod 33 sequentially penetrates through the mounting block 26 and the fixing block 27, and finally penetrates out of the other side of the fixing sleeve 28, so that the fixing and stabilizing effects on the mounting block 26 and the fixing block 27 are achieved.
The mounting block 26 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 36 above the fixed groove, the supporting plate 36 is provided with a sliding hole, the supporting plate 36 is slidably connected with a sliding rod 37 in the sliding hole, the bottom end of the sliding rod 37 is fixedly connected with a fixed sleeve 28, both sides of the sliding hole of the supporting plate 36 are provided with guide grooves 39, both sides of the sliding rod 37 are fixedly connected with guide blocks 38, the guide blocks 38 are slidably connected in the guide grooves 39, the top ends of the guide grooves 39 are fixedly connected with springs 40, the other ends of the springs 40 are fixedly connected with the upper side walls of the guide blocks 38, and the position, close to the top ends, of the supporting plate 36 is fixedly connected with electromagnets 41 for adsorbing the top ends of the sliding rod 37;
the driving slide bar 37 moves upwards, the spring 40 is compressed at this moment, the fixed sleeve 28 is separated from the mounting block 26 and the fixed block 27, when the top end of the slide bar 37 moves to the position of the electromagnet 41, the electromagnet 41 adsorbs the slide bar 37, at this moment, the fixed sleeve 28 is suspended above the mounting block 26, and when the electromagnet 41 releases the slide bar 37, under the elastic force of the spring 40, the fixed sleeve 28 moves to cover the outside of the mounting block 26 and the fixed block 27, so that the effect of conveniently fixing the mounting block 26 and the fixed block 27 is realized.
The implementation principle of the application module of the integrated sewage treatment system in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the control cabinet 23, the sewage treatment cabinet 24 and the sludge receiving bin 25 are spliced together, the fixing block 27 moves into the fixing groove of the mounting block 26, at the moment, the adsorption effect of the electromagnet 41 on the sliding rod 37 is released, the fixing sleeve 28 moves downwards under the elastic force of the spring 40, the fixing sleeve 27 and the mounting block 26 are covered, the driving ring 29 starts to rotate, the rotation of the threaded rod 33 is limited under the limiting effect of the limiting block 31 and the limiting groove 32, the threaded rod 33 is driven to slide in the through hole 34 and move into the through hole 35, the threaded rod 33 sequentially penetrates through the mounting block 26 and the fixing block 27, and finally penetrates out of the other side wall of the fixing sleeve 28, so that the fixing and stabilizing effects on the mounting block 26 and the fixing block 27 are realized.

An application module of an integrated sewage treatment system, which is characterized in that: the sewage treatment device comprises a control cabinet (23), a sewage treatment cabinet (24) and a mud receiving bin (25), wherein the control cabinet (23) is used for placing an air pump, a self-cleaning filter (7), a bag filter and a medicament barrel (14), a primary sedimentation tank (1), a secondary sedimentation tank (2), a tertiary sedimentation tank (3) and a clean water tank (9) are positioned in the sewage treatment cabinet (24), the mud receiving bin (25) is used for collecting mud produced by the primary sedimentation tank (1), splicing devices which are convenient to assemble are arranged between the control cabinet (23), the sewage treatment cabinet (24) and the mud receiving bin (25), mounting blocks (26) are fixedly connected to two ends of the sewage treatment cabinet (24), fixing blocks (27) are fixedly connected to the ends of the control cabinet (23) and the mud receiving bin (25), the mounting blocks (26) are provided with fixing sleeves (28) and locking components, and the fixing sleeves (28) are arranged on the fixing blocks (27) and the fixing sleeves (27) and the locking components; the locking component comprises a driving ring (29) and a threaded rod (33), the threaded rod (33) is slidingly connected in a perforation (34), the driving ring (29) is rotationally connected with the side wall of a fixed sleeve (28), the driving ring (29) is in threaded connection with the threaded rod (33), the driving ring (29) is rotationally connected with the side wall of the fixed sleeve (28) through a shaft sleeve (30), the fixed sleeve (28) is internally provided with a limiting piece used for limiting the rotation of the threaded rod (33), the limiting piece is arranged into a limiting block (31), the limiting block (31) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the perforation (34), the circumferential wall of the threaded rod (33) is provided with a limiting groove (32) along the axial direction, two ends of the limiting groove (32) are in closed arrangement, the limiting block (31) is slidingly connected in the limiting groove (32), a supporting plate (36) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the fixed groove, the supporting plate (36) is provided with a sliding hole, the supporting plate (36) is slidingly connected with a sliding plate (37) in the sliding hole, the bottom end of the fixed sleeve (28) is fixedly connected with the fixed sleeve (28) in the perforation, the supporting plate (36) is provided with two sides of the sliding hole, the two sides of the sliding plate (36) are respectively provided with a guide groove (39), the guide groove (39) are fixedly connected with the guide groove (38), the top end of the guide groove (39) is fixedly connected with a spring (40), the other end of the spring (40) is fixedly connected with the upper side wall of the guide block (38), and an electromagnet (41) used for adsorbing the top end of the sliding rod (37) is fixedly connected to the position, close to the top end, of the supporting plate (36).
