The elevator tail-following event in the elevator can be effectively prevented, the safety of taking the elevator by a user is improved, and the experience of taking the elevator by the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the obtaining the first face information sent by the foreground includes: the method comprises the steps of collecting face information of a user by using a front-end registration device, uploading the face information as first face information to a background server for storage, wherein the first face information comprises face information corresponding to all registered users.
Specifically, in an elevator anti-trailing scene of a hotel, a user needs to register in the foreground before taking an elevator, registration information of the user is collected by using a registration device when the user registers, the registration information may include face information and user identification information (identity) corresponding to the face, and the face information and the user identification information are transmitted to a background server for storage, so that the face corresponding to the registered user is included in the first face information of the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Further, when the first face information is uploaded to the background server, the foreground registration device firstly sends the collected face information to the elevator operation module, and the elevator operation module transmits the first face information to the background server through the VPN. The function of the virtual private network VPN is to establish a private network over a public network for encrypted communication. The VPN gateway realizes remote access through encryption of the data packet and conversion of a data packet target address. A VPN may be implemented in a number of ways, including server, hardware, software, etc.
