Abstract
The invention discloses a frame connecting structure for a tank container, which comprises a frame body; the frame body is fixedly connected with the tank body of the tank container through the connecting component; the connecting assembly comprises an annular supporting cylinder with a circular arc-shaped cross section, and the annular supporting cylinder is matched with limiting cushion blocks uniformly arranged on the inner sides of two ends of the frame body. According to the invention, the connection mode of the connection assembly is simplified, and the tank body is stably fixed in the frame body through the cooperation of the annular supporting cylinder and the limiting cushion block, so that the stable connection between the frame body and the tank body is realized. Because the annular supporting cylinder is matched with the limiting cushion block, the connection mode between the frame body and the tank body is expanded to the surface from the original point, and only the limiting cushion block is fixedly connected with the frame body, so that the connection relation of the connecting assembly is relatively simple. The circular supporting cylinder with the circular arc-shaped section ensures that the transition of the joint with the tank body is gentle, greatly reduces the stress concentration, and simultaneously increases the bending deformation resistance of the structure.

The invention aims to provide a frame connecting structure for a tank container, which aims to solve the technical problem that the size and the volume of the tank container are continuously increased, so that the overall structural strength of the tank container is influenced.

Further, the limiting cushion block is detachably and fixedly connected with the inner side of the end part of the frame body, the end part of the limiting cushion block, which is far away from the frame body, is arc-shaped, and the virtual circle where the arc is located is concentric with the annular supporting cylinder.

a frame connection structure for a tank container, comprising a frame body 1;
the frame body 1 is fixedly connected with the tank body of the tank container through the connecting component 2;
the connection assembly 2 comprises an annular supporting cylinder 21 with a circular arc-shaped cross section, and the annular supporting cylinder 21 is matched with limit cushion blocks 22 uniformly arranged on the inner sides of two ends of the frame body 1 so as to fix the annular supporting cylinder 21.
The connection mode of the connecting component 2 is simplified, and the tank body is stably fixed in the frame body 1 through the cooperation of the annular supporting cylinder 21 and the limiting cushion block 22, so that the stable connection between the frame body 1 and the tank body is realized.
Because the annular supporting cylinder 21 is matched with the limit cushion block 22, the connection mode between the frame body 1 and the tank body is expanded to the surface from the original point, and only the limit cushion block 22 is fixedly connected with the frame body 1, so that the connection relation of the connecting assembly 2 is relatively simple. The circular supporting cylinder 21 with the circular arc-shaped section ensures that the transition of the joint with the tank body is gentle, greatly reduces the stress concentration, and simultaneously increases the bending deformation resistance of the structure.

Meanwhile, the inner wall of the circular arc structure is also beneficial to the rapid discharge of the foreign matters from the space between the annular supporting cylinder 21 and the tank body.
The circular support cylinder 21 and the cylinder wall of the position where the limiting cushion block 22 is matched are uniformly provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 23, and the clamping grooves 23 are matched with the clamping blocks 25, so that the circular support cylinder 21 and the limiting cushion block 22 are better connected together, and meanwhile, the rotation of the circular support cylinder 21 can be limited, and the relative position of the tank body and the frame body 1 is stable.
The limiting cushion block 22 is detachably and fixedly connected with the inner side of the end part of the frame body 1, the end part of the limiting cushion block 22, which is far away from the frame body 1, is arc-shaped, and a virtual circle where the arc is located is concentric with the annular supporting cylinder 21, the limiting cushion block 22 is fixedly connected with the inner side of the end part of the frame body 1 through bolts, and the end part of the arc-shaped structure can be matched with the annular supporting cylinder 21 better.
The limit cushion block 22 is provided with an arc groove 24 corresponding to one side of the annular supporting cylinder 21, the inner wall of the arc groove 24 is in clearance fit with the outer wall of the annular supporting cylinder 21, and the arc groove 24 improves the contact area between the limit cushion block 22 and the annular supporting cylinder 21, so that the assembly and the connection stability are realized.

the length of the circular arc of the cross section of the annular supporting cylinder (21) is smaller than one fourth of the virtual circumference where the circular arc is located, the minimum inner diameter of the annular supporting cylinder (21) is larger than the diameter of the tank body of the tank container, and the maximum inner diameter of the annular supporting cylinder (21) is larger than the diameter of the tank body of the tank container; a plurality of clamping grooves (23) are uniformly formed in the cylinder wall at the matched position of the annular supporting cylinder (21) and the limiting cushion block (22); the limiting cushion block (22) is detachably and fixedly connected with the inner side of the end part of the frame body (1), the end part of the limiting cushion block (22) far away from the frame body (1) is in a circular arc shape, and a virtual circle where the circular arc is located is concentric with the annular supporting cylinder (21); an arc-shaped groove (24) is formed in one side, corresponding to the annular supporting cylinder (21), of the limiting cushion block (22), and the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove (24) is in clearance fit with the outer wall of the annular supporting cylinder (21); a plurality of clamping blocks (25) are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove (24), the clamping blocks (25) are distributed on a virtual circle formed by the circle centers of the annular supporting cylinders (21), and the clamping blocks (25) are in clamping fit with the corresponding clamping grooves (23); the length of the clamping block (25) is smaller than the depth of the clamping groove (23);
