Further, one end of each of the first and second circumferential limiting rods is provided with an arc-shaped guide rod 44, and the distance between the two arc-shaped guide rods 44 is greater than the distance between the first and second circumferential limiting rods, so that the needle rod 47 can enter between the first and second circumferential limiting rods. The height limiting guide plate 43 is arc-surface-shaped, the height limiting guide plate 43 is fixedly arranged on the horizontal support rod 2 through a height limiting fixing rod, and the vertical height of one end of the height limiting guide plate 43 is larger than that of the other end of the height limiting guide plate.
The needle bar unloading guide member comprises an unloading fixing rod 45 and an unloading guide claw 46, the unloading fixing rod 45 is in a right-angle rod shape, one end of the unloading fixing rod 45 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the synchronizing block 33, the length of one end of the unloading fixing rod 45 is greater than that of the friction rotating wheel 21, the unloading guide claw 46 is in a circular arc tube shape, the unloading guide claw 46 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the unloading fixing rod 45, and the axis of the unloading guide claw 46 is coincident with that of the friction rotating wheel 21. The needle rods 47 are unloaded one by one from one end of the needle rod conveying support frame by the unloading guide claw 46, the needle rods 47 are directly inserted into the needle tubes 4 under the guiding action of gravity and the unloading guide claw 46, the needle rods 47 inserted into the needle tubes 4 are clamped by the first circumferential limiting rod and the second circumferential limiting rod in the circumferential direction to prevent circumferential rotation, the top ends of the needle rods 47 are abutted by one ends of the height limiting guide plates 43, move backwards along with the rotation of the needle tubes 4, are gradually inserted into the rubber plugs, and the needle rods 47 are screwed into the rubber plugs due to the rotation of the rubber plugs along with the needle tubes 4. Twenty needle bar unloading guides correspond one by one to the twenty fastening fixed blocks 17.
