The upper end webbing of the three-point type safety belt at two sides of the rear row seat of the automobile is directly lapped on the backrest. The unlocking hand buckle decorative cover 1 and the unlocking hand buckle 2 are assembled, and the unlocking hand buckle 2 is inserted into the unlocking hand buckle decorative cover 1 from the upper end, as shown in fig. 8. The belt guide 6 is a structural feature of the unlocking hand buckle trim cover 1.

The brake cable and the safety belt are two parts. The brake cable is used for pulling and unlocking; the seat belt is occupant-restraining.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the unlocking hand buckle 2 includes a hand buckle box 20, a brake cable head insertion opening 21, a pin shaft insertion hole 22, and a torsion spring end limiting structure 23. The unlocking hand buckle is of a box-type structure, has good rigidity and is not easy to deform.

The working principle is as follows:

the three-point webbing at the upper end of the seat belt is inserted into the belt guide groove 19 from the belt insertion opening 18, and the occupant sits on the seat and pulls the seat belt to slide the webbing in the belt guide groove 19. The occupant is out of the seat and the seat back is reversed (laid flat or raised) without causing the webbing to escape from the belt guide slot 19. The backrest needs to be unlocked in the process of overturning the seat backrest, and the process is as follows: the fingers of the passenger are inserted into the hand buckle box 20, the unlocking hand buckle 2 is broken off, the unlocking hand buckle 2 rotates to pull the brake cable 3, the brake cable 3 pulls the internal mechanism of the backrest lock to unlock, so that the seat backrest is separated from the vehicle body, and the seat backrest can be laid flat or lifted.

The invention is suitable for the automobile rear-row seat with the backrest capable of being placed upside down.

The invention relates to a structure which realizes two functions in the same area: i.e. belt guidance is achieved while the seat back is unlocked. The safety belt guiding and backrest unlocking structure is simple, low in cost and high in universality.
