The male die 2 is provided with a notch 6, the notch 6 and the isolation layer 5 of the female die 4 are matched with each other and used for dividing the forming cavity into two forming die cavities, and the two forming die cavities are respectively used for forming an inner vehicle door plate and an outer vehicle door plate.
And one surface of the upper die 1, which is far away from the convex die 2, is provided with a stretching device 7, wherein the stretching device 7 is used for lifting or dropping the upper die 1 and is used for forming the sandwich profile by matching the upper die 1 with the lower die 3.
