The cooling component 2-16 comprises an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor and accessory pipelines, wherein the evaporator and the compressor are positioned in the environment box body 2-1, the condenser is positioned outside the environment box body 2-1, the evaporator absorbs heat from the inner cavity, and the condenser emits the heat to the external environment, so that the purpose of cooling the internal environment is achieved. Because the overall size of the detection and measurement tool box is compact (the size is about 50cm×50cm×75cm in the contracted state in fig. 1, the size is about 50cm×50cm×100cm in the expanded state in fig. 2), and the front standing space provided by the environment box 2 for the measurement tool is limited (the height of the chamber of the temperature setting space shown in fig. 9 is about 15 cm), the cooling components 2-16 in this embodiment are selected as small-sized refrigeration components, and the structural aspect and the size aspect are the same as those of the small-sized refrigeration components applied to the vehicle-mounted refrigerator, and are not repeated.
In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, a cooling component mounting hole 2-11 and a heating component mounting hole 2-10 are provided on a frame profile of an environmental inner frame 2-8, a component base of a cooling component 2-14 is embedded in the cooling component mounting hole 2-11 and fixedly connected, and a component base of a heating component 2-16 is embedded in the heating component mounting hole 2-10 and fixedly connected. By modularly designing the cooling component 2-14 and the heating component 2-16 and installing the cooling component installation holes 2-11 and the heating component installation holes 2-10 respectively, the convenience of the whole assembly of the environment box 2 is improved.
The temperature raising component 2-14, the temperature lowering component 2-16 and the temperature sensor 2-17 form a feedback control loop for setting the temperature environment in the environment box 2, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the internal temperature is lower than a set value (the set value is usually 20 ℃), the temperature raising component 2-14 is started to raise the temperature, otherwise, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the internal temperature is higher than the set value, the temperature lowering component 2-16 is started to lower the temperature. For displaying the internal ambient temperature, a temperature display screen may be further provided on the ambient box 2-1.
A lifting driving device is arranged between a tool storage box 1 and an environment box 2, when the environment box 2 descends to a low position, the top of a storage box body 1-2 enters the bottom of the environment box body 2-1, at the moment, a lower tool drawer, an upper tool drawer and an operation platform 1-8 are sealed inside, and metering tools in the tool drawer cannot be taken at will, so that the management capability of the metering tools is improved, and the problem of failure in field detection metering activities caused when the metering tools are not returned due to random taking is avoided.
In this embodiment, the lifting driving device includes three guide pipes 1-6 and one screw pipe 1-9 installed at four corners of the tool storage box 1-2, and the middle lower parts of the guide pipes 1-6 and the screw pipe 1-9 extend into the inner part of the storage inner frame 1-16 and are fixedly connected with the storage inner frame 1-16; the lifting driving device further comprises three guide rods 2-2 and a threaded rod 2-3 which are arranged at four corners of the environment box 2, wherein the upper ends of the guide rods 2-2 are fixedly connected with the environment inner frame 2-8, the upper ends of the threaded rods 2-3 are arranged on the environment inner frame 2-8 through shaft sleeves, the guide rods 2-2 are positioned in corresponding guide pipes 1-6, and the threaded rods 2-3 are positioned in threaded pipes 1-9; the lifting driving device further comprises a lifting motor 2-12 which is arranged in the environment inner frame 2-8 and drives the threaded rod 2-3 to rotate, and an output shaft of the lifting motor 2-12 is in butt joint connection with the upper end of the threaded rod 2-3.
When the lifting motor 2-12 drives the threaded rod 2-3 to rotate, the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out or screwed in from the threaded pipe 1-9 due to the threaded cooperation between the threaded rod 2-3 and the threaded pipe 1-9, the environment box 2 is lifted when the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out, and otherwise the environment box 2 is lowered when the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed in. Through the cooperation between each guide rod 2-2 and each guide pipe 1-6, the stability of the environment box 2 during lifting movement is improved.
The bottom of the box bottom plate 2-13 of the environment box 2 is also provided with a control circuit board, the control circuit board comprises a processor module, a power supply processing module and a relay module, the power supply processing module and the relay module are connected with the processor module, and the lifting motor 2-12, the heating component 2-14, the fan 2-15 and the cooling component 2-16 are connected with the relay module. The environment box body 2-1 is also provided with a power interface 2-4 and a control key 2-6, the power interface 2-4 is connected with a power processing module, and the control key 2-6 and a temperature sensor 2-17 are connected with a processor module.
The function of setting the power interface 2-4 is: the tool box is connected with a power supply of the site by adopting a power line after being transferred to a detection metering site, so that power connection is realized, and the convenience of site power connection is improved by arranging the power interface 2-4. The control keys 2-6 are used for controlling the actions of the detection and measurement tool box and at least comprise two independent keys, wherein one key is used for controlling the expansion and contraction of the tool box, and the other key is used for controlling the environment box 2 to set the internal temperature environment.
In order to improve the convenience of the detection and measurement tool box moving, the embodiment further comprises a transfer bracket 3 detachably arranged at the bottom of the tool storage box 1.
The transfer bracket 3 comprises a rear base 3-1 and a front base 3-5, a connecting frame 3-4 is arranged between the rear base 3-1, rollers 3-3 are arranged at two ends of the rear base 3-1, two limit stop rods 3-2 are arranged on the upper part of the rear base 3-1, connecting bases 3-7 are arranged at two ends of the front base 3-5, and connecting bolts 3-8 are arranged on the connecting bases 3-7. Correspondingly, a connecting lug plate matched with the connecting base 3-7 is arranged at the front part of the containing box body 1-2, and the connecting lug plate is fixedly connected with the connecting base 3-7 by adopting a connecting bolt 3-8. The transfer stent 3 further comprises a telescopic pull rod 3-6, and the telescopic pull rod 3-6 can be retracted into the stent body or pulled out of the stent body by a certain length.
As shown in fig. 1, the tool box is integrally placed on a transfer bracket 3 in a transfer state, the front part of the tool storage box 1 is connected with a connecting base 3-7 through a connecting lug plate, the rear part of the tool storage box is abutted against two limit stop rods 3-2, and the connection between the tool storage box 1 and the transfer bracket 3 is released by disassembling a connecting bolt 3-8 after the tool storage box is moved to the site.
The operation mode is as follows:
the tool box is transferred in the state shown in fig. 1, a transfer bracket 3 can be configured when the tool box is moved for a short distance, the tool box is pulled and shifted manually, and the tool box is required to be transferred to the site by a vehicle or the like when the tool box is moved for a long distance;
after the tool box is transferred to the site, a cable is firstly used for connecting with a power supply, a power supply connector on the cable is connected to a power supply interface 2-4, then one control key 2-6 is triggered, the control circuit board controls the lifting motor 2-12 to operate after receiving an instruction, the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out of the threaded pipe 1-9, the environment box 2 is lifted, and the working state shown in fig. 2 is changed when the environment box is lifted to a high position;
the metering personnel selectively triggers another control key 2-6 according to the need, the control circuit board controls the set temperature environment in the environment box 2, specifically, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the environment temperature is lower than the set value, the temperature rising component 2-14 is started, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the environment temperature is higher than the set value, the temperature lowering component 2-16 is started, and after a certain time, the internal environment temperature reaches the set temperature value;
the metering personnel opens the corresponding tool drawer to take out the metering tool according to the project to be detected and metered, opens the box door 2-5 to place the metering tool on the tool support 2-9 for standing, opens the box door 2-5 to take out the metering tool after a certain time, and completes the detection and metering activity as soon as possible; if the platform is needed to be used as an aid in the detection and measurement activities, the operation platform 1-8 can be pulled out forwards, and articles used in the process can be opened for taking out by the article drawer;
after all detection and measurement work is completed, tools are put back into the tool drawers, all the tool drawers and the operation platforms 1-8 are completely closed, then the control key 2-6 is triggered to stop the operation of components in the environment box 2, then the other control key 2-6 is triggered, the lifting motor 2-12 reversely rotates, the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed into the threaded pipe 1-9, the environment box 2 descends to be converted into a non-working state in fig. 1 when the environment box 2 descends to a low position, all the tool drawers and the operation platforms 1-8 are sealed in the environment box 2-1 at the moment, and the internal measurement tools are prevented from being taken out at will in the transferring process and the non-use state of the tool box.

Claims (1)

1. A multifunctional detection and measurement tool box is characterized in that: comprises a tool storage box (1) positioned at the lower part and a liftable environment box (2) positioned at the upper part; the tool storage box (1) comprises a storage box body (1-2) with a storage inner frame (1-16) inside, wherein an article drawer rail (1-15) is arranged on the storage inner frame (1-16) and an article drawer is arranged on the article drawer rail (1-15), a lower drawer rail (1-14) is arranged above the storage box body (1-2) and a lower tool drawer is arranged on the lower drawer rail (1-14), an upper drawer rail (1-10) is arranged above the lower drawer rail (1-14) and an upper tool drawer is arranged on the upper drawer rail (1-10), a platform rail (1-7) is arranged above the upper drawer rail (1-10) and an operating platform (1-8) is arranged on the platform rail (1-7); the environment box (2) comprises an environment box body (2-1) with an open bottom, an environment inner frame (2-8) is arranged at the top of an inner cavity, a box bottom plate (2-13) is arranged at the bottom of the environment inner frame (2-8), a transom (2-7) is arranged at the top of the environment box body (2-1), a fan (2-15) is arranged at the bottom of the transom (2-7), a tool support (2-9) is arranged in the environment box body (2-1), a box door (2-5) is arranged on the side wall of the environment box body (2-1), and a heating component (2-14), a cooling component (2-16) and a temperature sensor (2-17) are also arranged in the environment box body (2-1);
a lifting driving device is arranged between the tool storage box (1) and the environment box (2), and when the environment box (2) descends to a low position, the top of the storage box body (1-2) enters the bottom of the environment box body (2-1);
the lifting driving device comprises three guide pipes (1-6) and a threaded pipe (1-9) which are arranged at four corners of the tool storage box (1), wherein the guide pipes (1-6) and the middle lower parts of the threaded pipes (1-9) extend into the inner storage inner frame (1-16) and are fixedly connected with the inner storage frame (1-16); the lifting driving device further comprises three guide rods (2-2) and a threaded rod (2-3) which are arranged at four corners of the environment box (2), the guide rods (2-2) are positioned in the corresponding guide pipes (1-6), and the threaded rod (2-3) is positioned in the threaded pipe (1-9); the lifting driving device also comprises a lifting motor (2-12) which is arranged in the environment inner frame (2-8) and drives the threaded rod (2-3) to rotate;
the upper drawer rail (1-10), the lower drawer rail (1-14) and the article drawer rail (1-15) are rails in the left-right direction, and the upper tool drawer, the lower tool drawer and the article drawer are opened to two sides; the platform rails (1-7) are rails in the front-back direction, and the operation platforms (1-8) are opened to the front;
the upper tool drawer comprises an upper left tool drawer (1-11) and an upper right tool drawer (1-5), the lower tool drawer comprises a lower left tool drawer (1-12) and a lower right tool drawer (1-4), the four tool drawers are flat, and tool grooves matched with the outlines of the detection metering tools are formed in the tool drawers; the article drawers comprise left article drawers (1-13) and right article drawers (1-3), and the thickness of the article drawers is larger than that of the tool drawers;

a control circuit board is further arranged at the bottom of a box bottom plate (2-13) of the environment box (2), the control circuit board comprises a processor module, a power supply processing module and a relay module, the power supply processing module and the relay module are connected with the processor module, a lifting motor (2-12), a heating component (2-14), a fan (2-15) and a cooling component (2-16) are connected with the relay module, a power supply interface (2-4) and a control button (2-6) are further arranged on the environment box body (2-1), the power supply interface (2-4) is connected with the power supply processing module, and the control button (2-6) and a temperature sensor (2-17) are connected with the processor module;
the middle part of the front surface and the middle part of the back surface of the storage box body (1-2) are provided with carrying handles (1-1);
