Since the overall size of the detection and measurement tool box is compact (the size is about 50cm × 50cm × 75cm in the contracted state in fig. 1, and about 50cm × 50cm × 100cm in the expanded state in fig. 2), and the front standing space provided by the environment box 2 for the measurement tool is limited (the chamber height of the temperature setting space shown in fig. 9 is about 15cm), the cooling components 2 to 16 in this embodiment are selected as small-sized cooling components, and the structural aspect and the size aspect are the same as those of the small-sized cooling components applied to the vehicle-mounted refrigerator, and are not repeated.
In the embodiment, as shown in the figure, the frame section of the environmental inner frame 2-8 is provided with a cooling component mounting hole 2-11 and a heating component mounting hole 2-10, the component base of the cooling component 2-14 is embedded in the cooling component mounting hole 2-11 and fixedly connected, and the component base of the heating component 2-16 is embedded in the heating component mounting hole 2-10 and fixedly connected. The convenience of the integral assembly of the environment box 2 is improved by enabling the cooling components 2-14 and the heating components 2-16 to be in a modularized design and respectively installing the cooling component installing holes 2-11 and the heating component installing holes 2-10.
The temperature raising components 2-14, the temperature lowering components 2-16 and the temperature sensors 2-17 form a feedback control loop for setting the temperature environment in the environment box 2, when the temperature sensors 2-17 detect that the internal temperature is lower than a set value (the set value is usually 20 ℃), the temperature raising components 2-14 are started to raise the temperature, otherwise, when the temperature sensors 2-17 detect that the internal temperature is higher than the set value, the temperature lowering components 2-16 are started to lower the temperature. In order to display the internal environment temperature, a temperature display screen can be arranged on the environment box body 2-1.
A lifting driving device is arranged between the tool storage box 1 and the environment box 2, when the environment box 2 descends to a low position, the top of the storage box 1-2 enters the bottom of the environment box 2-1, at the moment, the lower tool drawer, the upper tool drawer and the operation platform 1-8 are sealed inside, the metering tools in the tool drawers cannot be taken at will, the management capability of the metering tools is improved, and the problem of failure of field detection metering activities caused when the metering tools are taken at will and are not returned is solved.
In the embodiment, the lifting driving device comprises three guide pipes 1-6 and a threaded pipe 1-9 which are arranged at four corners of the tool storage box 1-2, and the middle lower parts of the guide pipes 1-6 and the threaded pipe 1-9 extend into the inner parts of the storage inner frames 1-16 and are fixedly connected with the storage inner frames 1-16; the lifting driving device also comprises three guide rods 2-2 and a threaded rod 2-3 which are arranged at the four corners of the environment box 2, the upper ends of the guide rods 2-2 are fixedly connected with an environment inner frame 2-8, the upper ends of the threaded rods 2-3 are arranged on the environment inner frame 2-8 through shaft sleeves, the guide rods 2-2 are positioned in corresponding guide pipes 1-6, and the threaded rods 2-3 are positioned in threaded pipes 1-9; the lifting driving device also comprises a lifting motor 2-12 which is arranged in the environment inner frame 2-8 and drives the threaded rod 2-3 to rotate, and an output shaft of the lifting motor 2-12 is in butt joint connection with the upper end of the driving threaded rod 2-3.
When the lifting motor 2-12 drives the threaded rod 2-3 to rotate, due to the thread matching effect between the threaded rod 2-3 and the threaded pipe 1-9, the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out or screwed in from the threaded pipe 1-9, the environment box 2 is lifted when the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out, and otherwise, the environment box 2 is lowered when the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed in. Through the cooperation between each guide rod 2-2 and each guide pipe 1-6, the stability of the environment box 2 during lifting movement is improved.
The bottom of a box bottom plate 2-13 of the environment box 2 is also provided with a control circuit board, the control circuit board comprises a processor module, a power supply processing module and a relay module, the power supply processing module and the relay module are connected with the processor module, and the lifting motor 2-12, the heating assembly 2-14, the fan 2-15 and the cooling assembly 2-16 are connected with the relay module. The environment box body 2-1 is also provided with a power interface 2-4 and a control key 2-6, the power interface 2-4 is connected with a power processing module, and the control key 2-6 and a temperature sensor 2-17 are connected with a processor module.
The power supply interfaces 2-4 are arranged to function as: after the tool box is transferred to a detection and measurement site, a power line is connected with a power supply on the site to realize power connection, and the arrangement of the power supply interfaces 2-4 is favorable for improving the convenience of site power connection. The control keys 2-6 are used for controlling the actions of the detection and measurement tool box and at least comprise two independent keys, wherein one key is used for controlling the expansion and contraction of the tool box, and the other key is used for controlling the environment box 2 to set the internal temperature environment.
In order to improve the convenience of the movement of the detection and measurement tool box, the present embodiment further includes a transfer bracket 3 detachably mounted at the bottom of the tool storage box 1.
The transfer support 3 comprises a rear base 3-1 and a front base 3-5, a connecting frame 3-4 is arranged between the rear base 3-1 and the front base, rollers 3-3 are arranged at two ends of the rear base 3-1, two limiting stop rods 3-2 are arranged at the upper part of the rear base 3-1, connecting bases 3-7 are arranged at two ends of the front base 3-5, and connecting bolts 3-8 are arranged on the connecting bases 3-7. Correspondingly, a connecting lug plate matched with the connecting base 3-7 is arranged at the front part of the containing box body 1-2, and the connecting lug plate is fixedly connected with the connecting base 3-7 by adopting a connecting bolt 3-8. The transfer bracket 3 also comprises telescopic pull rods 3-6, and the telescopic pull rods 3-6 can be retracted into the bracket main body or pulled out of the bracket main body for a certain length.
As shown in figure 1, the tool box is integrally placed on a transfer bracket 3 in a transfer state, the front part of the tool containing box 1 is connected with a connecting base 3-7 through a connecting lug plate, the rear part of the tool containing box abuts against two limit stop rods 3-2, and after the tool containing box is moved to the site, the tool containing box 1 is disconnected from the transfer bracket 3 through disassembling connecting bolts 3-8.
The operation mode is as follows:
the tool box is transferred and moved in the state shown in fig. 1, a transfer bracket 3 can be configured during short-distance movement, the tool box is pulled and moved manually, and the measuring tool box needs to be transferred to the site by vehicles and the like during long-distance movement;
after the tool box is transferred to the site, a cable is firstly adopted to connect with a power supply, a power supply connector on the cable is connected to a power supply interface 2-4, then one control key 2-6 is triggered, a control circuit board receives an instruction and then controls a lifting motor 2-12 to operate, a threaded rod 2-3 is screwed out of a threaded pipe 1-9, and then the environment box 2 is lifted and is changed into the working state shown in the figure 2 when being lifted to a high position;
the metering personnel selectively trigger another control key 2-6 as required, the control circuit board controls the temperature environment set in the environment box 2, specifically, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the environment temperature is lower than the set value, the temperature rising component 2-14 is started, when the temperature sensor 2-17 detects that the environment temperature is higher than the set value, the temperature lowering component 2-16 is started, and after a certain time, the internal environment temperature reaches the set temperature value;
a metering person opens a corresponding tool drawer according to a detected and metered item to take out a metering tool, opens a box door 2-5 to place the metering tool on a tool support 2-9 for standing, opens the box door 2-5 after a certain time to take out the metering tool, and finishes a detection and metering activity as soon as possible; when the detection and metering activities are carried out, if the platform is used as an auxiliary, the operation platforms 1-8 can be pulled out forwards, and the article drawer can be opened for taking articles used in the process;
after all detection and metering work is finished, the tool is placed back into the tool drawer where the tool is located, all tool drawers and the operating platforms 1-8 are completely closed, then the control key 2-6 is triggered to stop the operation of components in the environment box 2, then the other control key 2-6 is triggered, the lifting motor 2-12 rotates reversely, the threaded rod 2-3 is screwed into the threaded pipe 1-9, the environment box 2 descends and is changed into the non-working state in the figure 1 when the environment box descends to the low position, at the moment, all the tool drawers and the operating platforms 1-8 are sealed inside the environment box body 2-1, and in the transfer process and the non-use state of the tool box, the internal metering tools are prevented from being taken out randomly.
