adjusting block (19): an adjusting block (19) is vertically arranged in the adjusting cavity (8) in a sliding manner, the upper end of the adjusting block is connected with an adjusting gear (21) matched with the one-way wheel (17) through a connecting rod (20), a moving block (22) is fixedly connected to one side of the adjusting block (19), and a threaded hole (23) is formed in the moving block (22);
adjusting screw (24): the adjusting screw rod (24) is in threaded connection with the threaded hole (23), and the upper end of the adjusting screw rod (24) penetrates through the upper cover (9) of the cavity to be connected with a screw rod motor (25).
