s3, after filtration is finished, when the ultrafiltration membrane 4 needs to be cleaned, firstly, the barrel 2 is moved upwards to the position where the barrel 2 is far away from the horizontal plate 3 by rotating the driving wheel 1;
s4, placing the containing box 6 below the horizontal plate 3, opening the water spray pipe 5 to spray pure water to the ultrafiltration membrane 4 for cleaning, spraying 0.4% (wt) NaOH solution to the ultrafiltration membrane 4 after cleaning the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane 4, and finally spraying pure water to the ultrafiltration membrane 4 until the ultrafiltration membrane 4 is cleaned to be neutral;
s5, after the washing in step S4, the drum 2 is moved downward by driving the driver 1 to abut against the horizontal plate 3.
The ultrafiltration membrane 4 is washed by pure water, then the ultrafiltration membrane 4 is washed by NaOH solution, which helps to open the clogged pores of the ultrafiltration membrane 4, and finally the ultrafiltration membrane 4 is washed to be neutral by pure water, thereby completing the washing of the ultrafiltration membrane 4.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the apparatus for purifying a cephalosporin fermentation broth and the method of use of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

the driving wheel is vertically arranged in a cylindrical shape, the driving wheel is driven to rotate by a driving device, the driving device is fixedly connected with the supporting frame, and a feeding hole penetrates through the middle of the driving wheel;

the horizontal plate is arranged below the cylinder body, a through hole is formed in the horizontal plate in a penetrating mode, and an ultrafiltration membrane is laid in the through hole;
a water spray pipe located above the horizontal plate, the water spray pipe spraying water towards the ultrafiltration membrane;
the containing box is arranged below the ultrafiltration membrane and is used for containing sewage;
the barrel is arranged in such a way that when the barrel moves to the lowest position, the bottom of the barrel is abutted to the horizontal plate, the ultrafiltration membrane is positioned in the barrel, and the water spray pipe is positioned outside the barrel.

s5, after the washing in step S4, the cylinder is moved downward to abut against the horizontal plate by driving a driving wheel.
