Claims (2)
1. A supporting type high-frequency electric cutter for endoscopic submucosal dissection, which is characterized by comprising a control part, a cable wire, an insulating protection tube (11), a cutter head (12), a guide wire (13), a connecting sheet (14), a shaft pin (15), a fixed ring (16), a supporting sheet (17) and a sheath tube (18);
the control part is connected with the tool bit (12) through a cable, and an insulating protection tube (11) is sleeved on the periphery of the cable; a fixed ring (16) is sleeved at the front part of the insulating protection tube (11), and a shaft pin (15) is arranged on the fixed ring (16); the front end of the shaft pin (15) is connected with the supporting sheet (17), the rear end of the shaft pin (15) is connected with the connecting sheet (14), and the structures of the fixing ring (16) and the supporting sheet (17) can be disassembled to assemble the supporting sheets (17) with different length sizes; the control part is connected with the connecting sheet (14) through the guide wire (13); sheath tubes (18) are sleeved on the peripheries of the insulation protection tube (11) and the guide wire (13);
the control part comprises an operating rod (1), an operating handle thumb button (2), a sliding sleeve (3) and a pull ring (4); the tail end of the operating rod (1) is provided with an operating handle thumb button (2), the front part of the operating rod (1) is sleeved with a sliding sleeve (3), and both sides of the sliding sleeve (3) are provided with pull rings (4); the operating rod (1), the operating handle thumb button (2), the sliding sleeve (3) and the pull ring (4) control the expansion and stripping cutting of the cutter head (12);
the middle part of the operating rod (1) is provided with a limit groove (6), the inner side surface of the limit groove (6) is provided with a square limit frame (7), a limit plate is arranged in the limit groove (6), a plurality of clamping grooves (8) are formed in the limit plate, and spiral threads are arranged in the clamping grooves (8);
the control part further comprises a cross rod (9) and a knob (10), the knob (10) is arranged at the outer end of the cross rod (9), spiral threads are arranged at the inner end of the cross rod (9), and the spiral threads of the cross rod (9) are screwed with the spiral threads of the clamping groove (8); the front side wall of the limit frame (7) is provided with a duct, and the guide wire (13) passes through the duct and is connected with the cross rod (9);
the cross rod (9) longitudinally moves along the limit groove (6) and controls the opening and closing of the supporting sheet (17) through the guide wire (13); the knob (10) is used for fixing the cross rod (9) in any clamping groove (8) through rotation, and the opening and closing angle of the supporting piece (17) is controlled;
the supporting sheet (17) is in a cambered surface sector shape; when the supporting sheet (17) is closed, the supporting sheet (17) is attached to the outside of the insulation protection tube (11); the supporting end of the supporting sheet (17) is flush with the port of the insulating protection tube (11);
the length of the supporting sheet (17) is 4-6 mm; the opening and closing angle of the supporting sheet (17) is 0-60 degrees;
when the electric cutter is in a non-working state, the cutter head (12) is positioned in the insulating protection tube (11), the supporting sheet (17) is closed, and the supporting sheet (17) and the insulating protection tube (11) are positioned in the sheath tube (18); under the working state of the electric knife, the sheath tube (18) stretches into a focus, the operation sliding sleeve (3) slides along the operation rod (1) to enable the insulation protection tube (11) and the support sheet (17) to stretch out of the sheath tube (18), and the operation cross rod (9) controls the support sheet (17) to stretch so as to support mucous membrane and widen the visual field; the operation control part controls the cutter head (12) to extend out of the insulation protection tube (11) to start stripping.

A supporting high-frequency electric cutter for endoscopic submucosal dissection according to claim 1, characterized in that the sleeve body of the sliding sleeve (3) is provided with a cable interface (5); and a cable is connected in the cable interface (5), and the cable interface (5) is externally connected with a power supply.
