The floor brush body 10 and the roll brush 20 constitute a floor brush 100.
One end of the floor brush body 10 is an open end having a connecting portion 101. The roll brush 20 has a connection member 201. One end of the connecting member 201 is rotatably connected to the roller brush 20, and the other end of the connecting member 201 is detachably connected to the connecting portion 101. The portion of the connecting member 201 located within the projection of the end surface of the roll brush 20 is elongated. The open end has a recess 1012, the coupling part 101 is disposed in the recess 1012, and in a state where the coupling part 101 is coupled to the coupling part 201, an outer surface of the coupling part 201 is lower than the recess 1012 or flush with a top surface of the recess 1012 in an axial direction of the roll brush 20. The direction of detachment of the connecting member 201 from the connecting portion 101 is parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece 201 is detachably connected with the connecting part 101, the connecting mode is simple, the user can conveniently detach and install the connecting part 101 and the connecting piece 201 only by enabling the rolling brush 20 to move along the axial direction, and for the user side, the user only needs to operate the rolling brush 20 to move axially without other operations, so that the detachment and installation of the rolling brush 20 become extremely simple, and the user experience is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the part of the connecting piece 201, which is located in the projection of the end face of the rolling brush 20, is in a strip shape, so that the cost and the space can be better saved, the whole structure is more compact, the side size is reduced, and the whole appearance of the floor brush main body 10 is more smooth and attractive.
It should be noted that, in the case that the structural parts do not conflict with each other, reference may be made to the implementation manner of the cleaning device in the foregoing embodiment, and details are not described here any more.
In the technical solution provided in the above embodiment, the fixing manner of the magnetic attraction connection between the connecting part 201 and the connecting part 101 can facilitate the user to detach the rolling brush 20 from the floor brush main body 10 in a manual manner, and the user can hold the connecting part 201 with his hand to detach the rolling brush 20, so as to avoid the hand of the user touching the rolling brush 20, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the hand of the user.
In addition to the above embodiments, the following description will be made of a manner of automatically detaching the roll brush 20 from the floor brush main body 10, and it should be noted that the manners in the above and following embodiments may be used independently of each other or in combination with each other. The roller brush 20 is automatically attached and detached as follows.
In some realizable embodiments of the present invention, with continued reference to fig. 1-3, the other end of the brush body 10 is provided with the drive means 11, and the other end of the brush body 10 is the end of the brush body 10 remote from the open end. The driving device 11 is in driving connection with the roller brush 20. The driving device 11 may include a motor, the driving device 11 may have a driving shaft 111, and the roller brush 20 may be in driving connection with the driving shaft 111, so that the driving device 11 can drive the roller brush 20 to rotate. When the driving device 11 drives the rolling brush 20 to rotate along different directions, different functions of the rolling brush 20 can be realized, for example, when the driving device 11 drives the rolling brush 20 to rotate in the forward direction, the rolling brush 20 can be driven to be assembled on the floor brush main body 10, and the rolling brush can continue to rotate, so as to clean the ground and complete the cleaning operation. When the driving device 11 drives the roller brush 20 to rotate reversely, the roller brush 20 can be driven to be detached from the floor brush main body 10. It should be noted, however, that the positive and negative values described in the embodiments of the present invention are relative and should not be interpreted as being unduly limited.
Further, in the present embodiment, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 is rotatable in a first rotating direction S1 to disengage the roller brush 20 from the preset mounting position with respect to the driving shaft 111, the first rotating direction S1 being opposite to the rotating direction of the roller brush 20 when the cleaning operation is performed.
The preset mounting position refers to a preset fastening position of the roller brush 20 on the driving shaft 111 when the cleaning device performs a cleaning operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the floor brush can be applied to cleaning equipment, and the cleaning equipment comprises but is not limited to a washing machine, a sweeping robot, a dust collector and the like. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, taking the cleaning apparatus as a washing machine as an example, the cleaning apparatus includes a floor brush 100 and a body 200. To facilitate steering and movement of the floor brush 100, user operation is facilitated. The floor brush 100 and the body 200 may be rotatably connected by an elastic member, or the floor brush 100 and the body 200 may be hinged, which is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, the floor brush body 10 is provided with one or more traveling wheels. The machine body 200 is provided with a cleaning liquid barrel 200a, a recovery barrel 200b, a water spraying system and a suction system, when the machine body works, cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid barrel 200a is sprayed to the ground or the rolling brush through the water spraying system, and the rolling brush 20 continuously rolls to wipe the ground, so that the ground is cleaned. Meanwhile, the suction system forms a negative pressure during operation, providing a suction force to suck the dirt and sewage on the floor through the suction passage of the brush body 10. It is understood that the main motor can be provided on the main body 200, and the main motor can be used to provide the suction power of the suction system, and of course, the main body 200 can also be provided with a control system to control other functions of the cleaning device, which will not be described in detail herein.
According to the floor brush provided by the embodiment of the invention, the driving device is arranged on the floor brush main body, the driving device can rotate along different directions, when the driving shaft of the driving device rotates along a first rotating direction, the roller brush can be separated from a preset installation position, and the first rotating direction is opposite to the rotating direction of the roller brush during cleaning. The rolling brush is driven to be separated from the preset installation position through the driving device, so that the rolling brush is automatically and quickly detached, the operation efficiency is improved, and the operation difficulty of a user is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 can rotate in a second rotating direction S2, so that the roller brush 20 moves to the preset mounting position relative to the driving shaft 111, and the second rotating direction S2 is the rotating direction of the roller brush 20 when performing the cleaning operation.
Since the rotation direction of the driving shaft 111 is the second rotation direction S2 when the roller brush 20 is installed, and the rotation direction of the roller brush 20 is the second rotation direction S2 when the cleaning device performs a cleaning operation, the driving shaft 111 rotates in a fastening direction with respect to the roller brush 20 during the use of the cleaning device, and the roller brush 20 is not separated from the floor brush body 10, so that the use is safe and reliable. When the roller brush 20 needs to be detached, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 is rotated in the second rotating direction S2, so that the roller brush 20 moves to be out of the preset mounting position.
In order to realize the rotation of the driving device 11 to move the roller brush 20 to or from the preset installation position, a preferred embodiment is given below:
specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates in the first rotating direction S1, the rolling brush 20 is driven to move in the first direction a1 along the axial direction; when the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates in the second rotating direction S2, the roller brush 20 is driven to move in the second direction a2 along the axial direction; wherein the first direction a1 is a direction in which the roller brush 20 is far away from the driving device 11, and the second direction a2 is a direction in which the roller brush 20 is close to the driving device 11. That is, the rotation of the drive shaft 111 moves the roll brush 20 in the axial direction to switch between the preset mounting position and the non-preset mounting position.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the roll brush 20 has a hollow portion 21, the driving shaft 111 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, and the driving shaft 111 is screw-fitted to an inner wall of the hollow portion 21. Specifically, a through hole or a blind hole may be opened in the axial direction of the roll brush 20 to form the hollow portion 21, a spiral rib may be provided on one of the side wall of the hollow portion 21 and the outer wall of the drive shaft 111, and a spiral groove engaged with the spiral rib may be provided on the other of the side wall of the hollow portion 21 and the outer wall of the drive shaft 111. The matching manner of the rolling brush 20 and the driving shaft 111 enables the driving shaft 111 to generate an axial component force due to the matching of the spiral groove and the spiral rib when rotating, so as to drive the rolling brush 20 to move along the axial direction.
Therefore, when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the first rotating direction S1, the rolling brush 20 can be driven to move away from the driving device 11 in the axial direction (the first direction a1) to the preset mounting position, and when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the second rotating direction S2, the rolling brush 20 can be driven to move closer to the driving device 11 in the axial direction (the second direction a2) to the preset mounting position.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, when the rotation speed of the driving device 11 is sufficient, the rolling brush 20 can move from the initial position (the position where the rolling brush 20 is just in contact with the driving shaft 111) to the preset installation position under the action of inertia, or rotate from the preset installation position to completely separate from the driving shaft 111, and the whole process only requires that the user places the rolling brush 20 at the initial position where the rolling brush is in butt joint with the driving shaft 111, so that the operation difficulty of the user is greatly reduced, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient and labor-saving.
In addition, on the premise that the rotation speed of the driving device 11 meets the rotation speed requirement of moving the roller brush 20 from the initial position to the preset installation position, the rotation speed of the driving device 11 should not be too large, so as to avoid that the roller brush 20 suddenly moves in the axial direction at too fast speed to impact the floor brush main body 10, which causes damage to components. The person skilled in the art can determine the rotational speed of the drive means 11 specifically depending on the actual situation.
Example two
This embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the structure between the driving shaft 111 and the roller brush 20 is different from the first embodiment, so as to provide another structure for achieving the rotation of the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 to move the roller brush 20 to the preset mounting position with respect to the driving shaft 111 and to disengage from the preset mounting position.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a state in which the roller brush is detached from the driving shaft according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 5 is a schematic view of a state in which the rolling brush provided by another embodiment of the present invention is tightly fitted with the driving shaft through a tightening structure, and the rolling brush is in a preset installation position with respect to the driving shaft; in some alternative embodiments, a tensioning structure may be disposed between the driving shaft 111 and the hollow portion 21 of the roller brush 20, wherein the tensioning structure 30 may include a ratchet wheel 31, and a roller holder 32, a plurality of rollers 33 are movably disposed on the roller holder 32, and each roller 33 may float in a radial direction and can rotate on the roller holder 32. The ratchet wheel 31 may be fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft 111, and the roller holder 32 is sleeved outside the ratchet wheel 31.
When the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates along the second rotation direction S2, the ratchet wheel 31 is driven to rotate until the highest point of the ratchet wheel 31 contacts with the roller 33 and the inner wall of the hollow portion 21 of the rolling brush 20, and the rolling brush 20 is located at the preset installation position; as shown in fig. 5, when the driving shaft 111 rotates clockwise, the ratchet wheel 31 fixed on the driving shaft 111 rotates clockwise, so that the roller 33 on the roller holder 32 is clamped between the high point of the ratchet wheel 31 and the inner wall of the hollow part 21 of the roller brush 20, and since the rotation direction of the driving shaft 111 and the roller brush 20 is also the second rotation direction S2 (clockwise as shown in fig. 5) when the roller brush 20 performs a normal cleaning operation, the clamping force among the roller brush 20, the roller holder 32, and the driving shaft 111 is increased during the normal operation of the cleaning apparatus, so that the three can be reliably fixed.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the rolling brush 20 and further reduce the difficulty of installing the rolling brush 20, an elastic restoring member may be disposed between the roller holder 32 and the ratchet wheel 31, so that when the rolling brush 20, the roller holder 32 and the ratchet wheel 31 are not in a clamping state, the roller 33 on the roller holder 32 can be always located at the lowest point of the ratchet wheel 31, thereby avoiding the installation limitation on the rolling brush 20 when the rolling brush 20 is initially installed.
In the process of installing the rolling brush 20 on the driving shaft 111 by the user, the user may directly insert the rolling brush 20 onto the driving shaft 111 along the axial direction and sleeve the outside of the roller holder 32 (as shown in fig. 5, there is a distance between the roller 33 on the roller holder 32 and the rolling brush 20), and then start the driving device 11, so that the driving shaft 111 rotates clockwise (in the second rotation direction S2), so that the driving shaft 111, the roller holder 32, and the rolling brush 20 are clamped, and the rolling brush 20 is stably fixed at the preset installation position.
After the cleaning device is used, the rolling brush 20, the roller 33 and the ratchet 31 are still in a clamped state, and when the rolling brush 20 needs to be detached from the driving shaft 111, the driving device 11 is started, as shown in fig. 4, so that when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the first rotation direction S1, the ratchet 31 is driven to rotate until the lowest point of the ratchet 31 is in contact with the roller 33, the roller 33 is out of contact with the inner wall of the hollow portion 21 of the rolling brush 20, the rolling brush 20 is disengaged from the preset mounting position, and at this time, the rolling brush 20 is moved out in a direction (the second direction a1) away from the driving device 11 along the axial direction.
The technical scheme that this embodiment provided can rotate with different directions through control drive shaft 111 equally, and quick installation or dismantlement round brush 20, and the user only need axial displacement round brush 20 can, need not the user and applys great effort, can reach the laborsaving, quick assembly disassembly's of operation purpose effectively.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, further, the other end of the floor brush main body 10 has an escape space for the movement of the rolling brush 20, so that the rolling brush 20 can translate in the axial direction. Through the design of the avoidance space, the axial translation of the rolling brush 20 is not influenced, and the operation of a user is convenient.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, preferably, the end of the floor brush main body 10 away from the driving device 11 may be an open end, and the open end forms the above-mentioned escape space, that is, the place is not shielded by the casing part of the floor brush main body 10, so as to provide a space for the roller brush 20 to move in the axial direction.
Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the end of the floor brush body 10 away from the driving device 11 may not be an open end, but a through hole (not shown) is provided at the open end, through which the roller brush 20 can freely pass, and the cross-sectional shape of the through hole may be larger than or equal to the cross-sectional shape of the roller brush 20, so that the roller brush 20 can axially move in the through hole.
In order to further improve the stability of the connection between the roller brush 20 and the floor brush main body 10, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the other end of the floor brush main body 10 is provided with a connecting part 101, the roller brush 20 is provided with a connecting piece 201, and the connecting part 101 is detachably connected with the connecting piece 201; particularly, when one end of the floor brush main body 10, which is far away from the driving device 11, is an open end, the thickness of the connecting piece 201 on the rolling brush 20 is as thin as possible on the premise that the strength requirement is met, and therefore, when the rolling brush 20 is in an installation state and the cleaning equipment is used for cleaning, the distance between the end of the rolling brush 20 and the side wall parallel to the movement direction of the floor brush main body 10 is as small as possible, so that the rolling brush 20 can clean the area on the side of the rolling brush 20, the cleaning dead angle is reduced, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The detaching direction of the connecting portion 101 from the connecting member 201 is parallel to the axial direction. In this way, the rolling brush 20 can move along the axial direction and simultaneously can realize the installation and the disassembly between the connecting part 101 and the connecting part 201, for a user end, the user only needs to operate the rolling brush 20 to move axially without other operations, so that the disassembly and the assembly of the rolling brush 20 become extremely simple, and the user experience is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connecting portion 101 may be in the shape of a boss, and the edge of the connecting member 201 has a positioning wall 2011, and the positioning wall 2011 cooperates with the side wall of the boss to position the connecting portion 101 and the connecting member 201 relatively. The positioning wall 2011 of the connecting piece 201 is matched with the side wall of the connecting piece 101, so that the fixing between the connecting piece 101 and the connecting piece 201 is more stable, the connecting piece 101 and the connecting piece 201 are not only limited in the direction parallel to the axial direction, but also cannot be easily shaken in other directions, and even if the rolling brush 20 vibrates in the using process, the stability of connection between the connecting piece 101 and the connecting piece 201 cannot be easily influenced.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the connection member 201 may be rotatably connected to the drum brush 20, and the other end of the connection member 201 may be magnetically engaged with the connection part 101. One end of the connecting member 201 is rotatably connected to the rolling brush 20, specifically, a bearing may be disposed between the connecting member 201 and the rolling brush 20, and the rotation of the rolling brush 20 does not affect the position of the connecting member 201 during the normal operation of the rolling brush 20. Therefore, the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 can be stably connected to each other. And the other end of the connecting piece 201 and the connecting part 101 are fixed in a magnetic attraction manner, so that the connection between the two becomes simple and the disassembly and assembly are convenient. Moreover, before the connecting element 201 reaches the magnetic attraction position of the connecting part 101, because the magnetic force can act within a certain range, the connecting element 201 tends to move towards the connecting part 101 under the action of the magnetic force, so that the connecting element 201 and the connecting part 101 can be quickly positioned, butted and attracted.
It should be noted that "one end" and "the other end" of the connecting element 201 are only used to limit the connecting point position of the connecting element 201, and cannot be understood as limiting the shape of the connecting element 201 to be an elongated structure, in this embodiment, the structural shape of the connecting element 201 may be any shape, for example, it may be a long strip, a circle, a square, an ellipse, a triangle, and the like, and this embodiment is not limited.
Of course, in order to save cost and space, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the connecting member 201 is a long strip.
As for the magnetic attraction structure of the connecting part 101 and the connecting part 201, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first magnetic part is arranged on the connecting part 101, and a second magnetic part is arranged on the connecting part 201;
at least one of the connecting part 201 and the connecting part 101 is provided with a projection 2012, and the other of the connecting part 101 and the connecting part 201 is provided with a groove 1011 for matching with the projection 2012; when the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at the predetermined fitting position, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are attached to each other. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the connecting member 201 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the recess 1011 is provided on the connecting portion 101. During the process of connecting member 201 and connecting portion 101, protrusion 2012 on connecting member 201 is inserted into groove 1011 to align the relative positioning between connecting member 201 and connecting portion 101. When the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at a predetermined fitting position (when the protrusion 2012 reaches the bottom end of the groove 1011), the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are just attached to each other, and at this time, the connecting member 201 and the connecting portion 101 reach the final most stable fixing position.
In a preferred embodiment, a first magnetically attractive element is disposed within the recess 1011 and at least a portion of the projection 2012 forms a second magnetically attractive element. Specifically, the first magnetic member can be disposed at the bottom end of the groove 1011, and part of the protrusion 2012 can be made of a magnetic material, so that part of the protrusion 2012 forms a second magnetic member. Alternatively, the protrusion 2012 can be a second magnetic element as a whole, or even the entire connecting member 201 can be a second magnetic element. The first magnetic part can be a magnet, the second magnetic part can be a metal material attracted by the magnet, and the connecting part 201 can be made of stainless steel, iron, nickel, cobalt and other materials. Of course, in other embodiments, the first magnetic member may be a metallic material that can be attracted by a magnet, and the second magnetic member may be a magnet.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the open end may have a recess 1012, and the connection portion 101 may be disposed in the recess 1012; in a state where the connection part 101 is connected to the connection member 201, the outer surface of the connection member 201 may be lower than the recess 1012 in the axial direction of the roll brush 20, or the outer surface of the connection member 201 may be flush with the top surface of the recess 1012. The outer surface of the connecting member 201 is a side surface of the connecting member 201 away from the rolling brush 20, and in a state where the connecting portion 101 is connected to the connecting member 201, that is, in a state where the rolling brush 20 is installed, the outer surface of the connecting member 201 is lower than the recess 1012 or flush with the top surface of the recess 1012, so that the connecting member 201 does not protrude from the recess 1012 in the axial direction, the overall structure is more compact, the side surface size is reduced, and the overall appearance of the floor brush main body 10 is more flat and beautiful.
Further, for convenience of operation, an operation switch 102 may be provided on the floor brush body 10, the operation switch 102 is electrically connected to the driving device 11, and the driving device 11 drives the roll brush 20 to rotate in the second rotation direction S2 in a state where the operation switch 102 is activated. Specifically, the operating switch 102 may be a button, and the user may trigger the operating switch 102 to enable the driving device 11 to drive the rolling brush 20 to be separated from the preset installation position.
It is worth noting that when the driving shaft 111 and the rolling brush 20 are in a spiral matching structure, when the rotating speed of the driving device 11 meets the requirement, the driving shaft 111 can completely drive the rolling brush 20 to be automatically installed in place along the axial direction, or the driving rolling brush 20 is automatically and completely separated from the driving shaft 111, a user only needs to contact the rolling brush 20 with the driving shaft 111 to release the hand, the whole installation and disassembly process can be completely automatic, the operation difficulty is greatly reduced, and quick and convenient assembly and disassembly can be realized.
EXAMPLE III
The invention also provides a roller brush dismounting method, which comprises the following steps:
the drive shaft of the drive device is controlled to rotate in a first rotational direction to move the roller brush relative to the drive shaft out of the preset mounting position.
Wherein the first rotating direction is opposite to the rotating direction of the rolling brush when cleaning work is carried out.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps: the driving means is controlled to rotate in a second rotating direction S2 to move the roller brush to a preset mounting position with respect to the driving shaft, wherein the second rotating direction S2 is the rotating direction of the roller brush when performing the cleaning operation.
The executing body of the roller brush assembling and disassembling method provided by the embodiment may be a control device, which may be electrically connected to the driving device 11 to control the rotation speed and the rotation direction of the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11, and the roller brush 20 may be automatically assembled to the driving shaft 111 or the roller brush 20 may be disassembled from the driving shaft 111 by controlling the driving shaft 111 to rotate in different directions by the control device, so that the roller brush 20 can be axially taken out.
