The inventor has creatively found that, in the related art, for a roller brush on a floor brush of a cleaning apparatus, since the roller brush is generally connected with a floor brush main body by a clamping structure. When the roller brush needs to be mounted to or dismounted from the main body of the ground brush, a user is usually required to manually clamp the roller brush into the main body of the ground brush or break off the roller brush from the main body of the ground brush, the whole operation process is complex, labor is not saved, and the user experience is poor.
Example 1
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a rolling brush according to an embodiment of the present invention in a state of being disengaged from a main body of a floor brush; fig. 2 is a schematic view illustrating a state in which a rolling brush according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted to a floor brush body; fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a rolling brush according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a cleaning apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a brush main body 10 and a rolling brush 20. The floor brush body 10 and the roll brush 20 constitute a floor brush 100.
One end of the floor brush body 10 is an open end, and the open end has a connection portion 101. The roll brush 20 has a connecting piece 201. One end of the connecting member 201 is rotatably connected to the roller brush 20, and the other end of the connecting member 201 is detachably connected to the connecting portion 101. The portion of the connecting member 201 located within the end projection of the roller brush 20 is elongated. The open end has a recess 1012, and the connecting portion 101 is provided in the recess 1012, and in a state where the connecting portion 101 is connected to the connecting member 201, the outer surface of the connecting member 201 is lower than the recess 1012 or is flush with the top surface of the recess 1012 in the axial direction of the roll brush 20. The detaching direction of the connecting member 201 from the connecting portion 101 is parallel to the axial direction of the roller brush 20.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece 201 is detachably connected with the connecting part 101, the connecting mode is simple, the user can conveniently disassemble and assemble the connecting piece, the user can install and disassemble the connecting part 101 and the connecting piece 201 only by enabling the rolling brush 20 to move along the axial direction, and for the user end, the user only needs to operate the rolling brush 20 to move along the axial direction without other operations, so that the disassembly and assembly of the rolling brush 20 are extremely simple, and the user experience is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the part of the connecting piece 201 located in the end face projection of the rolling brush 20 is of a strip shape, so that cost and space can be better saved, the whole structure is more compact, the side face size is reduced, and the whole appearance of the floor brush main body 10 is smoother and more attractive.
Further, in order to avoid the connection member 201 interfering with the rolling of the rolling brush 20, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a width of a portion of the connection member 201 located within the end projection of the rolling brush 20 is smaller than a diameter of the rolling brush 20. The rotatable connection mode between one end of the connecting piece 201 and the rolling brush 20 is that a bearing can be arranged between the connecting piece 201 and the rolling brush 20, one end of the connecting piece 201 corresponds to the axial center line of the rolling brush 20, namely, the switching point of one end of the connecting piece 201 and the axial center line of the rolling brush 20 are coaxially arranged, and meanwhile, the width of the part of the connecting piece 201 located in the projection of the end face of the rolling brush 20 is smaller than the diameter of the rolling brush 20. After assembly is completed, the rolling brush 20 is contacted with the ground before the connecting piece 201, so that the connecting piece 201 does not influence the contact between the rolling brush 20 and the ground in the normal working process of the rolling brush 20, the rolling brush 20 is not disturbed to rotate, and meanwhile, the position of the connecting piece 201 is not influenced by the rotation of the rolling brush 20. Therefore, the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 can be kept in a stable connection state.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, for cost and space saving, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the portion of the connecting member 201 located outside the projection of the end face of the roller brush 20 is in an elongated shape. The elongated portion of the connector 201 is connected to the connection portion 101. The shape of the portion of the connecting member 201 located in the projection of the end face of the rolling brush 20 may be set according to different requirements, for example, the portion of the connecting member 201 located in the projection of the end face of the rolling brush 20 extends along the strip shape or is set at an angle to the strip shape. One way of realising this is that the part of the connecting piece 201 located within the projection of the end face of the roller brush 20 is another elongated structure extending in the length direction of the elongated shape or another elongated structure at an angle to the elongated shape. Alternatively, the portion of the connecting member 201 located within the projection of the end face of the rolling brush 20 may have other shapes, for example, but not limited to, one of any other shape such as a circle, a square, an ellipse, a triangle, etc., which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the width of the connecting member 201 is smaller than the diameter of the rolling brush 20. The switching point at one end of the connecting piece 201 is coaxially arranged with the axial center line of the rolling brush 20, and meanwhile, the width of the connecting piece 201 is smaller than the diameter of the rolling brush 20. After assembly is completed, the rolling brush 20 is contacted with the ground before the connecting piece 201, so that the connecting piece 201 does not influence the contact between the rolling brush 20 and the ground in the normal working process of the rolling brush 20, and the rolling brush 20 is not disturbed to rotate, and meanwhile, the rotating of the rolling brush 20 does not influence the position of the connecting piece 201, so that the connecting piece 201 and the connecting part 101 can be kept in a stable connection state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, one possible connection manner between the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is that the other end of the connection member 201 is magnetically attracted to the connection portion 101. The fixing manner of the magnetic attraction connection between the connecting piece 201 and the connecting part 101 can simplify the connection between the two parts, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble. In addition, before the connector 201 reaches the magnetic engaging position of the connector 101, the magnetic force can play a guiding role in a certain range, so that the connector 201 tends to move towards the connector 101 under the action of the magnetic force, and the connector 201 and the connector 101 can be quickly positioned and engaged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, for the magnetically engaging structure of the connection portion 101 and the connection member 201, one possible way is that a first magnetic member is provided on the connection portion 101 and a second magnetic member is provided on the connection member 201. At least one of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the other of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a groove 1011 for mating with the protrusion 2012. During the process of abutting the connecting piece 201 with the connecting portion 101, the protrusion 2012 is inserted into the groove 1011, and when the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at a preset matching position, the first magnetic attraction piece is attached to the second magnetic attraction piece.
For example, the connection piece 201 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the groove 1011 is provided on the connection portion 101. During the process of docking the connector 201 with the connector 101, the protrusion 2012 on the connector 201 is inserted into the groove 1011, so that the relative positioning between the connector 201 and the connector 101 is more accurate. When the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at a predetermined mating position (e.g., when the protrusion 2012 reaches the bottom end of the groove 1011), the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member just fit together, and at this time, the connecting member 201 and the connecting portion 101 reach the final most stable fixing position.
In a preferred embodiment, the first magnetic attraction member is disposed within the recess 1011, and at least a portion of the protrusion 2012 forms the second magnetic attraction member. Specifically, the first magnetic component may be disposed at the bottom end of the groove 1011, and the partial protrusion 2012 may be made of a magnetic material, so that the partial protrusion 2012 forms the second magnetic component. Alternatively, the boss 2012 may be integrally formed with the second magnetic member, and even the entire connector 201 is formed with the second magnetic member. The first magnetic attraction member may be a magnet, and the second magnetic attraction member may be a metal material that may be attracted by the magnet, and the whole connector 201 may be made of stainless steel, iron, nickel, cobalt, or the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the first magnetic attraction may be a metallic material that may be attracted to a magnet, while the second magnetic attraction may be a magnet.
Further, in order to facilitate the process of assembling and disassembling the rolling brush 20 and the floor brush body 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, the disassembling direction of the connecting member 201 and the connecting portion 101 is parallel to the axial direction of the rolling brush 20. The disassembly direction of the connecting piece 201 and the connecting part 101 is parallel to the axial direction of the rolling brush 20, in this arrangement mode, the rolling brush 20 can be installed and disassembled between the connecting part 101 and the connecting piece 201 while moving along the axial direction, and for a user end, the user only needs to operate the rolling brush 20 to move axially without other operations, so that the disassembly and assembly of the rolling brush 20 become extremely simple, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Here, it should be noted that, the "one end" and the "other end" of the connection member 201 are merely for defining the connection point position of the connection member 201, and are not to be construed as defining the shape structure of the connection member 201, in the embodiment of the present invention, the structure shape of the connection member 201 may be any shape according to different requirements, for example, including but not limited to an elongated shape, a circular shape, a square shape, an oval shape, a triangle shape, etc., and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, in order to facilitate the user in removing and installing the roller brush 20, in some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting member 201 has an operation groove 50. Specifically, the connector 201 has a positioning wall 2011, and the positioning wall 2011 has an operation groove 50. The implementation manner of the operation groove 50 comprises that the operation groove 50 is of an arc-shaped structure, the operation groove is more adaptive to the finger structure of a user through the arc-shaped structure, and after the finger of the user stretches into the operation groove 50, the finger can be tightly matched with the arc-shaped structure, so that the user can apply acting force conveniently.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in order to make the relative position between the connecting portion 101 and the connecting member 201 more stable, one possible manner is that the connecting portion 101 is in a boss shape, and the connecting member 201 has a positioning wall 2011, and the positioning wall 2011 is matched with a side wall of the boss. This kind of setting scheme can realize the relative positioning of connecting portion 101 and connecting piece 201, through the cooperation of the lateral wall of connecting portion 101 of the locating wall 2011 of connecting piece 201 for the fixed between connecting portion 101 and the connecting piece 201 is more firm, and connecting portion 101 and connecting piece 201 are not only spacing in being on a parallel with axial direction, and also are difficult for rocking in other directions of both, even the vibration of round brush 20 in the use, and be difficult for influencing the stability of being connected between connecting portion 101 and the connecting piece 201.
Further, in order to not add additional space, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the extending direction of the connecting portion 101 is the same as the extending direction of the recess portion 1012. In this way, the connecting portion 101 can more reasonably utilize the inner space of the concave portion 1012, so that the connection between the connecting portion 101 and the connecting member 201 is more stable, and the connection between the ground brush body 10 and the rolling brush 20 is more stable.
Further, based on the cleaning device provided in the foregoing embodiments, in some realizable embodiments of the present invention, there is further provided a cleaning device, including: a floor brush body 10 and a roll brush 20.
In a state where the connection portion 101 is connected to the connection member 201, a gap 40 is provided between the side wall of the recess 1012 and the connection member 201.
It should be noted that, in the case that the structural parts do not conflict, the implementation manner of the cleaning device may refer to the implementation manner of the cleaning device in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein in detail.
Further, based on the cleaning device provided in the foregoing embodiments, in some realizable embodiments of the present invention, there is further provided a cleaning device, including: a floor brush body 10 and a roll brush 20. The floor brush body 10 and the roll brush 20 constitute a floor brush 100.
One end of the floor brush body 10 is an open end, and the open end has a connection portion 101. The roll brush 20 has a connecting piece 201. One end of the connecting member 201 is rotatably connected to the roller brush 20, and the other end of the connecting member 201 is magnetically attracted to the connecting portion 101. Wherein at least one of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the other of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a groove 1011 for mating with the protrusion 2012. The groove 1011 is provided with a first magnetic attraction piece, at least part of the protrusion 2012 is a second magnetic attraction piece, and when the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at a preset matching position, the first magnetic attraction piece is attached to the second magnetic attraction piece.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the connecting piece 201 and the connecting part 101 are connected in a magnetic attraction manner, so that the connection of the connecting piece and the connecting part is simple, and the connecting piece is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Meanwhile, in the process of abutting the connection member 201 with the connection portion 101, the protrusion 2012 on the connection member 201 is inserted into the groove 1011, so that the relative positioning between the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is more accurate.
One end of the connecting member 201 is rotatably connected to the roller brush 20, and the other end of the connecting member 201 is detachably connected to the connecting portion 101. The width of the portion of the connection member 201 located within the end projection of the roll brush 20 is smaller than the diameter of the roll brush 20, and the detachment direction of the connection member 201 from the connection portion 101 is parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 20.
Meanwhile, the width of the portion of the connection member 201 located within the end projection of the roll brush 20 is smaller than the diameter of the roll brush 20.
It should be noted that, in the case that the structural parts do not conflict, the implementation manner of the cleaning device may refer to the implementation manner of the cleaning device in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein in detail.
In the technical solution provided in the foregoing embodiment, the fixing manner of the magnetic attraction connection between the connecting piece 201 and the connecting portion 101 can facilitate the user to detach the rolling brush 20 from the ground brush main body 10 manually, and the user can grasp the connecting piece 201 with his or her hand to detach the rolling brush 20, so as to avoid touching the rolling brush 20 with his or her hand, thereby keeping the cleanliness of his or her hand.
On the basis of the above embodiments, a manner of automatically removing the rolling brush 20 from the floor brush body 10 will be described further, and it should be noted that the manners in the above and following embodiments may be used alone or in combination with each other. The scheme for automatically assembling and disassembling the roll brush 20 is as follows.
In some possible embodiments of the invention, with continued reference to fig. 1-3, the other end of the brush body 10 is provided with a drive means 11, the other end of the brush body 10 being the end of the brush body 10 remote from the open end. The drive device 11 is in driving connection with the roller brush 20. The driving device 11 may comprise a motor, the driving device 11 may have a driving shaft 111, and the rolling brush 20 may be in particular in driving connection with the driving shaft 111, so that the driving device 11 can drive the rolling brush 20 to rotate. When the driving device 11 drives the rolling brush 20 to rotate along different directions, different functions of the rolling brush 20 can be realized, for example, when the driving device 11 drives the rolling brush 20 to rotate forward, the rolling brush 20 can be driven to be assembled on the ground brush main body 10, and the rolling brush can continue to rotate so as to clean the ground, and the cleaning operation is completed. When the driving device 11 drives the rolling brush 20 to reversely rotate, the rolling brush 20 can be driven to be detached from the floor brush main body 10. However, the positive and negative directions in the embodiments of the present invention are relative terms, and should not be construed as being unduly limited.
Further, in the present embodiment, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 is rotatable in the first rotation direction S1, so that the rolling brush 20 is separated from the preset mounting position with respect to the driving shaft 111, and the first rotation direction S1 is opposite to the rotation direction of the rolling brush 20 when the cleaning operation is performed.
The preset mounting position refers to a preset fastening position of the roller brush 20 on the driving shaft 111 when the cleaning apparatus performs a cleaning operation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the floor brush can be applied to cleaning equipment, and the cleaning equipment comprises, but is not limited to, equipment such as a cleaning machine, a sweeping robot, a dust collector and the like. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the cleaning apparatus is taken as a cleaning machine, and the cleaning apparatus includes a floor brush 100 and a machine body 200. To facilitate steering and movement of the floor brush 100, user operation is facilitated. The floor brush 100 and the body 200 may be rotatably connected by an elastic member, or the floor brush 100 and the body 200 may be hinged, which is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, one or more traveling wheels are provided on the floor brush body 10. The machine body 200 is provided with a cleaning solution barrel 200a, a recovery barrel 200b, a water spraying system and a suction system, and when the machine is in operation, cleaning solution in the cleaning solution barrel 200a is sprayed to the ground or a rolling brush through the water spraying system, and the rolling brush 20 continuously rolls to wipe the ground, so that the ground is cleaned. Meanwhile, when the suction system is operated, a negative pressure is formed, and suction force is provided so that dirt and sewage on the ground can be sucked through the suction passage on the floor brush body 10. It will be appreciated that the main motor may be further provided on the main body 200, and the main motor may be used to provide suction power for the suction system, and of course, the control system may be further provided on the main body 200 to control other functions of the cleaning apparatus, which will not be described in detail herein.
According to the ground brush provided by the embodiment of the invention, the driving device is arranged on the ground brush main body and can rotate in different directions, and when the driving shaft of the driving device rotates in the first rotation direction, the rolling brush can be separated from the preset installation position, and the first rotation direction is opposite to the rotation direction of the rolling brush when the cleaning work is performed. The rolling brush is driven by the driving device to be separated from the preset installation position, so that the rolling brush is automatically and rapidly detached, the operation efficiency is improved, and the operation difficulty of a user is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 can rotate in a second rotation direction S2, so that the rolling brush 20 moves to a preset installation position relative to the driving shaft 111, and the second rotation direction S2 is a rotation direction of the rolling brush 20 during the cleaning operation.
Since the rotation direction of the driving shaft 111 is the second rotation direction S2 when the rolling brush 20 is mounted, and the rotation direction of the rolling brush 20 is also the second rotation direction S2 when the cleaning device is in cleaning operation, the driving shaft 111 is rotated in the fastening direction relative to the rolling brush 20 during the use of the cleaning device, and the rolling brush 20 is not separated from the floor brush body 10, which is safe and reliable to use. When the roller brush 20 needs to be detached, the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates in the second rotation direction S2, so that the roller brush 20 moves to be separated from the preset installation position.
In order to rotate the driving device 11 to move the roller brush 20 to or from the predetermined mounting position, a preferred embodiment is given below:
specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates in the first rotation direction S1, the rolling brush 20 is driven to move along the axial direction in the first direction A1; when the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates in the second rotation direction S2, the rolling brush 20 is driven to move along the axial direction towards the second direction A2; the first direction A1 is a direction in which the rolling brush 20 is away from the driving device 11, and the second direction A2 is a direction in which the rolling brush 20 is close to the driving device 11. That is, the rotation of the driving shaft 111 drives the rolling brush 20 to move in the axial direction to switch between the preset mounting position and the non-preset mounting position.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the roll brush 20 has a hollow portion 21, a driving shaft 111 is inserted into the hollow portion 21, and the driving shaft 111 is screw-fitted with an inner wall of the hollow portion 21. Specifically, a through hole or a blind hole may be formed along the axial direction of the roll brush 20 to form a hollow portion 21, a spiral rib may be provided on one of the side wall of the hollow portion 21 and the outer wall of the driving shaft 111, and a spiral groove engaged with the spiral rib may be provided on the other of the side wall of the hollow portion 21 and the outer wall of the driving shaft 111. The matching manner of the rolling brush 20 and the driving shaft 111 can enable the driving shaft 111 to generate axial component force due to the matching of the spiral groove and the spiral rib when rotating, so as to drive the rolling brush 20 to move along the axial direction.
Therefore, when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the first rotation direction S1, the rolling brush 20 may be driven to move in a direction (first direction A1) away from the driving device 11 in the axial direction to be away from the preset mounting position, and when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the second rotation direction S2, the rolling brush 20 may be driven to move in a direction (second direction A2) toward the driving device 11 in the axial direction to be away from the preset mounting position.
It can be appreciated that in the present embodiment, when the rotation speed of the driving device 11 is sufficient, the rolling brush 20 can move from the initial position (the position where the rolling brush 20 just contacts the driving shaft 111) to the preset installation position under the action of inertia, or rotate from the preset installation position to completely separate from the driving shaft 111, the whole process only needs the user to place the rolling brush 20 at the initial position where the rolling brush is in butt joint with the driving shaft 111, so that the operation difficulty of the user is greatly reduced, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient and labor-saving.
In addition, on the premise that the rotation speed of the driving device 11 meets the rotation speed requirement of the rolling brush 20 moving from the initial position to the preset installation position, the rotation speed of the driving device 11 should not be too high, so as to avoid the rolling brush 20 suddenly moving to impact the ground brush main body 10 in the axial direction at an excessively high speed, and damage to components is caused. The rotational speed of the drive means 11 can be determined specifically by a person skilled in the art according to the actual circumstances.
Example two
The present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, and is different from the first embodiment in that the structure between the driving shaft 111 and the roller brush 20 is different to provide another structure for enabling the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 to rotate so that the roller brush 20 moves to a predetermined mounting position with respect to the driving shaft 111 and is separated from the predetermined mounting position.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a state that a rolling brush is separated from a driving shaft according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a rolling brush according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is tightly fitted to a driving shaft through a tensioning structure, and the rolling brush is in a preset installation position relative to the driving shaft; in some alternative embodiments, a tensioning structure may be provided between the driving shaft 111 and the hollow portion 21 of the roller brush 20, wherein the tensioning structure 30 may include a ratchet 31 and a roller holder 32, and a plurality of rollers 33 are movably provided on the roller holder 32, and each roller 33 may float in a radial direction and be capable of rotating on the roller holder 32. The ratchet wheel 31 may be fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft 111, and the roller holder 32 is sleeved outside the ratchet wheel 31.
When the driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 rotates along the second rotation direction S2, the ratchet wheel 31 is driven to rotate until the highest point of the ratchet wheel 31 contacts with the roller 33 and the inner wall of the hollow part 21 of the rolling brush 20, and the rolling brush 20 is at a preset installation position; as shown in fig. 5, when the driving shaft 111 rotates clockwise, the ratchet wheel 31 fixed to the driving shaft 111 rotates clockwise, so that the rollers 33 on the roller holder 32 are clamped between the high points of the ratchet wheel 31 and the inner wall of the hollow part 21 of the roller brush 20, and the rotation directions of the driving shaft 111 and the roller brush 20 are also the second rotation direction S2 (clockwise direction as shown in fig. 5) when the roller brush 20 performs normal cleaning operation, so that the clamping force among the roller brush 20, the roller holder 32 and the driving shaft 111 is increased during normal operation of the cleaning device, so that the three can be reliably fixed.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the rolling brush 20 and further reduce the installation difficulty of the rolling brush 20, an elastic return piece may be provided between the roller retainer 32 and the ratchet wheel 31, so that when the rolling brush 20, the roller retainer 32 and the ratchet wheel 31 are not in a clamping state, the roller 33 on the roller retainer 32 can be always at the lowest point of the ratchet wheel 31, so as to avoid the installation limitation on the rolling brush 20 when the rolling brush 20 is initially installed.
In the process of installing the roller brush 20 to the driving shaft 111 by the user, the user directly inserts the roller brush 20 onto the driving shaft 111 in the axial direction and is sleeved outside the roller holder 32 (as shown in fig. 5, at this time, a space is provided between the roller 33 on the roller holder 32 and the roller brush 20), and then the driving device 11 is started to rotate the driving shaft 111 clockwise (in the second rotation direction S2), so that the driving shaft 111, the roller holder 32 and the roller brush 20 are clamped, and the roller brush 20 is firmly fixed at a preset installation position.
When the cleaning device is used, the rolling brush 20, the roller 33 and the ratchet wheel 31 are still in a clamped state, and when the rolling brush 20 needs to be detached from the driving shaft 111, the driving device 11 is started, as shown in fig. 4, so that when the driving shaft 111 rotates in the first rotation direction S1, the ratchet wheel 31 is driven to rotate until the lowest point of the ratchet wheel 31 contacts with the roller 33, the roller 33 is out of contact with the inner wall of the hollow part 21 of the rolling brush 20, and the rolling brush 20 is separated from the preset installation position, and at the moment, the rolling brush 20 is moved out in the direction (the second direction A1) away from the driving device 11 along the axial direction.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment can also control the driving shaft 111 to rotate in different directions so as to rapidly mount or dismount the rolling brush 20, and a user only needs to axially move the rolling brush 20 without applying larger acting force, so that the aims of labor saving operation and rapid dismounting can be effectively achieved.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the other end of the ground brush body 10 has a space for avoiding the movement of the rolling brush 20, so that the rolling brush 20 can translate in the axial direction. Through the design in dodging the space, do not influence the axial translation of round brush 20, the user's operation of being convenient for.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, it is preferable that the end of the ground brush body 10 remote from the driving device 11 may be an open end that forms the above-described escape space, that is, where the housing of the ground brush body 10 is not partially shielded to provide a space for the roll brush 20 to move in the axial direction.
Of course, in some alternative embodiments, the end of the ground brush body 10 away from the driving device 11 may not be an open end, but there is a through hole (not shown) that can allow the rolling brush 20 to freely pass through, and the cross-sectional shape of the through hole may be greater than or equal to the cross-section of the rolling brush 20, so that the rolling brush 20 may move axially in the through hole.
To further improve the stability of the connection of the roller brush 20 with the floor brush body 10, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the other end of the floor brush body 10 is provided with a connecting part 101, the roller brush 20 is provided with a connecting piece 201, and the connecting part 101 is detachably connected with the connecting piece 201; in particular, when the end of the main body 10 of the floor brush far from the driving device 11 is an open end, the thickness of the connecting piece 201 on the rolling brush 20 can be as thin as possible on the premise of meeting the strength requirement, so that when the rolling brush 20 is in an installation state, the distance between the end of the rolling brush 20 and the side wall parallel to the moving direction of the main body 10 of the floor brush is as small as possible when the cleaning device is in cleaning, thereby enabling the rolling brush 20 to clean the area on the side edge of the rolling brush 20, reducing the dead angle of cleaning and improving the cleaning effect.
The dismounting direction of the connection portion 101 and the connection member 201 is parallel to the axial direction. In this way, the rolling brush 20 moves along the axial direction and can be installed and removed between the connecting part 101 and the connecting piece 201, so that for a user, the user only needs to operate the rolling brush 20 to move axially without other operations, and therefore the assembly and disassembly of the rolling brush 20 become extremely simple, and the user experience is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the connection part 101 may be in a boss shape, and the edge of the connection member 201 has a positioning wall 2011, and the positioning wall 2011 cooperates with a sidewall of the boss to position the connection part 101 and the connection member 201 relatively. Through the cooperation of the positioning wall 2011 of the connecting piece 201 and the side wall of the connecting piece 101, the fixing between the connecting piece 101 and the connecting piece 201 is more stable, the connecting piece 101 and the connecting piece 201 are limited in the direction parallel to the axial direction, and are not easy to shake in other directions, even if the rolling brush 20 vibrates in the use process, the stability of the connection between the connecting piece 201 and the connecting piece 101 is not easy to influence.
In a preferred embodiment, one end of the connection member 201 may be rotatably connected to the roller brush 20, and the other end of the connection member 201 may be magnetically engaged with the connection portion 101. One end of the connecting piece 201 is rotatably connected with the rolling brush 20, specifically, a bearing may be disposed between the connecting piece 201 and the rolling brush 20, and the rolling brush 20 will not affect the position of the connecting piece 201 when the rolling brush 20 is rotated during normal operation. Therefore, the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 can be kept in a stable connection state. The other end of the connecting piece 201 is magnetically attracted and fixed to the connecting portion 101, so that the connection between the two is simplified, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient. In addition, the magnetic force can act within a certain range before the connector 201 reaches the magnetic engaging position of the connector 101, so that the connector 201 moves toward the connector 101 under the action of the magnetic force, and the connector 201 can be quickly positioned and engaged with the connector 101.
Here, it should be noted that "one end" and "the other end" of the connector 201 are merely for defining the connection point position of the connector 201, and are not to be construed as defining the shape of the connector 201 as an elongated structure, in this embodiment, the structural shape of the connector 201 may be any shape, for example, may be an elongated shape, a circular shape, a square shape, an oval shape, a triangle shape, etc., and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Of course, in order to save cost and space, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the connecting member 201 is elongated.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, specifically, for the magnetic attraction structure of the connection part 101 and the connection piece 201, the connection part 101 is provided with a first magnetic piece, and the connection piece 201 is provided with a second magnetic attraction piece;
at least one of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the other of the connection member 201 and the connection portion 101 is provided with a groove 1011 for mating with the protrusion 2012; when the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at the preset matching position, the first magnetic attraction piece is attached to the second magnetic attraction piece. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the connection member 201 is provided with a protrusion 2012, and the groove 1011 is provided on the connection portion 101. During the process of docking the connector 201 with the connector 101, the protrusion 2012 on the connector 201 is inserted into the groove 1011, so that the relative positioning between the connector 201 and the connector 101 is more accurate. When the protrusion 2012 and the groove 1011 are at a predetermined mating position (when the protrusion 2012 reaches the bottom end of the groove 1011), the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member just fit together, and at this time, the connecting member 201 and the connecting portion 101 reach the final most stable fixing position.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the open end may have a recess 1012, and the connection portion 101 may be disposed in the recess 1012; in a state where the connection part 101 is connected with the connection member 201, the outer surface of the connection member 201 may be lower than the recess 1012 in the axial direction of the roll brush 20, or the outer surface of the connection member 201 may be flush with the top surface of the recess 1012. The outer surface of the connecting member 201 refers to a side surface of the connecting member 201 away from the rolling brush 20, and in a state that the connecting portion 101 is connected to the connecting member 201, that is, in a mounted state of the rolling brush 20, the outer surface of the connecting member 201 is lower than the recess 1012 or is flush with the top surface of the recess 1012, so that the connecting member 201 does not protrude from the recess 1012 in the axial direction, the overall structure is more compact, the side surface size is reduced, and the overall appearance of the main body 10 of the floor brush is more smooth and beautiful.
Further, for convenience of operation, an operation switch 102 may be provided on the brush body 10, the operation switch 102 being electrically connected to the driving device 11, and the driving device 11 driving the rolling brush 20 to rotate in the second rotation direction S2 in a state where the operation switch 102 is triggered. Specifically, the operation switch 102 may be a key, and the user only needs to trigger the operation switch 102 to enable the driving device 11 to drive the roller brush 20 to be separated from the preset installation position.
