As shown in fig. 3, a dust-free paper ternary composite filter stick with a cooling function comprises: wrapping filter plug paper 1 and filter tip unit, the filter tip unit contains 3 cylindric filter unit, the filter tip unit is dust free paper filter rod unit 2, suction section filter rod unit 3 and other function filter rod units 4 that have the cooling function respectively.

As shown in fig. 4, a dust-free paper quaternary composite filter stick with a cooling function comprises: wrapping filter's plug wrap 1 and filter tip unit, filter tip unit contains 4 cylindric filter unit, filter tip unit is dust free paper filter rod unit 2, suction section filter rod unit 3 and two other function filter rod units 4 that have the cooling function respectively.

Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of dust-free paper with a cooling function is characterized by comprising the following steps: carrying out surface modification on common dust-free paper, and uniformly coating a modifier on one side or two sides of the common dust-free paper, wherein the coating weight is 0.1-10.0 g/m2Preferably 5.0g/m2Cooling and drying to obtain the product, wherein the modifier is one or more of polyethylene glycol, WS-23, gelatin and carrageenan which are mixed in any proportion.
2. The method for preparing the dust-free paper with the temperature reduction function according to claim 1, characterized in that: the modifier can also be added with ultramicro metal powder with the mass percentage content of less than 20 percent, the particle size of the ultramicro metal powder is less than 100nm, and the ultramicro metal powder is ultramicro iron powder or ultramicro copper powder.
3. The application of the dust-free paper with the temperature reduction function prepared by the method according to any one of claims 1-2 is characterized in that: the dust-free paper filter stick unit with the cooling function is applied to a composite filter stick.

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, wherein: the dustless paper filter stick unit (2) with the cooling function is made into a cylindrical shape by wrapping a dustless paper roll with the cooling function by using the forming paper, the dustless paper is wrinkled on line through the thread roller, so that the dustless paper is softer, the surface area of the dustless paper is increased, the dustless paper enters the cigarette gun, the dustless paper is wrapped by the forming paper to form a cylindrical filter stick strip, and the filter stick strip is obtained after cutting.

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, wherein: the filter stick unit (3) is a common filter stick in the field, comprises a cellulose acetate or polypropylene tow for cigarette, and is formed by rolling, and the diameter of the filter stick unit is the same as that of the filter stick unit made of cooling dust-free paper.

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, wherein: the filter stick units (4) with other functions comprise particle filter sticks, capsule filter sticks, flavoring filter sticks, core wire filter sticks, groove filter sticks or hollow tube filter sticks, and the diameter of the filter stick units is the same as that of the filter stick units made of cooling dust-free paper.

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, which comprises the following components in sequence: the filter stick comprises a dust-free paper filter stick unit (2) with a cooling function, a cavity (5) and a suction section filter stick unit (3), wherein solid particles or microcapsules can be filled in the cavity (5).

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, which comprises the following components in sequence: a dust-free paper filter stick unit (2) with a cooling function, other functional filter stick units (4) and a suction section filter stick unit (3).

A composite filter rod comprising a dust-free paper filter rod unit with a cooling function according to claim 4, which comprises the following components in sequence: the filter stick unit comprises a dust-free paper filter stick unit (2) with a cooling function, other functional filter stick units (4), a suction section filter stick unit (3) and other functional filter stick units (4).
