Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry feed, in particular to laying hen vitamin premixed feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The laying hen vitamin premix feed is one of the essential components in the laying hen complete feed, and the common vitamin premix feed is prepared by mixing various vitamins with corn flour or defatted rice bran as a carrier. In order to solve the problems, in the process of feed production and storage, the effective content of the product is reduced because the product is easily oxidized and destroyed by mineral feed, and in addition, twenty to thirty percent of safety margin is additionally added according to the nutritional standard when in use. The addition of the above safety margin brings about an increase in the cost of the feed, and at the same time, the existing monomeric vitamin-loaded body is not conducive to the absorption by animals.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of high cost, difficult vitamin absorption and the like in the prior art, the invention provides the laying hen vitamin premixed feed and the preparation method thereof, so that the addition amount of monomer vitamins and carriers in the premixed feed is reduced, the cost is saved, and the vitamin absorption rate of animals eating the feed is high.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a laying hen vitamin premix feed which comprises a core material and a packing material wrapped on the outer surface of the core material, wherein the core material comprises mixed vitamins, and the packing material is palm oil.
Further, the mixed vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E acetate, vitamin K3, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.
Further, the dosage ratio of vitamin A, vitamin D3, vitamin E acetate, vitamin K3, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 is 5-15:1-5:5-15:1-3:0.5-2.5:2-6:0.5-2.5: 0.5-1.5.
Further, the core material also comprises nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, folic acid and biotin.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a laying hen vitamin premixed feed, which comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and melting the palm oil serving as the packing material for later use;
s2, sieving and mixing the core material containing the mixed vitamins to obtain a mixed material;
s3, feeding the mixed materials into a fluidized bed coating machine, starting an induced draft fan, heating, spraying palm oil from a bottom spraying system of the fluidized bed coating machine, and spraying and coating the mixed vitamins.
Further, the temperature for heating and melting the palm oil is 80-100 ℃.
Further, the sieving in step S2 is a 60 mesh sieving.
Further, in step S3, the rotation speed of the induced draft fan is 20-50 rpm, the heating temperature of the air inlet is 20-35 ℃ and the temperature of the spray gun hot air is 100-.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention reduces the addition of safe allowance of vitamin in the premixed feed, reduces the feed cost, and solves the technical problem of dust pollution caused by excessive addition of monomer vitamin loading bodies;
(2) the feed provided by the invention has a coating structure, the coating material is the plant palm oil, no dust and residue are generated, and meanwhile, the loss caused by the direct contact between the vitamins and the minerals can be avoided;
(3) the feed coating structure provided by the invention has a sustained release effect on vitamins, and the absorption of vitamins when animals eat the feed coating structure is increased.
