The invention adopts the structure to obtain the following beneficial effects: the pork packaging box and the preservation method provided by the invention have the advantages that the operation is simple, the structure is compact, the design is reasonable, certain gas is filled into the pork preservation box by utilizing the air-conditioning preservation assembly, the condition on which microorganisms live and breed is destroyed or changed, the biochemical deterioration of packaged food is slowed down, the purpose of preservation and corrosion prevention is achieved, the redundant water in pork reaches the top of the water filtering plate through the filtering net, the water filtering plate can be taken out of the water filtering groove to remove clean blood water, the pork storage environment is prevented from being wet, the pork is preserved under the condition of no refrigeration, and the quality guarantee period of the pork is prolonged.
