Description

Synergistic herbicide rich in organic silicon and vegetable oil auxiliary agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of herbicides, in particular to a synergistic herbicide rich in organic silicon and vegetable oil auxiliary agents and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, chemical weeding is still the main method for controlling weeds in a flax field, but with long-term, large-amount and single use of herbicides, the drug resistance of weeds in the flax field is increasingly serious, and the problems of pesticide residue in crops, environmental pollution and the like can be caused. How to reduce the dosage of chemical herbicide and further improve the weeding effect is increasingly paid attention to. The development of a novel high-activity herbicide is a method for solving the problems, but the investment for developing the novel agent is high, the period is long, and the difficulty is high. Therefore, the reasonable optimization of the existing herbicide application method, the improvement of the herbicidal activity and the reduction of the dosage are very important. Bentazone, also called bentazone, lysimachia sikokiana and the like, belongs to heterocyclic selective contact-type post-emergence herbicides, and the highest safety agent is bentazone for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds in broadleaf crop fields up to now. The bentazone belongs to a contact-type selective post-emergence herbicide. The plant leaf infiltration inhibitor is used in a dry field and conducted into chloroplast through plant leaf infiltration to inhibit photosynthesis; when used in paddy fields, the herbicide can permeate through the leaf surfaces of plants, can be absorbed by root systems, is transmitted to stems and leaves, inhibits photosynthesis and water metabolism, and leads the physiological function of weeds to be disordered and die. After 8-16 weeks of application, the bentazone can be decomposed by microorganisms in the soil. How to improve the stem and leaf treatment activity and better exert the weeding effect is also an urgent need. In recent years, the method for improving the activity of the existing pesticide, reducing the dosage, prolonging the service life, delaying the drug resistance and the like by adopting the auxiliary agent tank mixing becomes a research hotspot. Common organosilicon auxiliaries in the market at present can reduce the surface tension of the medicament on the leaf surface, improve the wettability and the spreadability of the medicament on the surface of a target and increase the permeability of the medicament; the activator is a non-ionic surfactant, and can improve the penetrability and conductivity of the pesticide. The vegetable oil auxiliary agent is used as a pesticide auxiliary agent, has the advantages of environmental protection, safety, reproducibility and the like, and conforms to the development direction of future pesticides and auxiliary agents. As the spraying assistant of herbicide spraying assistant, the methyl esterified vegetable oil assistant has synergistic effect on various herbicides; the vegetable oil can also be used as synergist of pesticide and bactericide. Different herbicides can be selected to play the maximum control effect only by selecting different additives aiming at different crops and weeds, so that the research selects one herbicide of 48 percent bentazone AS commonly used in the current production and researches the synergistic effect of two additives of organic silicon and vegetable oil, thereby screening the optimal synergistic amount and the optimal synergistic combination and providing scientific basis for the synergistic decrement use of the 48 percent bentazone AS in the flax field.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the synergistic herbicide rich in organic silicon and vegetable oil auxiliary agents and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the adhesion enhancer, the pesticide spreader I, the pesticide wetting agent and the pesticide super-strong penetrant are used for increasing the residence time of the herbicide on the leaf surfaces of weeds, the pesticide spreader I is used for reducing the surface tension, increasing the spreading of liquid medicine on the leaf surfaces of the weeds and shortening the uniform distribution time of the herbicide on the leaf surfaces of the weeds, the pesticide super-strong penetrant I is used for increasing the absorption of the weeds to the herbicide, the pesticide wetting agent is used for increasing the stability of products, slowing down the reaction and keeping the chemical balance, the pesticide spreader II and the pesticide super-strong penetrant are used for improving the dispersibility of the herbicide, improving the effective utilization rate of the herbicide and reducing the dosage of the herbicide.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
